We ordered enough where I could tell once the person arrived at some stuff were missing. I checked the bag in front of them and yes an item was missing I was missing my 20 piece chicken mcnuggets. The staff member immediately apologized and went back inside and stated that he didn't pack the order but he would resolve it which he did came back 5 minutes later with the proper chicken nuggets and I was out in 20 minutes at the curbside. That's why you always check your food you got to check your food especially if you're not live by there and you don't plan on coming back check your food cuz stuff sometimes be missing. read more

Ordered a meal to-go on a weekday afternoon, and overall it was good. Sweet Tea and Coke were refreshing, The Big Mac was loaded up with extra lettuce, and the bun was fresh. The fries, as requested did not have salt, however they did not taste super fresh. The sweet and sour is always a great choice for dipping fries and burgers, and they were in this case. It was out of town visiting this place after lunch hours and I was hungry. So I decided to grab some quick lunch and went for the 20 pieces chicken nuggets. The worst I ever tasted. Nuggets were just warm as if they were kept in the warmer. I ate a few pieces and they were so dried. I would have let them know if I was in town. Worse McDonald's ever. Fries tasted old, went back around so they could give me "fresh" fries and they still weren't fresh. McDonald's is well McDonald's. This location is in downtown so there are usually a few transients hanging around. I honestly only come to this McDonald's because it is right by my work. I only have a 30 minute lunch so I always use my app and I never order much. Every single time I come here which is a few times a month, I always go through the drive through. There were many times that I was parked and they forgot about me. One time, they asked me to park for one McChicken and one fry. They forgot about me, took up all my lunch and I had to go back around the drive through and ask for my food. Another time, my car was out of commission so my husband and I were sharing cars. I picked him up for his lunch. We went through the drive through. They parked us for 15 minutes only for a person to come out and tell us that they lost our ticket and didn't know where our food was and that they didn't know anything about it until barely clocking in for the next shift. Today, I went through the drive through and ordered one big Mac and one fry. They wanted me to park. I told them no because I had bad experiences being parked by them. The guy at the window let it go. The young girl in the dark blue was adamant that I go park. If you have to park me because you can't make speed of service on one big Mac and one fry, you're not fast enough. In addition, I told you I had bad experiences from you parking me over and over, but you still want me to park. It is like asking me to trust you when you've dropped me during a trust fall a few times. Why should I park for one big Mac and one fry? Not only that, every time they ask me to park and I refuse, they give me old fries. In addition, if I wanted to pick up curbside, I would order curbside and pick it up. I drive through so I can drive through. In addition, I hate how narrow this parking lot is. When I've been parked, it takes forever to get out, the lot is narrow, cars are coming in from Abby. Zero stars. This is my 3rd time here in the last 30 days. The first time, it took over 20 mins to get my mobile order brought to me when I ordered for curbside pickup and they forgot some of my items and I had to go in and get it. The second time was exceptional as everything came on time and was complete. This time, I ordered lunch for my kids. A hamburger happymeal and a mcdouble. Absolutely disgusting and appalling. These burger patties were filled with salt and black pepper. Beyond edible. I have no idea how the person(s) cooking/assembling the burgers still have a job. No salt or additional ingredients ought to be added onto anything unless specifically requested by the customer. In this case, it definitely was not requested as the food was for my 4 year old and 3 year old. The mcdouble was tossed. This is what remains of the hamburger. Way too salty and spicy. My child was in tears screaming to me that they could not eat this garbage. I tasted it and it was horrible. This McDonald's was recently remodeled so that's nice. I try to stay away from fast food but I've been a sucker for their fish filets since I was a kid so when they started their recent promo, I've been in several times {sigh} Those fish sandwiches are timeless haha. I'm forcing myself to stop though, because *every* time we come, the food isn't reaady so we have to pull into a stall to wait. While I am always patient when it comes to food prep, this is fast food - just seems weird to be parked for so long for fast food items. The workers are nice, friendly and usually unflappable when they take your order and then have to tell you to pull over for to wait for your food, which does help with my annoyance lol This location is downtown so you will encounter homeless people and just plain characters. This never bothers me; they're just people. The last time we were waiting for our order, a man in a van parked in the in the McD's lot and began telling the homeless gathered around the lot that he had free hot soup. On Wednesday the 7th at 07:43am I had went to McDonalds to stop for breakfast. My first time being here I didn't know much. So I proceed to order TWO McGriddles for 6$ my understanding wasn't that they weren't the McGriddles they were the sausages McMuffin but I didn't know till the cashier told me at the window when I asked the cashier why was it more than 6$ she proceeded to laugh in a annoyed way and tell me in a rude tone that there not the McGriddles so I tell her okay just leave one of the McGriddles and add two sausage McMuffin and so she rolls her eyes turns her head and says on the mic " yeah there just complaining about the price" complaining would be annoyance about something I simply asked a question. So I tell her we're not complaining and your having an attitude about me asking a question than the girl shouldn't be working if she can't control a decent customer service. My mom works at McDonalds never have the expressed a rude attitude to the customer my understanding is that she just needs to be re-trained and asked not to drop any change on purpose at the window. Mcdonalds food is great compared to many other places. Its cleaner and service faster. But thats not what annoys me. Their app is the worst. I cannot delete an order. So my solution is just to delete mcdonalds. Its a headache just waiting to happen trust me. Cuz store personel have no training in app issues. They gonna give you a corporate number. Its absurd! Im telling you these free points are nothing more than a headache. my one item I wont pick up. Cuz I cannot add more items nor can I adjust it. I called and they dont know what to tell me. I went to pick up a small order for someone else. The drive thru was extremely slow. It took over 30 minutes to get a happy meal. Horrible experience with the service and food. If you visit this Mcdonlads, USE THE DRIVE THRU!!! Do not go inside, as i drove up i noticed the drive thru was backed up so i decided to go inside. I soon realized my horrible mistake. I placed an order for ONE cappuccino and ONE oatmeal, as i waited there seeing other people get there order and no one really working on what i ordered i went up and asked. It almost seemed like they had no idea what i had ordered. They then started my order or at least i thought, but 5 min later i ended up having to ask again. The manager kept walking by my order which was sitting there under the ordering monitor.
