The coffee served with the food is above average but by no means the best, if your out with the family then one cannot grumble at feeding 4 people for £12 **Update Had an issue on my last visit so I thought to fire a quick email to their Head Office, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently to my 100% satisfaction. Not many companies are so effective when dealing with customer complaints, however I can give 5 stars for Subways customer service.

Surprisingly enough this was my first ever visit to a Subway. I've always been a bit put off by the…read morewhole sandwich shop francihse idea so I've never bothered with them, but today I was passing, and starving, so I decided to give them a whirl :-) Not really understanding the ordering procedure and the fact that there was a queue I boldly opted for the 'Sub of the day' at £1.99 and was introduced to the whole idea of choosing your type of bread, toasted/not toasted, choose your salad, choose your dressing etc. and was at the till before I knew it, sub in hand and good to go :-) Today's sub of the day was turkey and ham and the meats did look very much like budget range supermarket cuts, but the salad was refreshing and I liked the Ranch dressing which I chose. All in all it was an OK sandwich and the staff were friendly and efficient. I'll probably pop back in again sometime in the future but I won't go out of my way to go there in preference to other sandwich shops.

I then asked for the manager to come over as its not what is expected when you go into somewhere for food, to which was met again with abruptness, to which we was trying to explain what had jjsy happened and to resolve the matter, to be told " you might aswell just leave" During this we was trying to apologise to defuse the situation due to having a child present and a young adult with autism. So we agreed, to leave as walking out the manager incharge came behind with raised voice, whilst I was leaving the venue with a child Infront of me shouting " just get out" infront of other customers , hardly the correct manner to display for someone in the customer serviced based business. To have someone show that level of aggression is close is a clear violation of personal space and unprofessionalisim " what you going to do" was the words that he used, his aggressive behaviour was wrong and infront of a child. AT ONE POINT IN TIME THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO HAVE FOOD IN A SOCIAL SETTING NOT ANYMORE. AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS ITS CLEAR THAT THIS WAS NOT A ONE OFF. RUDE ABRUPT IGNORANT STAFF.

Worst Customer service ever received…read more My boyfriend and I popped into this cafe for a drink but as we were very low on money we ended up only getting an orange juice carton. Ten minutes later when we finished, the man comes and takes the carton and tells us that the juice was for takeaway only (this wasn't said to us at the start), obviously stating that he wants us to leave. As we get ready I go to the stairs that lead to the toilets (for paid customers which we are) and he starts yelling at us saying we're not allowed. Now I can understand if people have a mental price limit of how much you must spend in order to have access to a bathroom even if I think it is very petty to refuse a customer but the way we were spoken to was appalling. He started yelling at us as he was kicking us out. It's not like my boyfriend and I were rude or taking up space as there was only one other family in the cafe who by this point, because the man was making such a scene they had no choice but to stop and stare. He yelled abuse at me as I came back to take a picture of the outside of the cafe so I could remember the name of this dreadful place. On top of this the cafe was very sticky and even just pulling my chair out felt disgusting and the orange juice carton had dirt all over it aswell as being sticky. I can't imagine that this place is up to healthy standards. I would not recommend at all. The man clearly has issues that he takes out on his customers because he doesn't lead a satisfactory life.

Overall a nice place to eat.

After taking many minutes to decide what we were going to have we placed the order, this along was fun as the guy behind the counter was full of smiles and even cracked a few jokes. There was a small queue of people waiting and so we thought we could be waiting around 15-20mins but NO, the food was ready before we even had chance to sit down at our table, not many places have that sort of speed. If your after a quick food but still like quality then this is the place to be.
