Mrs.Regina is an angel!! Me and my friends came through the drive thru at 4am very dejected by the fact we couldn't fall asleep for school the next day at 8am. She took the standard of service and crushed it even while she was running the kitchen all by herself. She told us there was no more caramel and we got sad a bit. Not good service. I visited this location on July 6 around 1:40 a.m. to pick up an online order of only a refresher and cookies. There was no line, but the young woman came to the window was while being on her phone and told me she couldn't make any refreshers and that I needed to choose a different drink instead. This was confusing because the refresher cost about $4, and there wasn't an equivalent replacement option offered. Another employee then came to the window and was able to make the drink without any issue. Really wanted some hotcakes this morning so headed to this McDonald's drive through.... Long line that was not moving; but wait, I can go inside and order. That will be faster, right? Sadly, no. After parking, going inside, ordering/paying on the kiosk, l stood patiently in the lobby with those who ordered ahead of me with my time stamped receipt. After 15 minutes I approached the only human that would appear from time to time at the counter to ask about my order. Receiving a non-committal answer, I asked for a refund on my card and was told that I would have to wait for that... too. I then asked for the manager and was told that I was talking to the manager. There's pretty much always an issue at this location. Today they wouldn't let us do 2 separate orders for some reason. We waited for our food for way longer than usual and they forgot one of our orders of fries. Update: I ordered through the mobile app tonight and when I got here all the lights were off. They are supposed to be a 24 hr location. I ended up going to both speakers and the first window. With no answer. I went to the second window and got this lady's attention only for her to keep repeating "we're closed" at me through the glass. I kept trying to tell her I get it already but I just needed to know how to cancel the order so I don't get charged. Restaurant allowed me to order on the app for "ASAP" service and when I arrived they were completely closed (11:15pm) when online and on the app it says 24 hours. Buyer beware. Original: The worst location I have ever been to. The service is so poor. Whenever I walk into the restaurant to order, I am guaranteed to be waiting about 5 or more minutes before anyone even acknowledges that I am there. The food takes forever to be made. Don't bother ordering it on their mobile app because they don't treat those any differently and it still takes 20 to receive your order. Very poorly managed overall. Even if there is no Chick-Fil-A close by and you want one more than anything, just don't. Their fried chicken (while pretty decent in tender form) is overcooked and dry in a biscuit. Just get a bacon, egg and cheese, a real or egg white McMuffin, hell, even a sausage, egg and cheese if you really want to go hog wild. Since they still have my favorite drive-thu hashbrowns in the cute little oval-ish shape, I am not docking them a star from how I'd rate a typical McD's. I've been living in Acworth for about 5 months now and I consistently go to this McDonald's, and I'm not too sure why when I explain something 3 times that I want 2 hamburgers, NO CHEESE on them, and they still put cheese on at least one of them. How do you expect to get paid 15 dollars an hour if you can't take orders right or make the food right. And then it takes 10 minutes to bang on the doors when it's not even closed yet, to fix a burger. Within that time I had 2 people look at me DIRECTLY. And completely got ignored. Keep in mind they've messed up my order about 40% of the time with that being said it's SIMPLY UNCALLED FOR. GET IT TOGETHER, or get a pay cut. Today morning we went to Mcdonalds, we waited for a whole hour.. People who ordered before us and after us all got their food before us. After many other orders from people, our order was still not ready. We asked countless times about our order. The third time we asked about our order, the women came out and said that they were out of eggs. We asked the woman if our order was ready yet because we waited for an hour for breakfast already. The woman claimed that she was the manager and she was very ill-mannered. She told us that if we wanted to wait, we could wait, or she said that we can leave and are not welcomed back to this Mcdonalds. Not to just point out how disrespectful she was to us, but she was clearly racist too. The present workers never said a thing and ignored us when we were asking about our order. This manager also started cussing at us in front of my child. Even when this was not our problem she told us that we were not welcomed back. The lady before us also was having the same issue as us. She was also getting treated horribly. There were cameras present if you guys want to take a look for proof.  If she is not going to get her deserved punishment, we can sue. read more
