This has been one of the worst McDonald's that I've been to. I stopped by on a roadtrip and I was pretty unpleased. The restroom did not have any soap, all of the trash cans were filled up, and service was not very accommodating in the slightest. The food was average to sub par to most McDonald's, but I was just hoping that I would be safe eating it. There was a decent amount of people standing waiting just like me. Never again. read more

I couldn't give them a 0 so I gave them a 1. Rude employees and they gave us the wrong food. I ordered a large mocha. A large fry a hot and spicy mchicken and a medium Carmel macchiato. When I expressed that it was wrong they told me that what I got was what I ordered when I know it wasn't what I ordered. My iced mocha was Carmel colored. No whipped cream. I didn't try it so I don't know what the flavor was but I know it wasn't mocha. The fry was a medium and it the burger was a quarter pounder. The only thing right was the Carmel macchiato and I'm not even sure it was right I just gave it all back and got a refund. Night shift on August 12th 2025 around 10:10 I couldn't find anything that said a managers name or contact information either. Rude, disrespectful employees!!!!! Can I just say wow? This McDonalds was so on point this morning! Two huge buses were in the parking lot and people were lined up in the restaurant all the way to back, looping around. I order on the app, saving $2 on our order. I walked in avoided the line and as I was walking to the pickup window, the person called my name. Easy peasy! I was greeted with a smile, thanked and spent about 3 minutes total in that location. So ask me why 5 's for a McDonald's...because this was one of the best McDonalds we've been in on this week of vacation. Thanks to the crew! read more

The lady at the drive thru was very rude. She did not listen to what we were trying to say. Had a very bad attitude.

This worker called my number and I went up to get it and she looked at me and said what is your number and she looked at me and goes you didn't have to snatch and so I walked out and she didn't give us our chocolate milk, after she had said it's not in the bag is it. she proceeded to not give us the milk bc I didn't walk back in and apologize. her attitude and customer service is beyond disappointing and should be worked on immediately. and they need maintenance service done with the roof dripping water. read more

The manager, name unknown, at this mcdonald's was very rude to my family of 9 after being informed that we were missing items from our order, which was big so we weren't mad, but as soon as we asked for our other items she started cussing right off the bat and raising her tone to us and everyone she was talking to. she continued to argue and my dad finally gave in and said he would repay for the items we were missing even though we already payed for them and it showed on the original receipt, that we also offered to show her but she wouldn't look at it. this lady should not be a manager nor should even be in customer service. read more

We went in with a family of 4 and waited almost an hour for our food. When it came we were missing 1 out of 4 meals, a shake, straws, condiments. Stood at the counter to ask for ketchup and had 4 out of the 5 people from the back look at me and ignore me. We were on a 20+ hour road trip. Eating inside here although right on our path added a good hour and a half to our trip. Definitely don't recommend if you are in a hurry to get anywhere. read more

Ate here with my wife and 2 children. Regret it, food was below McDonald's average, they have no napkins drinks or any condiments whatsoever available. Drive thru. Disappointing. The fries were hot but not enough salt. Had to ask 5 times for hot mustard. No napkins in bag. Long wait at one in afternoon. Ordered extra ketchup on burger, got no ketchup. Wanted smoothies, but when we got up to pay, they told us, no smoothies. Got a vanilla shake, was good. I wouldn't even rate this McDonalds at one star but that's the lowest you can give on here. We walked in about 3:00 pm and finally ordered at 3:22. At 3:37 an employee, who was cleaning the tables, all the tables bc they were all dirty, asked us if we'd placed our order. I said yes but a while ago. At this point, she walked over to another employee and told her what I said, she said "I don't care." At 3:42 I took the ticket to the counter and asked if we were going to get our order or had it just been canceled. I handed the manager our receipt while she was stuffing her mouth with free ice cream. She mumbled some nasty words she must have thought I wouldn't hear and started putting food in a bag. I took the bag to the table and found half of what we ordered so I went back up there to find she'd disposed of the receipt. I told her what was missing and she handed me a sandwich and assumed that was it. Told her she still owed me a 10 McNugget and she asked why we thought we deserved a 10 pc nugget. My nephew told her in some very nasty words that we'd paid for it. After another argument we finally got the rest of our order and went to eat. At this time we'd been there for 40 minutes and no one else was there. Found we still had the wrong chicken sandwich but said to hell with it. We watched people come in and leave over and over while eating due to one would taking their order. This McDonalds just needs the doors closed. We'll not stop there again! read more

I know, I know -- it is a McDonald's. But when you are driving through Arkansas on a Sunday afternoon and there are no Cracker Barrels within 100 miles (how is that possible?!), you don't have many other options for much needed food and a bathroom. All of the locally owned places are closed on Sundays. This is the fanciest McDonald's I have ever been in. It is brand new and has all sorts of seating options, including a sunken booth with a TV, surrounded by barstool seating. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Service was slow. I kept it simple with chicken nuggets, fries and sweet tea (it is the south, after all). I forgot that sweet tea is way too sweet for me so I diluted it with some unsweetened tea and that was just fine. read more

Absolutely the WORST McDonald's hamburger I have ever eaten. Cold, dry - no salt or pepper on fries. Waited solid 10 minutes for a burger with only 2 toppings. And the bathrooms- no toilet paper, no paper towels, mens urinal would not flush and was 6 inches deep of waste. Not one single hand sanitizer had product in it. Absolutely the worst on every level. Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Waited in line for 30 mins, people were leaving the drive through window because they werent getting a response. I figured they were having technical difficulties so we waited. Got to the speaker to order and the lady said very rudely "wait a minute." We waited 15 more minutes and no one ever responded again to either lane. I figured they were busy inside but then a worker casually walked out to take out trash and slowly walked to the dumpster. On his way back I saw him begin speaking to a friend who was close by. At this point we left the parking lot because we had two very hungry children. One of which was screaming 2 year and a 9 year old who was crying because he couldnt get chicken nuggets. Inside I observed they were not busy what so ever. This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. 20 minutes for a McChicken, large fry and large vanilla ice coffee. I realize places are short staffed, but this is ridiculous. Slowest drive thru service I have ever seen. Tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it was all supper slow.

The service in this branch was so bad it was actually quite funny. First the cashier seemed perplexed about what a double quarter pounder meal was. Then she didn't know how to upcharge the drink to a milkshake. Then she didn't know what the next meal order was (one of their changing specials). Instead of 2 happy meals with 4 nuggets, she just rung up 2 sets of 4 nuggets. When we realised, she then tried to charge us for 2 happy meals without refunding the original nugget order. We eventually got through all of that and the kids happy meals arrived without their fries or their drinks. When we told them they were missing and they brought them out, one of the kids' milks was frozen. They also forgot to bring out the adult milkshake. The only reason I've given this place 2 stars is because, for a McDonalds, the food was actually pretty well cooked and tasty. Stop in for food if you need a quick stop, but do yourself a favor and use the electronic ordering screen! read more

Wow, this McDonald's maybe the worst one I've ever visited. Wait time for this "fast food" took about 20 minutes. Employees have no sense of urgency are a VERY rude. I am also pretty sure there were more flies in there than customers and employees combined. The store has an odd smell and was at least 85 degrees. Wouldn't surprise me if this place is shit down soon or new it goes under new management. My recommendation is to keep moving past this McDonalds and eat somewhere else. read more

We have gone through this town twice a week for 6 years. We even saw them remodel this restaurant. I had hoped they would keep it clean. Using the same greasy floor cleaner---I have almost slipped more than once. They never heard of degreaser or sudsy ammonia. The new bathroom tile is already nasty in the corners. Always filthy flies in the bathroom. The dining area is slippery and nasty. We ordered today and the order desk was greasy. Not going again. One of the singular most nasty places I have seen. Workers shout back and forth at each other and have no people skills at all. It's a total trip. Bad trip. read more

This McDonald's was clean, but the service was AWFUL! We waited for over an hour and still didn't have our food. Our friends tried to get a refund and they didn't even know how to give one. Customers were handing the workers receipts and they would try to fill the orders, but even they were wrong. The manager took our receipt and never filled our order.
