This has to be the most inconsistent McDonald's out there. This store is NOT a 24 hour store like they advertise. Ordered breakfast at 3:50am one day, then the very next day they say they are closed at 4:25 and won't open for another 20 minutes. 24 hour lie. i never comment or write reviews for ANYTHING. this mcdonald's makes me wanna commit felonies. i came by at 2 hungry asf and these mf were all chillin in the parking lot tossing a football, i wanted to run them over right there. and not only have i gone at 12, 1, twice at 2, and now at 3 and EVERYTIME they always hit me with some bs and it's closed. and even if by some chance i am able to get my food from this mcdonald's it looks like it was caught from a lake and cooked on their floor, their customer service is as bad as their food looks. the only thing worse than this mcdonald's is my ability to learn a lesson read more

Worst McDonald's in America! Can't manage drive through orders. Always have to go in and get resolved. God forbid they pull you off to the side and they forget your order. Store and kitchen should not pass health department. Smells like sewer at the front counter. Trash and food all over the floor. No face masks on workers. 24 hour drive thru means it takes you 24 hours to get through it at this McDonald's. Workers stand around and don't put effort into getting your order even remotely correct. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting to be helped after pulling up to the speaker and immediately being told "wait" and not given any more service after that. I try to limit fast food to about once a month and when I'm craving McDonald's I usually try to avoid this location cause service is always very slow. And that was the case again today. I arrived early to avoid the rush and still ended up waiting 17 minutes in the drive thru for cold food! There were only 2 cars ahead of me at the order board so probably 8 cars max in the drive thru. My food was correct but cold, the fries had an off taste and appearance. I'm wondering if they had to put fries back in the fryer to heat back up due to the long wait or there oil needs changed. Whatever the case unappetizing. I hope the owners of this location pay more attention to customer comments. It's really hard to support a large increase in minimum wage when you always get minimal service! read more

Today I went to this location and ordered a large sweet tea and a classic chicken sandwich. My first problem was the wait in the drive-thru. It took 10 mins to get my food. The can get through the Chick-Fil-a drive through during the lunch rush in 4 mins there should be no reason I'm waiting in line for 10 mins. Once I got to the window I was informed that the credit card machine was down. This is something that should have been mentioned before I placed my order. To make matters worse the chicken on my sandwich was old. It's fast food so not expecting to be mind blown by the food, but after 10 mins that sandwich I received was unacceptable. read more

If I could give this McDonald's zero stars, I would. The service I received was absolutely horrible. When I was ordering food, I was told that the items I wanted were unavailable, so I altered my order. Then, when I was receiving my food, the lady would not look at me as she handed me a bag of food, I looked inside to check everything was there (I was in that line for 15 minutes waiting for my food- I ordered 10 chicken nuggets, two fries, a drink, and an ice cream), low and behold, it was not my order. I handed the bag back to her, she got upset but went back to fix it. The second bag was missing a lot of my items. Finally, the third bag had everything except the drink I ordered: a Hi-C/fruit punch. I asked about it and the lady, again not looking at me, said that they no longer have that. I had been extremely nice to her and another worker who scoffed at me the whole time, but I began to get a little frustrated considering the fact I had just paid for a drink I could not get. Both women working today at 9:30 a.m. on November 5, were so rude to us today. They seemed like that had a bad day and I get that, but they began to show lack of patience and overall composure. They were also very smart aleck and tried to be very pushy towards their truth, even when our order was done wrong and their refusal to fix it. Honestly a disaster of a location both drive thru and inside are chaos. Ordering inside is a pain because no one pays attention to what's going on by the counter. You HAVE to order at the kiosk no one will take an order at the registers. Wait times are bad, luckily I have a hour lunch but I spend 30mins just waiting on my food along with a line of people that aren't informed that no one will help you at the register. read more

went there with my boyfriend last night around about 2:30 am, the mcdonald's said that they offer 24/7 service and we were hungry so wanted to grab a bite. we pull up to the window and the lady says that they are closed for another half an hour, weird but ok sis. we waited that 30 mins and went back and THEN, maam said they were closed for another hour. like who what where when?? was very confused and we didn't even get our service taken, absolutely horrible. do not recommend this one. read more

This one has gone way downhill. The problem is the people working at it - they just don't care. On a Thursday at 7:10pm I pulled into the drive thru. It wasn't crowded and I placed my order right away - Big Mac meal with a coke. After that it all went wrong. There were 4 cars ahead of me but it took 20 minutes to get my food. When I finally got to the payment window after 15 minutes, I asked the guy, "what's the hold up? Why's it taking so long?" He replied, "I don't know. I'm all the way over here and I don't know what they're doing down there. Honestly, I'm just here to get a pay check." Very helpful. He looked to be a teenager but I also worked there as a teen and never was like that with customers. Another 5 minute wait and I get to the food window and she asks me if I had the large Fanta. I said "no" and repeated my order. She came back a bit later and gave it to me. I pulled into a parking spot to check it out and while the order was right there was no straw and no napkins. I decided to walk inside and talk to the manager. Maybe they have no idea what's going on here. When I walk in it's dirty inside. A guy is kind of loitering around the register and I ask to see the manager. She hears me asking him, looks at me and then looks away and almost starts walking away when the guy says "he wants to see you." She doesn't great me, so I hand her my receipt and show her that it took 20 minutes to get my order. I said there's no reason for that when it's not busy. She says, "So what do you want?" No, "I'm sorry" or anything like that. Just what do I want. I replied, "I really don't want anything. I just need a straw and napkins because I didn't even get that." She points behind me to the dirty drink stand and says "Oh, they're back there." I just shook my head, got them and left. I wish this were the only McDonald's in the area like this (Union Center is just as bad) but it's not. It doesn't seem like McDonald's cares about its product anymore or about training people to at least fake like they care. read more

The service here is awful. It took 10 mins for them to finally take our order at the drive through. Once we get to the window there is only one person working at the window. When we get home and start to eat we realize they forgot an entire meal and charged us for it. Also only the drive through is open 24/7 and that's stupid. read more

OK so I had to pick up my sister at 2:10 from work and I went to this McDonald's to get us some food. 1st of all they kept on asking what our order was 2nd I asked for a coffee and they gave me a cup of cream 3rd of all they sneezed in my "coffee" lastly they all didn't know how to make a smoothie even the manager. Do not patronize this McDonald's restaurant! Posted hours of operation (supposed to be open 24 hours/day) mean nothing to those working here. I pulled up to the drive through on Sunday evening 8/18/2019 at 10:10 p.m. to find orange cones blocking both lanes. So, I thought I would go inside to place my order. Got to the door, and a very rude female employee began yelling at me that they were closed for cleaning and they "weren't cooking any more food". Didn't look like anyone was doing anything even remotely close to cleaning as there were no less than four employees standing around doing no work - just shooting the breeze with one another. I attempted to inquire at least three times about their hours of operation, but she would not answer me directly - just kept repeating that they were closed. There is another McDonald's very close to this one, so they will get ALL of my business from this point forward. They apparently don't need my money at this particular location, and I don't wish to deal with rude employee attitudes as a potential customer. read more

If I could give less than a star, I would. Ordered breakfast at the drive thru. Ordered a combo meal #7 with a large unsweetened tea, and the 2 for 3 sausage McGriddles add cheese and a large coffee with 4 cream 2 sugar. Incredibly long wait times. Paid for my order, finally get to the order window. Get the coffee and food. I asked for the tea. Drive thru person (hoodie that was black and grey) said I didn't order one. I said well, I need one. I was told to go back thru the line and order again.... I said , no, I'm right here, let's take care of it now. Was told no, can't do that. I asked for the manager. He basically refused to get the manager to the window. Wife pulls back out receipt and sees the tea on it. Showed it to the drive thru person, he sighs and finally gets my tea. I can forgive a lot of things, but rudeness and a lack of an apology for a mistake on their part is not one of them. I'm not saying the customer is always right, but this time I was, and there was zero empathy for the customer. If you can't be customer friendly, then get off the drive thru window. read more

Every time I come here I get poor service and they are very slow. I've waited 20 minutes for a big Mac meal here. Today will be my last visit here, there is a blonde female manager named Mandy that treated me terribly. All I did was asked why my meal cost so much because I substituted a drink for a milkshake and it seemed that I was being charged for a regular drink and a milkshake which I only wanted the milkshake, so when I politely asked for an explanation from a manager because the girl working the register could not explain it to me, Mandy immediately came at me with a very poor attitude and was very rude for no reason.
