Pro: 24 hours, right next to the Autobahn, two stories of joy, crazy decor. Sour cream sauce for waffle fries!!?? Con: a bit dirty from the sheer amount of traffic even at midnight. Found this gem by accident after missing a turn back onto the autobahn. This is the most impressive McD I have even seen. From the original stores in Socal to the flagship in Hong Kong, none of them have a F1 parked in the front. The food is on par as what they serviced in Germany, so nothing different. But for the Americans, you can get beer, praise this country. The place was filled with a lot of teens and young folks, assuming that there is nothing opened for kids after 8 pm, this is the local hangout... Usual teen noisy level and mild littering follows behind them, but nothing like Paris or Shanghai destruction scale. As of Sept 2024, all the auto kiosk were down, so there was just one dude behind the counter that took on everybody's orders. Quick service ensued in the pick up counter behind him. Bathroom is upstairs and it is pretty, some executive picked out some kind of airport lounge concept with the split hand wash area.
