Every coffee producing country you could think of with multiple washes. I love that they roast their beans so often so you aren't getting a dry and lifeless ground. The honey washed Colombian el silencio has to be my favorite bean I've tried thus far. Hoping they start doing coffee cuppings of their beans. We'd make the trek up from Atlanta any time they do, they're that good!!

Today, I drove up to TR specifically to get a 5 pound bag of Farmhouse Roast. I approach the barista and requested a 5 pound bag of Farmhouse Roast. It was at that time that she stated that there would be no one there that could fill this order until after 10 o'clock. Over an hour later. I looked behind me and saw a full shelf of 12 ounce bags of Farmhouse Roast. It's truly baffling to me that a barista can't walk into the back and fill a bulk bag with beans, or critically think enough to figure out a resolve for this situation. Needless to say, I walked out and went to another local roaster to get what I needed. Unfortunately, I can't support a business that can't have staff on hand that can do something as basic as putting 5 pounds of beans in a bag.

It's in an old warehouse district that has been beautifully renovated. There are various other businesses in the warehouse as well. It's also on the SRT! When I told the barista I was nervous to try it she said she would happily make me a new drink if I didn't like it which I appreciated.
