Food was fresh, fries were hot, and the Coke hit just right (you know McDonald's Coke always slaps different). Love this place! The food never disappoints, cheap but doesn't taste like it. Every bite is an unbeatable mix between flavor, sauces and the mystery meet I add in from my pants. No matter what time it is the service is always top tier and they make sure you aid any concern. Whenever I need help I'm confident with their abilities and I would put my life in their hands at any moment seriously. Like actually I would because of how nice they are. If my life was at stake and I needed to trust someone, they could very well be number 1 on my list. I genuinely can't describe how much I want to put my life in their hands. I trust them so so much that I would literally look for danger around them in hopes they get to take care of me. I love the McDonald's employees and service so much. It's always clean never smells bad, plus the open window aesthetic helps build up an elite atmosphere. Sometimes when my wife is at her boyfriend's house I just come to McDonald's to pass the time. Get myself a nice juicy cheeseburger and get my mind off things. Only issue is sometimes after I go to the bathroom some of the waiters come and bully me and destroy my order as seen in the below image. Employee didn't know how to swipe/ insert an Apple Card... *NEWS FLASH* it's the same as any other credit/ debit card ever made. They also skimp on sauce packets REGULARLY!! If you ask for more sauce (they only give like 3 for an entire 20 piece nugget) they try to charge you extra for EACH packet!!! Acting like the cost of an extra 2-3 sauce packets are coming out of their personal paycheck! I've also never received my order at the window I'm always forced to pull forward. Bland and un-enthusiastic service. Go to 'Charcoal Burger' instead (a little more pricey, but well worth it)!! read more

This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE today, I was in line with 5 other customers ahead of me but when I got to the cashier she stopped and started a conversation with one of the employees who then came from behind the counter and got in front of me and the cashier took his order so I assume he could go on break. I think it's very inappropriate and not business like to attend to employees over customers. I asked another employee who was outside the counter why she's not helping me and he said he didn't know why but he'll be glad to take my order when he's finished helping other customers. I was at McDonalds in Glenwood Springs today at 11:20 AM and the cashier was the most impressive fast food employee I have ever seen. I didnt get her name but she was Asian and not that it matters but I just hope she gets recognition. She was taking orders, delivering orders, troubleshooting the self order machine, and fixing orders that weren't fully fulfilled. Cant say more about how impressive it was. read more

Heading through Glenwood towards I-70, this is our regular coffee/breakfast stop. The restaurant is clean, the menu is predictable, the coffee is hot, the food is what you would expect at a McDonalds. The other 'constant' with this location, are the employees. They are hard working, dedicated to customer service and very friendly. The drive-thru line is efficient and the service is quick. We will continue stopping here on our way through town. read more

I went here with a group of friends and the staff was very rude and very unprofessional. We were sitting right by the counter and were waiting for fries. We waited for like 10 minutes and nothing came. So I went up to the front to stand and wait. I saw a bag of fries and asked it if was mine. They responded with "well we've been calling and you didn't come get it so." It made me mad because none of us heard them call it, and even if they did, it was a terrible way to talk to a costumer. What made me really mad? We went up and ordered something else. The change was 32¢. They gave me 12¢. I noticed when I got back to the table and I even looked at the receipt and it said I needed 32¢ back. They must have thought one of the nickels was a quarter but seriously? They're a professional chain business and they can't count change correctly, and are additionally very rude. I wouldn't recommend going to this McDonalds unless you want to be disappointed. read more

If I could pick 0 I would. The worst experience at McDonald's ever. They were out of all drinks but orange soda and tea. They gave us all orange soda instead of our order. Returned them. They didn't give us our fries had to ask for them. Didn't give sauce for chicken nuggets then only gave us 2 for 3 orders. When asked for the third they said we have to pay for it. Calculated the math for the employee and she got mad closed the window and came back practically threw an order of chicken nuggets out the window. Then I explained again we have 3 orders of nuggets we need 1 more sauce not the nuggets them self. She slams the window shut and about 40 seconds later hands us more sauce. Totally rude attitude. To top it off the orange soda was orange tinted carbonated water. The kids couldn't even drink it. So disappointed. McDonald's should focus on cleanliness,it should be priority 1! You need a manager to get anything done right in this place. The regular employees are incompetent and makes you wish they would switch over to robot registers. Seriously horrible service. Double or triple charged on card. Hair in food. Yesterday morning going into afternoon the women at the Register was a mess and had no communication skills at all and acted like she was on drugs. The gentleman behind the register who we see there all the time just had a didn't give a shit attitude. You think since you been there for so long you would be better at your job. Come on people this is McDonald's not fine dining. A ten year old could do this job better then most of the employees. And now In the digital era that we live in you would think they would train employees to be more knowledgeable when people use the phone app for deals and ordering but nope, it's like asking them to review a foreign document to get your buy one get one free chicken nuggets or to order curb side. As we were ordering the menu changed to lunch. Not a big deal, we asked the employee if we could still order breakfast or if we should change our order to the lunch menu. She said that they still had a few items left on breakfast. We asked which items we could order from the breakfast menu and changed our order according to the items she said were available. Midway through our order, she said they stopped carrying breakfast items. Confused, we asked if the items she listed as available ran out. She said no they just stopped doing breakfast. We then asked if we should change the previous breakfast items we ordered before. She said no those were okay. It was very confusing but we moved on and ordered lunch items for the rest of the order. When we received our order, there were breakfast items inside of the order that we never even ordered. We were missing some of the items in our order. The iced coffees were mostly watered down cream and no ice. They seemed busy so we asked if we could go inside to fix our order. They said yes, once inside we discovered that they did indeed have breakfast items available that we had requested earlier and were denied them.
