The service is great..... but only if you're doing drive-thru. I tried my first ever curbside order for a coffee and an egg McMuffin and waited 27 minutes. The egg McMuffin was cold and I was kinda scared to eat it but I was desperate I just wish more fast food places would use the 2 to 1 balance of getting lobby and other orders out instead of only focusing on the drive-thru. read more

I just visited this place. I ordered a number one big Mac meal, they did not have not one patty on my big Mac. It is supposed to come with two patties. I didn't even get one and of course their ice cream machine is broken again. read more

Terrible service, I went in and only ordered a burger and a happy meal, they took 1 hour and ended up giving me a stale and old meal of nuggets and fries. If it wasn't for it being my daughters meal i would've ate it. read more

They never have what's on their app causing in paying more for items unavailable. App hours and menu inconsistent. They don't care.

We went through the drive through ordered a double Big Mac and quarter pounder meal they made us pull up and wait for the food once we got home the food was cold the bread hard those sandwiches were at least a day old and the fries old so why did we have to wait? read more

I would give no stars if it was possible. Ordered curbside and waited over 10 minutes, nobody ever came out. Sent my mother in law in to check on the order and they first tried to say it wasn't in the system but then they found it. They tried to quickly get our meal and forgot several items. Went back to get the items, in total was at this location for 30 minutes. It was not busy by any means and yet they made us wait that long. Cherry on top? My hamburger is raw. Again. 0/0, don't go here. read more

McDonald's - Raw meat, bad service - Burgers Near Me - Fountain, Colorado

all the food tasted like it was boiled in water and on top of that they managed to mess up two orders in a row

This McDonald's is TERRIBLE. The food is good but the waiting for a simple order takes so long. They make you pull into a spot for a little meal. All teenagers work here, not sure if they have an actual responsible adult. They take so long. Seems like they have no sense of what they are doing or they just being lazy back there. I know a lot of people work there, ITS NOT THAT HARD. read more

Uhhhm TERRIBLE! Food looks like Shit. Payed 16$ for this crap. The meat on my burgers taste old. They loaded it with a bunch of salt. Probably to try and mask the old meat flavor. What the heck is this McDonald's. Step it up. God dayum. Don't recommend this location. Gross. read more

waited like 30 minutes at the counter while the workers stared at me without helping me. the drive through wasn't even working and they sat there and ignored me the whole time. i can't believe how terrible the customer service is here. i even ordered ahead to make my order come out faster and they didn't even say hi to me. read more

If I could give 1 star I would. I waited 45 min for a happy meal and 2 bacon McDoubles. When I asked where my food was the food runner got rude with me..... I got my order AFTER FORTY FIVE MINUTES OF SITTING only for the BACON McDoubles to be without bacon and looked like they had come out of a trash can. INCLUDING the bag handed to me. read more

Every time I ordered from this store they screw it up! I Order a double cheese burger replace ketchup and mustard with mac sauce add lettuce. This time no lettuce with EXTRA ketchup. I normally let it slide because I know dinner time is hectic and busy, today NOE of that applied. The drive thru was empty and inside 1 person. So how did I get a messed up burger with a hard bun and cold fries with NO ONE waiting??? I won't be going back to this location and by the looks of it the other stores all have 1.5 stars. You guys SUCK if I could give you a zero i would, I'm so tired of getting ripped off. read more

Placed an order for pickup 20 mins ago and still got parked smh do not come here

So much for being children friendly! Our local McDonald's on 85/87 in Fountain, Colorado had an employee working the dining room with her marijuana belt proudly displayed. Listen McD I don't care if adults use marijuana, but your employees need to dress respectfully in the appropriate uniform as they are representing the local store and company. I pulled the manager aside and he was like "yeah, I told her yesterday too". Seriously he could care less, because an hour later she's still wearing the belt. You have lost me and my family as a customer. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in a restaurant that caters to youth, children and families. read more

Never again. We have given them many chances, and we are disappointed almost every time. First, no meat on burgers at drive thru and my husband had to go back. This time, they messed up his order in tye drive thru and instead of making it right, they told him he would have to drive around and get back in line! Really? Oh, and we wanted shakes and the ice cream machine was broken...big surprise! read more

We usually get mcdonald's once a month and it's usually good but this time they really fucked my order up. I ordered 2 Mcdouble bundles with small fries, cheese only burgers, and some nuggets. They gave me 2 Mcdouble bundles with ketchup and pickles on it and I also got a chicken sandwich instead of nuggets. Please improve mcdonald's. read more

I love this McDonalds they were sk nice and rhe ice coffe was good. The ambiance was amazing there was a worker on his break watching a overwatch 2 livestream and the woman sorting the ranch was my last human interaction before going home and playing rust on my broken ps4 but yeah anyways this place slaps come here if you want to use a bathroom that you are afraid of getting murdered in. Other then the strange man in the bathroom who told me various secrets about his wife i had a gread experience 5 stars read more

They need to fire the management!!!! The wait was an hour and a half! For FAST FOOD! Key word FAST!!! When asked what the hold up was the excuse was they were on breaks and really backed up. Who schedules breaks during peak dinner hours! Sounds like a management issue. They weren't even that busy. Everyone in the drive through had to park. Ridiculous!!! read more

They get my order wrong 90% of the time. This is the closest McDonald's to my house, so we always go to this one instead of driving 20 minutes north. From now on I'm going to drive the 20 minutes because at least they will get my order right. read more

Even if you order a hash brown, just (1) hash brown at 7 am you will be forced to pull into a parking spot and wait for your one hash brown for 15 minutes. On top of that when they bring out your (1) hash brown it will be cold. This is apparently their policy now ( make you pull into a parking space and wait for an employee to bring your order out) no matter how busy or empty the drive thru may be. Completely incompetent. read more

Five-stars to the gentleman who helped me through the drive-thru window. He wasn't the original attendant that helped me but I had an error with my order and he saw me waiting and asked if I needed help. He remedied my order with no problem. We also came previously, and he was courteous about the long wait that we experienced. The consistently pleasant customer service is definitely appreciated! read more

1.After ordering you have to wait on someone to bring out foo, why is it drive-through? It should be pull up and wait. 2. Asked for sweet tea of course the tea was not sweet someone brought me out a second one and to my surprise after leaving this establishment it also was not a sweet tea 3.The young man and drive handing out eight hours away drinks and straw hat on a disposable mask that had bloo d on it. Good employee Austin Agustin very nice. And cool. Makes it fell like a good place to work and eat

it doesn't take 20mins to make a burger, i wanted a quick drive thru, if i had that time i would've just gone inside and ate.

Hit this place up at 11:52 on a Saturday. I knew they closed at midnight, but I figured, it's almost 10 minutes until close, they can get me some nuggets. "We're not taking orders at this time." You close at midnight, not 11:52. read more

I was just trying to have a good morning & they got my order wrong twice & I was still nice enough not to be a Karen, the lady/manager was so rude! Maybe thank God you even woke up this morning people have lives too, & they work just like you do! I run on 4 hours of sleep & still manage to be nice to people, it's not the wrong order I'm mad about it's the way you had to react about it all! If I could give zero stars I would. The employees there are very sweet and under paid. But the managers are extremely disrespectful immature and unprofessional. They treat their employees like their dogs and the employees just have to listen and take it. They are dirty and gross. They leave old grease to cook with new food. And if it weren't for the workers, nothing would get done or be cleaned. read more

What happened to the hot and spicy?? I ordered it as a meal and was charged nearly 10 bucks , and got a frappe instead of a drink and still charged an extra 2.99? I wish they would have told me they didn't have the cheap version. They gave us old toys (since were in the drive through I guess) and we had 3 orders of fries , and chicken nuggets and we got one singular sauce. One. No ketchup. The service is terrible. There is no one up front to take orders. They messed my order up because I got a frappe but their machine was down. The lady didn't ask me if I wanted anything else either. They had multiple people in the front that needed their orders taken and it was very disorganized. The cashier up front looked like she didn't know what was happening.
