The service inside is terrible. I went to the kiosk twice this week for a senior coffee. You can't order senior coffee from the kiosk. Ordered a regular coffee and stood in the lobby for over 5 minutes, Nobody checked on me. When someone finally checked on me I was told my order did not show up on their board. No apology- nothing. Tired of ordering food on your APP for pick up and having you screw up the order. This is the 3rd time this has happened. And COLD FRIES. Not lukewarm, COLD. You messed up my wife's burger and forgot to include a cheeseburger on the order. There were no cars in the drive thru, there's no excuse. You are close and convenient, but I think the drive to Sycamore to Burger King is preferable. read more

I usually stop here more than once a week, mainly because it is convenient for me and not too expensive. It is nothing special, but usually worthwhile. Today they only gave me one half of my order and since it was for someone else and I was in a real hurry (they need their fries hot), I didn't check the order when it was given to me at the drive through. I left the sack closed till I got to my friend's home and found they were missing about half the order. At least the fries were hot, which is about a 50 - 50 chance normally. The other main problem seems to be the long waits in line. Adding a second lane hasn't helped much from what I can see since the cars are waiting after they order and can't go anywhere anyway. The other problem is they are not reliable to be even open all the time when they. are supposed to be. read more

Food is always hot and delicious. I'm lovin' it! However, the service leaves much to be desired. I know it's merely a McDonald's but it's nice to give the customer a good experience and not make them feel like an inconvenience. Really never had a problem with this place. But then again I've only been here a small amount of times. Had to wait an extended amount of time for a messed up order. Employees didn't really seem to care and did not see a supervisor. Asked for grilled on salad.... got crispy. Fries were cold and saggy. McChicken had a pickle. This pace is so unbelievable slow. I could drive across town and back by the time I got my food. Rediculous

Hate giving one star reviews, but... Stopped by and ordered a sandwich only, double quarter pounder plain. When I got to the window and paid, I looked at the receipt and it said double quarter pounder with cheese plain. I spent 2 to 3 minutes (4 or 5 cars behind me) trying to get the girls attention, beeping, knocking, etc however she was too busy texting on her iPhone. When she finally glanced over and open the window I told her this was wrong, I had ordered a double quarter pounder plain. She said that is what I paid for. I stated no, the receipt was for one with cheese. She said that they could not make sandwiches without including cheese. I mentioned she was incorrect, she held to her position and I asked for a refund. She disappeared and went and got a manager who came back, did something at the register, handed her the money and walked away. The girl gave me my money and I left. It bothered me the manager was not interested so I called the store and asked to talk with the manager. The person on the phone said it was them. I told the story and when I was ll done, she said she would pass it to the manager. What? Who are you? She said she was just a "lead". I said do not bother, corporate will fill the manager in. It would have died had it not been for that exchange. The customer support line was fast and friendly. Took the information and said they would pass it to the manager. This morning I got a message from an Eduardo, apologizing and offered for me to call him as he was a "Lead". Are you kidding me? The manager could not take the time to call? The worst McDonalds ever. Although they just remodeled the whole inside and the ladies who clean the tables are very nice .. thats where the good stops. Every employee there knows less than minimum english. When trying to order food either inside or the drive thru this makes it extremely frustratiing having to repeat and ask them to repeat several times. More times than not if I have gotten my order in the drive thru once I get it home I see that things are missing or wrong. Steer clear of this McDonalds. read more

This summer, I have noticed terrible service. The drive thru always has cars wrapped around the restaurant taking a very long time (10 minutes or more) just to take the order and get food. Often times, the order is wrong or not ready so we have had to pull over and wait even longer to get the order. The servers do not look happy at all and do not even acknowledge the customer. Sad.. what has happened! Now we think twice before stopping for a meal because we just don't want to deal with the long wait and high probability of having a wrong order served. read more

Pretty sure I already reviewed this McDonald's but I'm gonna do it again. This place blows. If it weren't the only drive thru restaurant in this food desert of a town I'd never come here. They always mess up SOMETHING. Whether it's forgetting entire sandwiches, giving us something loaded with onions (which I'm allergic to) when we asked for plain, or forgetting the sauce it's always a disappointment. This place is way more expensive than it used to be which makes it so much worse when they mess up. We spent $20 on food today only for it to all be incorrect and inedible for me due to allergies. What a waste of money and time. "But Claire just scrape it off!" I shouldn't have to scrape anything off. I ordered the food and payed for it it should be correct. It's always correct on the receipt but that doesn't mean anything. If you're just passing through and want something to eat, avoid this place at all costs, the food at the gas station across the road is a million times better and even that food is questionable. This location has the BEST food I have ever been served by any locale in any State! Not only is it hot and fresh, even on their down times, it always looks like it's picture on the menu.
