6/26/23 Getting soft serve vanilla cones to go with dinner tonight. The line was long and moved at a pretty quick pace. Ordered two soft serve vanilla cones in a cup to go. Paid for it and the worker was kind. 2nd window and he was just handing them over and I asked if I could have a cup holder to be able to take them to go easier. It wasn't a problem. I think every McDonalds their food is pretty standard.. give or take the amount of salt they sprinkle on their fries. This McDonald's is located at the Chevron gas station and is connected to the quick mart. Making this a great spot to stop for a potty break, food, and gas up your car on long road trips. Yes I'm going to review Fowler McDonalds because that's what a good Yelper will do. Ha I'll make this short and sweet. This is one of the better ones. It's conjoined with a Chevron Gas station so it does get a little busier. I have sat and dined in after church with a couple of friends and their kids, got drive thru and I do t remember having any solid problems here. My items have been fresh each time and customer service is pretty good the majority of the time. The food is horrible!!! It's always cold and the fries taste like they have been sitting there for hours and then reheated back into old oil. The nuggets are always stale. Tastes like you are eating cardboard. Around this time of year I love to get the strawberry cream pies. And every time I go here to order some, I always ask first if they have any available. This McDonald's has taken a very big decline in service and tonight i experienced the most utter disappointing ignorant disrespect I've ever witnessed at a drive thru.. I know this location has good employees I've seen it. Where have they gone ? I used to come every day and never had a issue. The staff were all so friendly and now it's changed drastically for the worse. Inappropriate management should be corrected as Andrea demonstrated very poor behavior and if this is how management is taught to treat their loyal customers then I definitely understand why the negative reviews are an occurrence matter. I pulled up into a dark driveway. It was 11:38pm on the night of March 6th. I asked if you were open. No response. I went to the drive thru window an instantaneously a crew member opened some sort of door so that I would be blocked from sight and ignored.I'm not stupid that is exactly what happened. So I waited a few mins. Still was not being acknowledged although they all knew a customer was in the drive thru. As I drove up and then reversed for attention, I even honked my horn a few times too many leaving my hand on the horn so they wouldn't Miss the sound (at this point I'm just straight Infuriated with the disrespect and the way i was being ignored ) I finally got Andreas attention and she rolled her eyes and blew me off. I threw my Hands up in the air then she gave me her Back and proceeded texting and licking her fingers that were full Of taki chip red seasoning. Basically a checks worth is what they got punished without. . In fact they all Knew closing early for the benefit of them selfs is a big no no.. now tonight what I experienced could have been "COVID fucking everything up" and if it is indeed 11:30' the legitimate closing time the disrespect demonstrated tonight by Andrea was a low class image of McDonald's In Fowler that I've never experienced before. I hope the franchise owner and store manager addresses this type of unnecessary inappropriate behavior and I encourage them to review the camera footage during my visit so they can find the root of the problem.
