It doesn't quite fry up right and we unconsciously push that rejected fry to the edge and eat around it. Now imagine almost all the fries are from that reject pile. Quite unappetizing. The poutine was assembled in a peculiar fashion of B-Grade-Reject fries, drizzle of poutine sauce and chopped up curds piled on top. When assembled this way, your poutine of disappointment does not melt the cheese curd. Great steamy hotdog though. I think I'll make spaghetti next week and enjoy carbs without disappointment.

Another point that stood out for me at my last visit was that brought out that friendly level even more was the realization that there were a number of regulars who liked hanging out with a coffee and a paper who the staff knew and greeted by name. That just brings about a true "community" feel that you don't see in other fast-food places that focus so strongly on just getting the food and customers out the door.

There's one tiny bathroom which is not ideal, but does the trick. There's outdoor seating and 'indoor seating' (screened in dining area). And also a kyoot space for kids to play (swing set). This place is quiet at the beginning of the season, but gets busier as summer goes along. We were always in and out within 10-15 minutes, though. Even if it took longer I would still give this place 5 stars the food is that amazing. Perfect little pit stop. A must-stop for sure and I even recommend going out of your way for this. Dammit. The burger is made with real meat so it's not one of those dry pucks from McDonald's. Dressed up like a typical burger with pickles and it was awesome on sesame bun. It is not the cheapest burger option. Prepare to pay over 20$ before tax for a small burger and a fries. It can easily goes to 30$ a burger and that's without counting the extra if you swap fries for poutine or other option. The burger themself are very good, and you can even swap the buns for lettuce which is nice when you're cutting carbs. The service on the other hand was very slow. The waitress kept chatting with her friend at the table beside us which made the service pretty non existant. Also, the bathroom are on the second floor and there's no elevator. You also have many stairs to walk up to get in the restaurant.
