    Haven't ate any McDonald's lately but decided last night to order a Big Mac attack combo meal thru delivery service. The food was cold, fries was soggy and taste old. The chicken McNuggets was overcooked and the Big Mac was tasteless. Skimpy on the sauce and overall it was a horrible experience. There's 13 other McDonald's in Fayetteville, NC. The best ones is in Raeford Rd right by Lowe's store. This place needs retraining, have quality control inspection done and be more mindful of what customers are complaining about.

    The dining room was not clean. Tables and floor were not clean.

    We ordered the Big Mac with chicken. It was terrible. Processed chicken with a bread crumb coating. The sandwich deserved a better quality. A grilled chicken would have been a better choice. The restaurant was in need of a good cleaning. Service was poor.

    Mc Donald's needs to do better!!! ticket clearly says no pickles and I repeated the order several times because I'm allergic!!! I paid for something I could not eat and at 11 pm definitely was not going to drive back for a refund I will address the issue with cooperate.

    To whom this may concern: Firstly, let me inform you what the meaning of customer service is to customers: Customer Service is the support you offer your customers -- both before and after they buy and use your products or services -- that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience with you. Offering amazing customer service is important if you want to retain customers and grow your business! I went to McDonald's on my 30 mins lunch, to enjoy a meal; however, upon arriving home, I discovered my order was incorrect! I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder meal, with a 10 piece chicken nugget. The burger was missing the extra patty, and the bun was HARD! I called to McDonald's and requested to speak with a manager, I spoke with someone named Debuntae (female employee), I advised the issue and was quickly dismissed with the response of bring your receipt with all the items in the bag and it would be replaced, and this RUDE MCDONALDS employee hung-up, before I could finish what I was saying. I had to callback to advise, I was working, and I was hungry. She stated she would be there until 10pm. I proceeded back to McDonald's, I happened to see the manager/supervisor approaching the facility from outside, and I advised I previously called about my order. I advised that I was working and had to come back up here to have my order corrected. I advised I wanted my meal for free gor the inconvenience; she replied I can't give you the meal for free and offered me a APPLE PIE, as she was walking away!!!!! Rude!!!! I asked for the General Manager number, as well as the District Manager's number, the response was "I cant give you that, you can take a survey online", as she held the door open to enter the facility! I spoke fast, and requested a refund, as she walked through, she said Ill bring you a refund. There were so many things wrong with this situation! 1) My customer experience, was HORRIBLE! 2) My request for my meal to be compensated back to me was for the inconvenience of missing time away from work was blatantly dismissed 3) my request to obtain the General Manager and District Manager's contact information was dismissed 4) My order was not only incorrect, the bun was extremely hard, as if the buns were exposed to the open air for some time 5) The nonchalance of the " so called" manager/supervisor was unacceptable, disrespectful, and quite dismissive 6) I was not given my original receipt back, Luckily, I took a picture of it before I left, as McDonald's has the worst customer service out of all the fast food restaurants available, hence the 2.0 rating online. 7) I was hung-up on before I could finish what I was saying when I called to advise of the incompetence. My questions to McDonald's are: Is this McDonald's customer service standards? Does McDonald's allow its employee's to hangup on customers, as they're speaking? Does McDonald's allow nonchalant attitudes as if they hate their job? Does McDonald's have in place Customer Service standards and adequate training? Does McDonald's offer a PIE for the inconvenience of having to take time off of work to return to its establishment, to have to not only wait additional time for orders to be CORRECTED and/or request a refund? McDonald's, you should be ashamed for multiple levels, and the rating of 2.0 says to me, YOU'RE STANDARDS ARE VERY LOW AND TOTALLY ACCEPTABLE! I will be leaving HONEST FEEDBACK on every platform to include names and location, which was 2904 Traemoor Village Dr, Hope Mills, NC 28306 of the memorable, most unsatisfactory, unpleasant experience EVER!! I will find contact information for the President, CEO, COO of McDonald's to express my disgust, and demand change for acceptable customer service for the customers that wants to enjoy a meal!!! Please see attached images of the sandwich, receipt (that was not returned when I requested my refund), and lastly, the phone call history to McDonald's with a 2.0 customer experience ratings!     Every time I order from this location there's always an issue. Somethings always missing, made wrong, or absolutely sloppy. I ordered through Doordash, they forgot all the fries in my order, and both McFlurries I had ordered (both with extra Oreo) So upon getting a refund through doordash-because they weren't offering to send out the missing items- I had to RE-order the missing items, and wait an additional almost hour for the delivery on top of paying a new delivery fee and driver tip. I got the "McFlurries" if you could even call them that. It was basically just soft serve in a McFlurry cup. They had put the most sarcastic light sprinkle of Oreo on top knowing I had ordered EXTRA. (Picture included) This isn't the first time sh*t like this happens. I don't know who you had working on Feb 20 around 11:30..but a little bit of effort would have been great, especially when you got people paying their hard earned money to get the food the way they ordered.

    Quick bite today while in Hope Mills, with my mother for appointments. Restaurant was very clean and all the associates were professional and courteous. The food was fresh and hot.

    Ordered a Mcdouble with just ketchup and chees. The two things I wanted are missing.

    Workers are nice for the most part, unless you tell them your order is wrong. Which for me has been every single time I come here. Its really close to my house, otherwise I would go to a different one. Everytime I order a Mcdouble I ask for just cheese and ketchup and everytime I get something different. Two times I have gotten with no cheese. Two times with just onion and pickle. Once I legit got a double hamburger. The managers are nice when you let them know your order is wrong also missing items. The workers give you bad looks when they find out. On a plus, the food tastes good when its right.

    What is left of Fish and small fry from McDonald's, after I forced myself to eat as much as I could!

    My family and I visited this location the other day. A situation escalated between an employee, a…read moremanager and my husband. The staff is rude and disrespectful and even called my husband a "child". My husband had a rough day moving along with some other things and even acknowledged and apologized. The manager stepped up on him trying to intimidate him and told him to come back at 10pm when he gets off and he'll have something for him. My husband called up to the restaurant to get corporates number. After he hung up, he started getting text messages from another manager from his personal phone trying to sell my husband weed and a prostitute. We got in contact with the owner and met with him this morning. To our surprise, we were met by the police. Why call the police if it was supposed to be a friendly meeting to gather information from all parties involved? He seemed racists, very prejudice and didn't want to hear anything my husband had to say. I even tried to ask questions about how he would handle it and he literally stood there looking dumb founded. He made all these accusations but couldn't back anything up with proof or videos. Even after showing him our proof, he didn't want to hear anything that we had to say. He does not value or respect his customer like his employees don't value and respect him. They even talked bad about him and again, we showed proof. Please do not visit this location in Hope Mills. We will be sharing our story to any and everyone. Edited: my husband pointed out that I omitted some important facts. When we got there, after placing our order my husband was leaning on the counter by where they make the desserts. He had been leaning there for a while but not continuously. We had moving so he would lean a few, walk around, go stand back over there and lean some more. The worker told him to move. He asked if there was a sign because usually establishments have a sign advising customers not to lean. There was no sign visible anywhere. A coworker said something in the background and the female who asked my husband to move said, "I don't have time to speak with kids". Then that's where the situation escalated with the manager approaching my husband. When we spoke with the owner, Adrian Madsen he said the worker reported that my husband standing there minding his own business was intimidating to her.
