The staff are efficient and have a good attitude here, making sure food is presented hot and correct. The main eating area is always clean but quite small so it can get busy on the weekend or school holidays. The drive through has one of those annoying talk into the post things but a good clear speaker so no problems there. Menus are clearly visible along with special offers. First thing first after giving my order I had to wait over twenty minutes for my food, now don't get me wrong my order was big, but most of my order was cooked pretty quickly, but found myself waiting for over ten minutes for fries and milkshakes to be made. No that time the four customers that followed me order and collected there food. There was plenty of staff but I failed to see what they where doing. While I was waiting I was able to spend more time looking around the restaurant and I was shocked how unclean it was. As I waiting for the final parts of my order I noticed that the floor in the kitchen area wasn't the cleanest. Neither was the unit that they used to put the cooked fries in. My advice, don't use this McDonald's, travel a little further a field to the next nearest ones as they are a lot cleaner and staff seem to know what there doing.

They often give away ballons to little ones, they did have a very good soft play area but it was closed a few years ago due to kids vandalising it which is a shame. There is a good size car park out the front and they have a drive thru altough it always seems to have a queue, we find it quicker to park up and go in ourselves and order the food then wait in the the drive thru queue
