Frankly, I'm surprised this place is still in business because this location has some of the worst customer service around. The 1.5 stars on Yelp is well-deserved (maybe even generous). You have to order via the kiosk if you want to dine inside. And then when your order is ready, they immediately drop it off on the counter and quickly scurry off into the kitchen before you can even get eye-contact. No "would you like anything else with your order?", no smile, no nothing. Then when you need something like extra napkins, salt & pepper, ketchup, or anything else, you have to wait an eternity for someone to return to the counter to take your request. Sometimes you'll even get an eye-roll when you ask for extra service. The workers look miserable here. I'd think they'd be happy with the new $20+/hr fast food minimum wage law. Also, don't get me started on the soulless, corporate decor. I'd stop coming here if it weren't for my dad occasionally insisting we stop here for lunch. At least I've been fortunate enough to not have my order messed up. FYI, be careful going behind the counter to try to flag someone down or else you'll get scolded by the manager. read more

So already everyone knows this place is bad. I did an online order and it's been 15 minutes and still here waiting. Finally got the order and missing fries and the sauce I asked for. Not sure McDonald's gets any worse than the one in Kingsburg. read more

Avoid this dump My first time experience with app and this store, used app because I was in a rush. After waiting 10 mins walked inside store. No one available. They were too busy with drive thru. So I tried to cancel my order because I had to leave. Wouldn't let me. Then they take food to my car. Wife gets food since she's in the car. Got home and items missing. No way to remedy on app. Other apps, easy to contact support. Not using again or visiting this store. read more

We really need to learn our lesson. Last time we got stuck in their drive through for over 30 minutes. Today, drive through is clear so we think it might work out; however, they still have us park in the mobile order area, even though it was a drive through order. Then they promptly forget about us altogether. After several minutes a worker comes out and asks why we are there. I tell him what we ordered and he goes back in and never returns. I eventually go in and have to wait while someone else complains about their order to that same worker. I finally get my turn and he goes back and yells for our order to be made. Then I get to sit and wait in the restaurant until it is finally ready and of course they forgot our fries. I ask about it and the guy wants to debate about me not asking for it previously. It's on the receipt I just gave you, dude. Insane. read more

Absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. Dining are is dirty and bathrooms as well. Amazing that this one is still in business and the health dept. has not shut them down. I only ordered coffee and it has been over 15 minutes. Definitely will not stop here again. If I were McDonald's I would be greatly embarrassed. read more

Service here is horrible. I have come here numerous times. Each time I do a mobile order. I go in and my order is ready but not one person wants to acknowledge there is a customer there. Today I went in and my order was ready. I can see it on the counter behind the main counter. I counted about 6 times an employee walked past me without asking if i needed help. As i am standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me, two employees stop right in front of me and proceed to play patty cake for a minute then walk off. It's like a daycare in there! read more

After ordering a simple unsweetened ice tea extra ice, from their "any drink, any size, $1.00" menu, when I got up to the register the employee charged me $1.49. When I asked her about the price discrepancy, she tried to tell me that was the tax. She said she can't help me, it's $1.49, so I asked to speak with a manager. Then the manager explained to me that it's $1.62 because of the tax. So I said, the price on the menu outside should match what you are charging the customers at the window. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY LET YOU STAND AROUND AND NOT EVEN Acknowledging that you're right there in line waiting to order. And God forbid if you're in the drive-through. Was recently in the drivethru and was there for five minutes waiting for the car next to me to finish her order another truck pulled in so instead of taking my order Next she went ahead and did the trucks order. which was not the order that was supposed to be done like he pulled in after I pulled in after me. but after he drove off, still waiting for them to do my owner still at that time never took my order. On 7/31/25 I ordered a McNugget Combo using the App. Ran several errands before arriving at McDonalds. I parked in front of the restaurant but was unable to enter the number of the spot I was in. This happened before and I would just walk into the restaurant and pick up my order. But on July 31, 2025, I had to wait almost 7 minutes for my food. I walked in and was able to get the attention of a female worker. She was not wearing a regular uniform or a name tag. I told her I was having problems with my App, but I gave her my name, and showed her the purchase on the App. She kept telling me that the order had to be "Staged" I showed her my App and she kept saying to "Press there ! Press there !" in order to enter the spot I was parked in. It didn't work. Then she kept telling me to close out my app and reopen it. I tried several times. Didn't work. I finally told her "Can I just have my food?" She then disappeared for approx. 4 minutes. I kept telling her that I see the transaction on my bank account and wanted to show her but my requests were ignored. Eventually she gave me my food. I was so upset I asked for her name. Her response "I TOLD YOU I WAS GETTING YOUR FOOD". I let her know I have never had this problem before and she still insisted that the order had to be "Staged". I asked for her name again and she walked off. So sad to be treated like a little child instead of a paying customer. read more

Dear Kingsburg Mac Donald's, I came to visit you on 4/23/21 with my middle sister and older niece after getting a call from my older sister that she forgot her ID Card back home in Fresno (Almost towards Madera). We had to go back and get it or else xD we were already in Visalia-_- about 45 min to 60 min away from Fresno depending on traffic and road construction. We ended up here hungry, angry and frustrated but Mc Donald's helped me feel better! I was too upset to take any pictures but the staff was so understanding and patience with my Princess attitude. I was still kind but not my SUNSHINE self :( I ordered ice cream as I needed to cool off, Chicken Nuggets and they forgot the BBQ sauce and something in my nieces meal so I had to go in. They apologized profusely for the error and gave us an extra fry for the inconvenience. We munched in the parking lot and my mood changed once I got food in my system! I imagine they deal with rude customers all the time which I can't tolerate. I have much appreciation for those who work with people as I know I can be a difficult customer sometimes especially with my customizations with my order which is bound to get messed up from time to time. Would come here again. Fast but wasn't accurate but quick to resolve the issue without fuss! Great customer service for sure! read more

This McDonald's is really not the greatest location to order from. I go here bc it's the only McDonald's closest to me but everytime I order my food is either old, cold or incorrectly made. If there's one thing you can say about McDonald's it's they're consistent. That's something you that can say about the Kingsburg McDonald's. They are consistent, consistently bad. Fries are consistently soggy, there is something consistently wrong about the taste of their "ice cream" and the spicy chicken sandwich is consistently messy with the hot sauce all over the outside of the bun. You may be thinking "Chris, if it's so bad, why do you continue to eat there??" Well, I look in the mirror and ask myself that same question after every visit. If you're driving up or down the 99 just skip this stop and continue on to the next location. Staff is friendly, so there is that. read more

The CHEESE BURGER had no cHeese or meat PLS but the service was ok and overall I did not enjoy it DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I could rate ZERO stars I would! The customer service was so horrible, went through drive thru and the worker had so much attitude and didn't pack half our order and when we mentioned it to her she said "ughhh" and then slammed the window close! Then had her manager come to the window and tell us we were wrong when we paid almost $40. Then my family and I drove home and found pieces of hair on our sandwiches and they won't allow us a refund. I'm so upset, HORRIBLE customer service, cold food, hair on our food, and overall is a horrible place. read more

Placed a curbside order, lobby was closed...waited 30 mins, then went through drive thru, where we finally got our order.

How laughable that these people are making $20 an hour and yet cannot follow simple orders/tasks. Tonight I had to go back in for my food, an item was left out. I go inside and stand there for maybe 3-5 minutes before finally getting acknowledged. I explained what happened and not even an apology, just an "oh okay". We ended up placing a second order to which they tried to say they didn't take the Kingsburg card you get from the KHS football, it has different discounts for many different businesses. They tried to refuse it until I showed them the card and they went, "oh yeah, okay". Like, it's not hard to do your job correctly, especially if you're making $20. I got my order, double checked it and walked out. They don't care if they get your order right or wrong, they just know that coming to work and showing up will be enough for them to make $20 an hour. Again, they don't deserve it. I've worked fast food, it is not hard at all to get an order right AND be kind while doing it. I am fully aware that my review will not impact their business, but I am hoping other people will read this and decide to not spend their actual hard earned money at the Kingsburg McDonald's. Oh and I'm not the only person tonight that had to be inconvenienced by going back to food. Maurice and Richard McDonald (OG owners) would be absolutely disgusted and heart broken to see this happening. read more

Took 20 minutes to order food in drive thru just to be told to "hang on for a second". The second took 4 minutes during which the clock changed to 10:30 and the menu switched from breakfast to lunch. The drive thru employee came back on the mic to say I could no longer order breakfast. Keep in mind the 2nd drive thru had customers ordering breakfast while I waited. I settled for an iced coffee. Got to the window just to be told my code no longer worked because I was waiting too long. Terrible treatment of customers!!! read more

They will not ever get your order right. No matter how hard you emphasize what you want. You could order the whole menu and they'd give you just small fry like that's all you ordered.
