Wow I was impressed and this is the Chick-fil-A treatment that I excepted. By the way the gentleman name is Dennis and he also agreed that he was the best ever. We need more of this so make the call and take the name note to self. This is why I'm going from a 1 start to 4. Update: Today I called and I wish I had taken the name of the manager that answered me. She was very apologetic and told me that she was going to check in this matter and that the gentleman is the sweetest person ever. I'm going to call back and get his name because as kind and nice as she was to me I want to be to him. I hope that the manager at that time can learn from this experience and treat customers better. As soon as you pull to the opposite side of the building your order is ready to go. Beware if you feel pressured or anxious at a drive thru. Cashiers were super friendly and patient (remember our first time here). Pulled up and was told no shakes or fries were available. That was disappointing. So, didn't really get to have the full Pal's experience. Ordered the chili burger which was delicious and huge! Also got an unsweetened tea and a Mr. Enough (local herbal drink). All were good. We did have a local with us who assured us that everything is tasty there. Unfortunately, we only experienced a super limited menu, but had terrific service.
