When I was about to ask where to pick up my order, the employee responded with, "Did you look over there?" with an unnecessary attitude. Then when I went to grab the order, the other employee couldn't even hand me the food, I literally had to lean over the counter to get it myself. No thank you, no smile, no basic customer service. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. The tacos and burrito were extremely dry and had very little flavor. What really made this experience unacceptable was finding foreign objects in our food. My girlfriend found what appeared to be a piece of wood in one of her tacos and thankfully noticed it before biting into it. Then I found a long piece of hair in my burrito. At that point, it was honestly disgusting. I work as a videographer with restaurants and have eaten at many different places, and my girlfriend also does food reviews, so we experience a lot of restaurants.
