The absolute worst McDonalds I've ever seen in my life. I ordered a chicken biscuit and hash round. The biscuit was hard as a rock on the bottom side and the chicken was stringy and very little amount of meat in it. Hash round was cold. I should have read the other comments first before ordering. How is this place still going with all these valid complaints? Lesson learnt!! Save your money and time and don't go there. read more

This is the worst McDonald's we've ever been too. Spent $45 and they forgot our 2 Big Mac's, glad we checked our bag. Went to the counter and said they forgot them and they said we didn't order Big Mac's..... had to show them a screenshot of the receipt and that we already got our fries and drinks, so they begrudgingly made them. Super low ratings are well deserved. Dirty, greasy, disorganized and run completely by teenagers way too busy to be bothered with customer service, requests or complaints. Cold fries and fish filet had tartar sauce although ordered on the app without tartar and it was printed in their ticket. I stopped in here on a cross country road trip for a cup of coffee. The restroom was clean, the cashier was professional, clean, and courteous. I got exactly what I ordered and paid exactly what I have backed into. On top of that I am a fan of McDonald's coffee, I prefer it over Starbucks in general, and over gas station coffee in the day. read more

Seems clean. Condiments not very well stocked....They do have a thriving business here, stays constant... The tables stay pretty clean for the amount of overturn that they get.... Staff is pretty friendly and do not push the issue, when you are checking out the menu. Napkins go pretty quick around here, as well as condiments... They also have a brisk drive through business. Free WiFi, as long as you are sitting in McDonalds; walk into Loves and it immediately shuts down, then Loves will try to sell you theirs. Restrooms are in Loves and there again it is a pretty brisk business. Staff here currently restocking and changing out trash cans.... read more

Ok so we found out the Grand Mac was back and we went on down to get 2 of them for supper. Well when me and my son get home and open our Grand Mac box, you cant even see the freakn meat!! Im not kidding when i tell yall that they put 2 little pieces of thin meat On a big Grand mac bun. I WAS PI$$ED!!! I had been looking forward to this all freakn day and im so sick of wasting my money at mcdonalds where they never get your order right and they never give you what you pay for!! We need to start complaining more and turn these people in like i did. I hope they give me my Grand Macs that i paid for and deserve!! Well, as usual, my order was wrong. Ordered a McDouble add lettuce and mayo minus mustard along with a small fry and two large drinks. They made my burger however they put mustard on it, and of course no lettuce (that they charged me extra for) and no mayo. They put my grill ticket on the burger... saying it needed these things but as you can see... that isn't what I got. It was as dry as the Mohave desert and the bun was falling apart as if it was old as my grandma's crusty feet. Im glad I complained that I didn't get my drinks because I needed it to choke it down. On top of that, the leathery meat was not even good enough to make a wallet of it. I guess I should be happy that I didn't break a tooth. Thank you McDonalds for once again disappointing me and showing me that even outside of my hometown, McDonalds doesn't really care about anything but the almighty dollar and getting folks to leave their building as quickly as possible. read more

Have always loved McDonald's since I was old enough to eat French fries... I am 33 years old and have never been more disgusted in my life.... this morning my husband and my cousin and I went thru the drive thru on the way to a funeral... the lady that took our money and give us our food and drinks, was absolutely just nasty. She had bandaids all up and down her arms... there were holes all in her face and arms... it was obvious that she was on drugs and definitely had no reason to be working in McDonald's... needles to say, if this isn't made right, I will have no other option than to report this store in Jasper, alabama store #3272, at 7:51 a.m. Around 9:00 a.m. we all got sick.. either I would appreciate not only a refund, but maybe some coupons for free food... Our group almost didn't come here bc of the shitty reviews, but boy are we glad we did! The service gave us insight into the state of the economy, which will give us a marked advantage should we choose to try our hand at stocks. We didn't know McDonald's was such a big advocate for education, but they were playing educational shows on the TV the whole time. I learned more about mattresses in 10 minutes than I ever wanted to. McDonalds is apparently also a big proponent of an active lifestyle, withholding our honey mustard sauce so we could get more steps in. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try the Subway next door! read more
