Not the best out of the other McDonald's in Grimsby and Cleethorpes but when your walking round Freshney Place it's nice holding and sipping a milkshake otherwise everything else a a normal McDonald's had it is bad. read more

Ignore the previous reviews this is honestly the best establishment of the MacDonads chain I've ever come across. Last Tuesday I tried Large Mac and it tasted incredible. They have the option to have a drink and some potato fries along with the meal for what I could see was an average extra cost of £1.40. This extra cost was one that quite obviously varies with which meal you have and this is something that took a while to get my head around but the information desk reeally helped me. By Wednesday I had mastered the process and ordered a Chicken MacSandwich which tasted awful but I was so proud of being able to order for myself without the help of the unfriendly staff. This Mcdonalds is much the same as all the rest in terms of food and drink. It is one of the quieter ones but does get busy late afternoons and weekends, at these times it may get a little hectic, especially if you object to lots of young excitable children running around. It is acceptably clean and tidy, tables are wiped regularly and uncleared trays move pretty quickly. If you are going to use a McDonalds I would choose this one rather than one of the busier ones. read more

One of the worst branches of McDonald's I've ever come across. You are made to wait in a queue even when quiet as there regularly aren't enough staff on. There are a few staff there who are lacking in basic manners, or in some cases are abrupt and obstructive. The portions are often noticeably smaller than at other branches. The one plus side is that it is usually kept relatively tidy. Best avoided. read more
