This McDonald is one of the cleanest and organized fast foods I've seen in years. Also, staff this morning (3/20/26) was so pleasant .

I swear this used to be better. I went out of town for a trip, stopped by a McDonalds in another city and I was amazed how I'd forgotten how good it's supposed to be. This location makes food that's either terrible or mid. I love the onions, and they forgot them the last couple of times. Good look getting something for someone else and they want their burger different than yours, cause you are getting the same burger. The cheap cheeseburgers that I love are dry and tasteless. The fries usually taste like nothing but salt, so I stopped getting them. Chicken nuggets are raw and I actually threw up after eating them, so I've realized there's no reason to go here at all. If I'm gonna eat something terrible for me, it needs to be tasty, otherwise that's just self-hate. Stopped doing curbside cause the guy who brought out the food actually got mad at me and told me to do drive through. Don't really like to go in cause the last time I waited about an hour for a mcchicken. I don't even know, I feel bad hating a McDonald's this much, cause it's a McDonald's, but that should show you just how much this place suuuucks. read more

I just left McDonald's where I received TERRIBLE service from both Chris and Mya! I received cold fries with my order, I asked for fresh fries and Mya brung back colder fries within 30 seconds. I again stated these fries are cold, may I get fresh fries... Mya proceeded to tell me that "the fry machine is down, come back tomorrow and ask for a manager", I asked her who should I say I spoke with, she snapped and said WHAT very rudely, I again asked for her name and she stated Mya very rudely. This is the 3rd time I've ordered a medium iced coffee and payed for a medium and I'm just now realizing I've been getting a small cup of coffee instead of medium I only realized because my sister got a medium and I was like hold up why is mine not the same! I understand being busy but 15 minutes for a mobile order is a bit ridiculous. I ordered two cheeseburgers plain and once I got to my car I realized they had put everything on them including mayonnaise. I ordered my daughter a frozen coke and when we got there they were out of lids and the coke was out of service. Not a huge deal except I told the girl frozen Dr Pepper instead of coke and she proceeded to fill it with blue raspberry. I can confidently say this is the best McDonald's I've eaten at. All the members I saw there (20231116) were working efficiently and diligently to serve 10/10 fast food (I'm a gymbro, so don't think I have a bad taste in food or that I'm being bias to this kind of food). Unfortunately, I have not tried their ice cream, but judging from how well the place was put together (outside of the ketchup pump not working and the lid sizes not being labeled) I'm willing to bet their ice cream machine works. Ordered large breakfast order thru window. 22 Dollars value. While we were still in line. The Mocha Frappe was missing. He went in and brought out a small Mocha Frappe. My daughter told him it was a large Mocha Frappe. The employee asked to look at receipt. But yet identical order was still on the monitor screen inside McDonalds. I put in an order through the app, for curbside pickup. Our beverages were forgotten, the food was so carelessly thrown in the bag that most of it was actually inedible. The burger I ordered was not even wrapped up properly so it was actually outside of the paper that it came with. The worker came and practically threw the bag in our vehicle and walked off without saying a word. Extremely displeased, will not be back. These people want $15 an hour? Are you kidding me? This is by far the most inept, incompetent group of people I have ever seen at an establishment. And the reviews reflect that. Unreal. read more

I only take my kids there to play and sometimes it's only when weather is bad an I am desperate to get them out of the house. My food is never right. I always see the same girl who doesn't like her job and gets frustrated easily.. it's just not the place I would refer. I wish there was more places with indoor playgrounds around. read more

This is the worst fast food entity I have ever been to and that is saying something. This small town is growing some....so yay...y'all finally got a Wal Mart. Good for you. And it's always on the way to grandma's and has to be this crappy ass McDonalds. So, there are two lanes, right? The theory here is you take one order from one lane and alternate as to not back up either lane too long, right? WRONG!!! You people don't get it!!! And it doesn't matter what lane I pick, I always pick the lane you decide to back up. Every. Single. Time. I sit and watch you take order from cars after I've been sitting at the speaker for 4-5 minutes and 3 cars in the other lane have gone through. Does that make sense? Not so much. And heaven forbid, I say something! Then it's my fault. I'm not running the drive thru. I'm just a customer. But I was a manger of a fast food entity for three years, so I do know wtf I'm talking about. (And it's another reason I don't eat fast food!) So, after this last visit....it will be my final. Because it's apparent your staff is incompetent. I will say the one good thing that happened during this visit....the guy who served our drink through the window was nice enough to wipe off my large cup when your robot operated beverage dispensing machine spilled it everywhere and it was dripping all down the side. I would give it a 0 but one will have to do. Customize my order and they got it wrong. Went to tell them to fix it and got it wrong again. Went a second time showed them the receipt and still got it wrong again. If I hadn't been pressed on time I would have just got my money back and left the place. There are always long line in the drive in and service is terrible. You could be waiting at the drive thru speaker and wait like ten minutes till they take your order. They can't multi task well at all. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and multiple times they are messy with it or they burn the bread. That is the main reason I don't eat there. And sometimes when I get the chicken nuggets they taste like the smell of cigarette smoke. Which is totally not fine. And they let there fries get bad over time. I am only giving this review a 1 star rating because I can't give less. I went tonight to get carry out at the Kaufman location. I ordered two filet of fish sandwiches. When we sat down to eat there was no cheese on either sandwich and it comes with it and the buns were so hard you could not eat it. It was 8 pm and I was not going back. We live 15 miles away. I decided to call them call 1 no one answered, call 2 they answered the phone answered hello not McDonald's then passed the phone around to each other say it was the wrong phone then hung up, call 3 this time answered properly I explained what was wrong with the sandwich and the girl got very rude. I have an issue each time I visit this location. I usually grin and bear it, but not this time! The associate who took my order messed it up. When I got to the window I handed it back to the associate to ask for what I originally ordered. She just literally stood there refusing to take it back and fix it. Worst location I've ever seen. The drive thru has two lanes that go to one. They tend to work one of the two and leave you sitting. Then you have near road rage with the drivers in the other lanes. This wouldn't be an issue if they were even close to efficient at move the traffic thru. But they are slower than any place in town. You can easily sit in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes. Not to mention the food looks like a 2 year old made it (not to be unfair to 2 year olds by comparing them to McDonalds employees at this location). I will eat a 2 day old gas station sandwich before trying to go through this McDonalds. Management should care but they don't. I can't blame it on Kaufman residents that work there, because other restaurants in the same area have really great people working there. I can only assume those working at this location feel they have sold their souls. Get it together or sell to another franchisee. I've only been there maybe 2 times in the last 3 years. The most recent was 10/2/21. I sat there on the inside lane watching car after car go through the outside lane. When I finally said "hello?" to the speaker 3 times in a row someone finally said "Hi, is there something I can help you with". I explained the situation and he simply said "ok, so is there something I can help you with?" I told him not to worry about it, I would go elsewhere. Then nearly got hit just trying to exit the lane. This is a place I go to often and the smell when I walked in was so horrible, it smelled like spoiled milk mixed in with a boys locker room after a game, the smell is terrible would not go here again and another thing is that the BATHROOMS smelled better then the place it's ridiculous. read more

I only went thru the drive-thru, rather than actually walking in. I also just got a Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie for my drive back to Athens. I thought service was just fine, & I didn't have much of a wait. Also, it was nice & easy access to the parking lot & drive-thru from the road, & I enjoyed the smoothie. I'd stop there again when I'm visiting Kaufman, as long as they aren't too busy. read more

I started going to the Seagoville McDonald's. I don't understand what is so hard to put the right amount of sugar or cream that I tell them to put!!!
