First time to this location. If you don't know McDonald's - then your unAmerican - lol. I used the electronic order board. Don't think it's faster. Actually think it takes longer. Too many questions and the responsiveness lags. And if you want to pay with cash, you have to go to the counter anyway. I'm a McDonald's shareholder. I wonder if this really adds customer value. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I saw a video of the manager at this location giving a write up to a sweet old man who was clearly special needs. Shame on her. read more

Ordered online . Picked up curbside . No napkins. Food was cold and a thumb pic was in my bun as in pushed all the way down to the patty ..

This location is absolutely garbage. They wouldn't accept my gift card because it wouldn't swipe because they make there new gift cards out of paper. So I told them to put the numbers in manually and the peice of crap employees wouldn't bother to. Theres a reason there's numbers on the back of the card. Never go to this peice of sh*t McDonald's. read more

I swear, every worker here is illiterate. This place has the worst service ever. I mobile order 10 minutes ahead almost every single time and it's still not ready by the time I get there. And then I have to go and sit and wait while everyone else who orders there gets their order before me. read more

Absolute chaos! Spent 32 minutes in the drive through. For 2 large shakes. Paid for them at the first window and fully got to the serving window where I was told the "ran out" of shakes. This place is a disaster! Asked me to pull up while they ran the refund. I said no imma hold you up now. read more

This particular McDonalds has poor customer service. They are not apologetic nor kind. They make you wait ordering and they dont even say to wait in a polite way. Its: give 3 secs. And thats the response I get while the other line 3 cars have passed. They never have my order on time and it doesnt matter what I order. From now on if my children want it I will DoorDash it to avoid this awful taste in my mouth. As for my self I will never have a meal here ever again! read more

Today 20-30 minute wait time at payment window. Pulled out of line and left after paying without getting food. Would not return my money. Yesterday waited 10 minutes at ordering kiosk before I realized it was dead. Left without placing order. 2 years ago I paid for an order with a $50 bill but received change for a $20. Talked to manager but he would not give me back my $30. This is the most incompetently run McDonald's I have ever encountered in the U.S. Needs to be completely restaffed, top to bottom. read more

This place is never open even tho they are 24 hours... I come late night after work a couple times a week and there is always a problem not sure how they are 24/ hours but don't serve people between 3am/5am... I had an online order I paid for and no one would make it or give me a refund... trash service and I'm in the industry... read more

I went to this McDonald's in Fort Myers and went through their drive-thru for a quick breakfast. The lady whi took my order appeared nice. I ordered: a large orange juice, and a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. I also ordered a small cup of water on the side and was very disappointed when I took a sip to discover that I had received Sprite. For a McDonald's, I expect at least average service but this one was definitely lacking. read more

I mean, I feel like one star says enough. It's just consistently slow and has been for now almost three years. The crew always seem fine, no one is rude or anything but the overall service is just really slow and the food is never consistent. Sometimes it's fine and sometimes it's bad enough to make me want a refund (which I never ask for, I feel like what's the point at a fast food restaurant). I think driving up to the next one is honestly worth it, your food will probably be hot and consistent. read more

WORMS IN FOOD... Probably the slowest McDonalds on the planet. Waited 25 minute for two egg McMuffins. Seems to be par for this place. Same thing happened last time I was here. They are busy though, I'll give them that but they need to make the fast better in fast food. Update lol: when I looked in the bag they gave me a bacon egg McMuffin and a sausage egg and cheese bagel. Problem is I used the touch key to make my and all I did was add a quantity of 2 for the McMuffin..... so much for that working at all. Will avoid this daycare center forever. UPDATE!!!!!! Found a round worm in the sausage... read more

24 hours? Yeah right! Its 3:30am I sat at at the drive through for 15 minutes, with no answer! Drove to the window and saw an associate on their phone! Least they could've done is tell me they don't want to work so that I did not have to waste my time! read more

6:04: mobile ordered one (1) meal from mcdonald's app 6:05: walked into the store 6:15: hmm it's been a while, let me ask someone. "excuse me ma'am, i'm 1636, could i get an estimate on its completion?" "1638?" "no, 1636." "i don't have 1636." i show her my phone to show the order number, which is 1636. she again says that she doesn't have that order and another woman asks if it's for the right store. i confirm the address is correct by reciting the numbers. "hm ok." they walk away and assist other customers. 6:21: i again ask about my order. they tell me it still isn't there. "ok, but i have it right here." "there's not really anything we can do." "what do you mean there's nothing you can do?" i ask this as i look around the environment, confirming it is indeed a mcdonald's restaurant, and there is certainly something they could do. "it's just not coming up on our end." "ok, so do i just leave?" "i guess." "ok, thanks for letting me know." "you're welcome." read more

these people don't know how to listen whatsoever i've been here multiple times and they consistently mess up my order i've also sat in that line for over an hour one time because they handed my mobile order out to the wrong person i ordered a large coke they gave me a large fry and told me no that i didn't order that im not one to complain but they are constantly fucking my shit up this location sucks the one in riverdale is so much better read more

I always have the worst experience here in the 4 times I've gone but this one really topped it off especially because I didn't even get my food! I placed my order and waited in line tonight for a little under an 1 hour and 30 minutes after about an hour many cars started beeping their horns because no one was even coming to the window to give out food orders or take money. The employee leaned out the and started screaming "shut the fu** up". We left immediately! I was never so utterly disgusted with a restaurant or staff in my life. I will never visit this location again. AND WILL BE SURE TO INFORM EVERYONE I KNOW THE SAME. read more

This is the absolute worst McDonald's ever. Actually. They might compete with the one on homestead! I went there they gave me an attitude. I'm currently throwing up because I think I got food poisoning from there so i cannot even write well. My food tasted like chemicals. And the lady who gave me the food practically threw it at me. She was super rude and i couldn't believe that the manager wouldn't do anything about it. I got to catch her name so if McDonald's calls me. I will be able to identify the female. Excuse me because i may butcher the name but it was something along the names of shreka. Or shareeka. Shaykeena. I don't know. I may visit again just to get the right spelling. read more

So I am a normal customer here and usually don't have a problem when I come here but I arrive in the parking lot and there is a line around the building blocking traffic so I parked then I go up to the door there's a sign saying lobby closed AT 5PM what the absolute crap I just got done with a 10 hour shift and haven't eaten all day and you want me to waste my gas which is about $4 a gallon sitting in the line idling for 40 minutes to an hour this is ridiculous you guys seriously gotta stop doing that I don't mind waiting indoors but seriously your gonna waste our gas just cause you don't wanna open a stinking lobby can I just ask why did you do this by the way the day I was there was 11/20/21 I have been patient with you guys all the time and this is how you treat us come on read more

Tried the new crispy and spicy crispy sandwiches 7/10 did the job wasn't blown away. The plain was boring needed sauce. Horrific. I have no complaints about the food but the people.....we went for lunch and to use WiFi to get some work done while eating. Oops - no WiFi. As an employee we could have logged in to WiFi but not paying customers. In the time we sat there I heard more cuss words coming from employees than I hear in the hallways of a high school. Sh$& and even f bombs. Employees were so loud it was ridiculous. Every time a burrito was ordered I heard comments disparaging to Hispanics. Totally inappropriate conduct. read more
