Then you have to lug your bags up stairs to even get to the front desk which like isn't usually a big deal, but then they sent back out to get the license plates number. I had a company vehicle so it's not like it's my own that I would know off the top of my head. Then they give you a pass that you have to go back out and hang... not to mention the front desk staff was very rude about the whole thing . I had already been back out to my vehicle and they didn't even mention like hey make sure you grab the license plate number because we need it. The day I arrived was 103 and my thermostat would not adjust. On top of that they make it look like they put water in your room but no jk it's $3. All their water fountains were broken.. when did tap water become a hotel luxury??? That's really just not acceptable in Texas in 103 degree weather you should be embarrassed. Next the rooms office space has absolutely no electrical outlets to plug in your devices and they weirdly charge for wifi. Again do you know the standard at like a holiday in or best western ??? Why are you charging for wifi? I was really turned off by the customer service and the whole hotel, it felt like a pig in a dress, stay somewhere else.

The dishes in the room were dirty, as were a few towels. Pillows go completely flat after a few minutes & there is only 3 on the bed , the mattress wasn't the greatest either. water pressure was no. existent when taking a shower it only worked with the hot water on full blast! Will not stay at this location again and disappointed in our stay is an understatement.

Except they're greedy and want to screw people who have to go to the hospital or business nearby. The hotel: it's pretty clean. Parking isn't a big deal but they have a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. It said parking was free on the 3rd and 4th floor but I didn't get a chance to see if that was true. I sadly have the blue placard of hurt. So yeah, they even charge for handicapped spaces. Legal? Don't know honestly. Ethical? No freaking way. My room was clean. Nice and pretty consistent for a garden inn. Allowed you to control the fan speed and make it constant. Which was a nice surprise. The gym was the shocker. They had one ty of equipment to get in a quick workout. Not typical for Hiltons. But I'll take it. Would I stay here again? Hell. No. 15 bucks for parking without any warning. Just a surprise bill charge. I travel a lot and i'd rather stay at a Marriott property that doesn't take blatant advantage of people going to the nearby hospital. But here are some photos anyway.

I like to get the room with the mini fridge/sink area so I can bring food and not have to eat every meal out. The room is very spacious with a good desk set up. It was very clean. The downstairs area has a complimentary breakfast area in the morning where I was grabbing coffee and the occasional banana. The gym is well equipped for cardio and weights. The free weights go up pretty high if you are into some heavy lifts. It's a small gym, but efficient and I always had some workout buds in there with me early in the morning. The hotel location is easy to walk around downtown Fort Worth. I wish they would update the TVs to include the ability to stream Netflix, etc. The TVs just have basic cable.

Vincent helped consolidate our luggage at checkin and with wheeling us to the room. Evening reception is from 5:30 to 7 in the lower bar area. Excellent bfast on the 7th floor including made to order omelettes by the chef. Nice selection of fresh fruit and usual full bfast items. You can sit inside or outside in the terrace. I wish the weekday bfast ended a bit later 9:30am instead of 9am. At the lobby there is a coffee shop where you can also pick up salads, fruit and jello cups and juices. 3 elevators mean not much waiting to get to your room. Parking is by valet, a bit expensive at $60, but the valets are fast. Cheaper parking nearby means you have to deal with hauling luggage. It's a it hard to get to the entrance - look for the E symbol on the parking cones on the street. Water pressure was good with plenty of hot water. 2 air conditioner controls - one in the bedroom and one in the living room meant we could set the temperatures to our liking. A larger moni-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board and iron in the room was convenient.

A very classy and sleek hotel!…read more I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The lobby is super clean and smells very nice. There is a small seating area, Starbucks vendor with some snacks, and is connected to a restaurant. Checking into the room was very quick too. The fitness center is very nice with a variety of cardio machines (and a Peloton!), weight rack, and cable machine. There are also yoga mats, water, and towels available inside. The buffet breakfast was very good too. They had a ton of options and a rotating selection of foods. There is also a chef available to prepare omelettes, breakfast bowls, pancakes, bacon, and a bunch of other things! The rooms are very spacious. I do like that the bedroom is completely separated from the living area. There are TVs in both spaces and it's pretty sound proof between the two. In the living area, there is a large desk and chair, couch, padded chair, sink, mini fridge, and microwave. Our room has two queen beds which were comfortable. The comforters were a little thin but nothing intolerable. The AC units were easy to use and adjusted to temperature changes quickly. I was happy to find some extra pillows in the wardrobe. The only strange thing about the room setup that I wasn't fond of was the bathroom sink. The sink was inside of the bedroom instead of the bathroom itself. You couldn't really do anything at the sink without disturbing someone who is sleeping since the lights shine directly at the bed. I was a bit disappointed with the parking situation. It is valet only. It is a little difficult to get situated with the parking since the valet location is on a one-way street. If you're using GPS to get there, you may need to spin the block a few times to get on the right side of the hotel. I did like, however, that the valet service provided a card where we can virtually request the car to be pulled out whenever we'd like. I would definitely stay here again!

It feels lively, but never overwhelming. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Service was solid throughout the stay, not over the top, but consistently friendly and helpful. Only reason for four stars is the sheer size of the place. Be ready to walk, because getting from the parking garage to the lobby, and then from the lobby to the rooms, can feel like a bit of a trek, especially with luggage after a long game day. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would definitely come back, just mentally preparing for the steps next time.

We noted that our recent stay had some issues with the preparedness of the room (some trash left behind, deferred maintenance issues with the bathroom vanity area and unkempt pullout bed that had crumbs from a previous guest under the couch cushions... If you get beyond those unnecessary observations/experiences - you will find a lovely, charming property that is quite quaint and fun for a special event celebration with your special someone (or bring along the kids too!). A serious security concern…read more As a woman traveling alone, I discovered that a valuable bracelet I had left in my hotel room was missing. I reported it as a theft and filed a police report. The hotel's response was deeply inadequate. I had to chase management myself, and almost 48 hours later, I have received no meaningful update, no indication that key-card access had been reviewed, and no evidence of any substantive investigation. I was also told there was allegedly no manager on duty that Saturday night or Sunday. Most importantly, I no longer felt safe in my own hotel room. For a hotel of this caliber, that level of response is unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

I really enjoyed the signature scent of the toiletries too. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool where we had our morning coffee and somehow enjoyed peace and quiet while still being in downtown Ft. Worth. Bottom line, Bowie House goes above and beyond. From the transportation service, to beautiful artwork, curated spaces, and delicious craft cocktails, every moment of this stay was magical. All I have to show from our stay is a photo of the elevator landing, if that's any indication of what a good time we had.
