I know this is a McDonalds which means you get what you get but this restaurant is literally the worst fast food restaurant in America. We're buying a home down the road and stopped by last week and they never did get my burger right... all I wanted was a quarter pounder with no cheese. Tonight it's Easter Sunday and no one else is open so we decided to give it another chance, apparently they McDonalds charges $.20 if you want sauce with your meal, who do they think they are? Like Chic Fila doesn't even charge. Anyways, the storage manager is working the window and rude as can be, we pay, we leave. We go to park to eat since the inside is closed and his order is completely wrong and all he wanted was a double quarter pounder. They wouldn't open the door when he walked back so he had to go to the window and stand outside and wait. They made the order wrong another two times, asked him to pay while he stood outside in the drive through line, the store manager still managing the drive through window while wearing her earbuds and talking on the phone/listening to music, no wonder the order was wrong. The second time he informed her that the order was still wrong.... she flung the bag outside the drive through window. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. read more

This has to be the worst run store in Nashville. Not only is it dirty, you can literally stand at the counter for 10 minutes, and no one will acknowledge you. The kicker, if you do get some sort of recognition, and you can ask a question, they simply look at you with a vacant stare in their eyes. This place is so gross. Every single time I go there I get reminded why McDonald's is trash. Picture it, pulling through the drive thru and there is litter everywhere- including someones discarded pill bottle. I get to the first window where the girl stares at me while taking someones order and then says 'oh... you are a new person...' I pay and move it along to the next window. I get my Dr. Pepper which is just soda water and no syrup, and the guy asks me to pull forward and that my chicken tenders are cooking. Okay.. I pull forward where I wait for 10 minutes. Soon after leaving a McDonalds close by which got my entire order wrong, I visited this location... let's just say that I should have gone home. "Welcome to McDonalds, we are cash only and breakfast only." They apparently "count the drawers" around this time so they can only take cash payments.... Does anyone else not understand this? All I can say is that McDonalds needs to get it together. I don't know if it is just the night shift staff that needs to get it together or the brand as a whole, but something needs to change. This location continues to disappoint. Both before and after the renno they decide to ruin weekend breakfast/brunch by having a no-talent hack do live performances with his Casio and 3 retiree shills trying to fake an interested crowd. The renno itself is hideous. I'm not sure which niece or nephew just starting interior design school got the job, but it was a bad choice. It feels like a New York bathroom coversion to high school cafeteria. The staff here continue to be a rude, uncaring mess. I just finished witnessing the cashier get into an argument with 70-something couple while delivering their food. He'd already argued with me that I didn't buy meals so don't get hasbrowns even though my receipt clearly said otherwise. I could keep going on to justify why a 1-Star is still too high for this location. But why bother? The management here obviously doesn't care so no changes will occur. read more

I'd like to say the chaos that was happening at this McDonald's today was out of the ordinary, but the taste of the food tells me otherwise. Bathrooms out of order, they had a trailer restroom out in the parking lot for use. Play place out of order, which is the reason I visited with my toddler, although some kids were still crawling all over it. Milkshake/ice cream machine being worked on, assumed out of order. It took close to 10 minutes to pay because their computer system needed rebooting. My fries were bland and tasted cardboard-y. I poked my burger bun after initial bite because it, too, tasted like a piece of drywall. Burger did not seem fresh at all. Fruit flies flying all over the restaurant. Watched a manager schmoozing on two young ladies, presumably because of the mess-- just got that weird vibe from their interaction. However, the Shining Star here was my cashier. Brunette girl with glasses and freckles and big hoop earrings, she was the Boss there today-- she was barking in two languages to make sure orders got out and she was sweet as could be. She needs a raise and a special comradery pin, stat. Otherwise, find another McD's for your fast food stop. read more

just went to this McDon alda and ordered about $20 worth of food. all I wanted was a lrge ice water, I ordered it and when I got to the window the big bald RUDE manager told cut me off when I told the young kid I ordered a large ice water and said "ITS 55c AND YOU NEED TO PARK AND COME INSIDE TO GET IT". I gave this store a "One Star" rating because I am unable to go lower than that. Service is pretty bad. One Saturday morning a few weeks ago, while I was making another trip to the counter to get some more of the items that had been paid for but left off of my tray, I observed a manager reaming out an employee, right on the front line, (near the coffee dispenser, so there is no confusion as to how up front this was happening). Frankly, I understand that sometimes an employee may not be doing what is needed or expected, but NEVER belittle or humiliate someone in public...praise in public and correct in private. That is so typical of the way many McDonalds treat their employees, and so typical of the atmosphere in many McDonalds. I am used to the mentality of arguing about who's turn it is to take this next guys order as we try to figure out a way to dodge the reason the job even exists. I asked for and received the phone number to call as I explained that I was going to call about the ass chewing the employee took in front of everybody in the place. I called, left a message and several days later "Crystal" called and left a message with a number to call her back. I have called back several times with no response, and no return call. I thought I would post here so you can see what you may experience while you visit this location, and to explain that the management and franchise owner must not give a flop what the customer thinks, because McDonalds is such a strong brand. Chill-Fil-A, where they seem happy that you are there , not like you are an interruption, here we come! A self correcting error. When we actually received our bacon, egg and cheese biscuits, a large black fly fell out of the wrapper. We took the biscuits back to the counter and asked for a refund... Unbelievably horrible and incompetent management and staff. I have never had my order filled correctly at this location. Any requests or questions about menu items are usually met with sassy, sarcastic responses. I understand that "you get what you pay for", but this is unacceptable. After waiting 20 minutes for a simple order, the manager "Joe" stomped up to our car and screamed at my wife to pull forward and talked to her like she was an idiot. After this Yelp review, my next call will be to the corporate office. Disgraceful. I can't believe this location is still open for business. This McDonald's is terrible! At 10pm they let people sit in the drive for 15 to 20 minutes and when you finally drive off you see that the employees are just having a party. Had to leave 1 star becuase thats the way the app works but truly No stars for this one. We've gone here the 3 times recently out of convenience, and each of those time was at the drive through. They were really slow and got the order wrong evrytime. Granted our kids are picky and generally want their burgers plain versus the way they come. But items were also left out of the order. My husband was rushed and went here yesterday. Got me a Big Mac. After 2 bites I could not finish. Something was clearly off with it. It was heavy with salt plus a odd taste I can not describe. I ate the fries and had some fruit later. Only because our grandson wants a happy meal is why we go there. But I feel I will make a grilled cheese over there "meat product" burgers from now on. The place is nicer after the renovation but that's about it. We went in and it was very disorganized and chaotic the screens to order are smack dab in the middle of the place so everyone was bumping into each other. Some of the people there were nice but over all it was pretty sloppy. Our food was ice cold. I would recommend the drive through (however it's usually packed). Or find another McDonald's! read more

I went to this McDonald and went through drive through, normally I do not have problems out of this McDonald, but this particular occasion i did!!!! we were asked to pull up to stall number 2 cause one was taking, as we were waiting on our food, which seemed like forever cause my car and the other car we had stood outside, the car from stall 1 went in side but the driver stayed in the car!! after the long wait , I seen a male employee come out with a bag and gave to car number 1, as I was getting ready to go inside to see what was taking so long, as the passenger was coming back to her car, the man that was sitting in the car actually had our food, but what was bad was that we watch the guy go through our bag before he said anything to else!!! So I took the bag back in the store and ask for a manager I explain the situation to her and to my surprise she told me nobody went through our bag, i said ma"am car number 1 as i was getting ready to walk in said hey ma"am I think we may have your order, as I also witness the McDonald employee giving the bag to the van driver I DID NOT WANT MONEY BACK, all I wanted was fresh and safe food!!! who would want a bag that has been given to someone else!! the manager even said nobody touch it, I said ma"am how would you know when you wasn't even out there, but when the employee came from the back it was amazing that he confirmed that yes he gave to first car waiting..
