Considering how extremely busy it was the food came out quickly. I got the California burger with onion rings and a half chocolate half vanilla shake. Everything was delicious. I love the crispy edges of the steak burger. The onion rings were perfection. I am not a huge chocolate fan, the plain chocolate custard was to rich for my taste so the mix was perfect. If you're the person who orders your chocolate shake as vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup I'd suggest the 1/2 and 1/2. Love the location, thankful to have something on this side of town for those of us who live a bit father out. It was super clean and nice inside, love the ambiance and all the staff were so kind! Glad they offered both the spicy and regular fry sauce! Worth the wait!

Tried to do online ordering today, but it was down. No big deal, so I went in and ordered the old fashioned way, and I'm glad I did. The man who took my order was so nice! Repeated my order to make sure he has it right and then struck up some convo, which was a pleasant touch. Then I moved on to the person who was dressing my sandwich. He asked me how my day was going and follow up questions. The art of conversation and customer service is usually lost on fast food places, but today Jersey Mikes knocked it out of the park. I was impressed and knew their review needed an update as soon as I walked out of there. Oh I've also learned you have to have your sandwich made Mikes Way, the olive and vinegar mix works perfectly to soften up the bread. So if you skipped them in the past for my last review. I humbly ask you to give them a shot. Everyone deserves second chances right?

From observing the people standing around waiting, it didn't matter if the order was placed in person or on the app. Either way there was a lengthy delay. I must say, though, that our Blizzards were made perfectly and mixed down to the bottom! The dipped cone was drippy and not pretty :) It tasted good though! My suggestion would be to have a way for people to wait instead of standing right by the front counter. It gives a poor appearance and further reflects on the impatience of those waiting a long time.
