As a former McDonald's employee I cannot believe the experience of this store. It seems like the employees are untrained in customer service and food preparation and hate the job. Those working the drive thru and inside at the counter are often unfriendly and rude when taking orders. They do not give the total cost of the order until you arrive at the window and often drop change on the ground because they're not even looking at the customer in the car. It usually takes over 5 minutes to receive the entire order, even when the order includes only 1 or 2 items. The food presentation is substandard. Burgers have too much ketchup and it's all over the paper or container because the sandwich ingredients are not placed on the bun properly. The French fries are usually undercooked and soggy by the time I open the bag in the car. I never ask to see the manager because they're are usually just as low standard as the crew. It seems like the employees at this store are put on the job without any training and not accountable for their lack of skill or common courtesy. The owners need to give their employee training a complete overhaul. read more

We have ordered at this McDonald's probably 10 times over the past 6 years and EVERY single time there is something wrong with the order. This time was the icing on the cake. There were no customers in the drive through line (except me) and only 1-2 customers inside (so it wasn't busy). I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and a happy meal. I can get over the cheeseburgers looking like they were thrown together way too fast... that's the industry- and they were prepared properly. But we were missing the chicken nuggets out of the happy meal, and the french fries were cold. I checked the fries in the parking lot, which should have triggered me to exchange them, and check the happy meal... so frustrating as we don't eat fast food often, simply trying to enjoy a cheat meal with my son and we get disappointed every damn time at this location. This place doesn't deserve a single star. The staff was incredibly rude to every person that ordered. Chocolate milk shake tasted sour and vanilla milkshake tasted like strawberries. Even though it wasn't pink in color. All customers inside were polite and didn't cause a fuss despite waiting a long time for orders to come up. Kiosks were out of receipt paper and table # markers. You didn't know that until you had forgotten to memorize your order #. Staff never called out ticket numbers, would just say what was in the bag. Everytime you go to this McDonald's drive thru you'll receive your order wrong. Either something is missing or the food is incorrect. Spent over 30$ and both of my chicken Big Mac sandwiches were missing the chicken. You expect to get what you paid for but that's not the case with this place. Terrible. read more

I try to avoid this McDonald's honestly. It's the worst one in the area. Extra pickles to them is 3 pickles. And they weren't even put on my sandwhich. It was also the smaller crispy chicken sandwich I have even received from any McDonald's. If you want hot fries at this McDonald's, you have to specify to them that you want fresh hot fries. Otherwise they'll just give you old fries that have been sitting out for however long it's been. I pretty much always ask every McDonald's for fresh fries for this reason. The staff is friendly though. Overall I prefer going to the one in Dresher or Montgomeryville. I still have to ask them for fresh fries but everything else is much better than at this location. read more

In October 2018 the woman at the drive through took my credit card, said it would be a few minutes while they make the food, then disappeared into the back... I wasn't really paying much attention, but she held onto my card the entire time, about 10 minutes. The people in my car were wondering what was taking so long since it was a small, straightforward order. When she came back, she returned the card and gave us our food. I rarely use this card for local purchases, it's mostly for streaming subscriptions. So when I saw a $60 charge at Starbucks in King of Prussia later that month (someplace I almost never go) I knew there was something weird going on. I flagged it and my card company investigated and refunded me. I was informed that the Dunkin across the street recently had employees arrested for skimming customer credit cards. I'm 100% sure this McDonalds had employees doing the same. Recently I did a curb side pick up and waited 30 minutes before getting my food. I ended up having to go into the store and they had no idea there was a mobile order waiting for so long. One of the employees in the back said they yelled it out when it came in, but clearly nobody heard it. It's an awful location, I highly recommend not going here. read more

Reviewing a McDonald's seems weird. The food is the same here as any of them and the decor is a bit above average. But I want to point out that as I've sat here for my lunch I've seen such an incredible staff in operation at a McDonald's as I have today. There are a large number of elderly customers currently dining here. I've seen the staff here carry their trays to their tables for them, walking carefully alongside these guests instead of running ahead and putting the food down. As staff members clean and handle other required routine tasks they are checking in on these older customers as they go. I've never seen such care and consideration for our old met folks at a chain fast food place as I am seeing right now. There is a whole section filled with smiling elderly folks who have been treated with dignity and care beyond the expected level of service. All this while giving me my food quickly and without mistake. read more

I have never written a review before, but this McDonald's is so obnoxiously terrible that I'd be doing the public a disservice by not writing of it. At 3pm on a Wednesday, I wondered why the drive-thru line was so long before it became clear that gross mismanagement was the cause. I sat for five minutes at the speaker waiting to have my order taken and no one ever came. I pulled up without ordering and watched the person behind me do the same for ten minutes, to the extent that cars extended long outside the drive-thru line and had begun aggressively honking their horns. The cashier asked me if I had ordered, as though that was even a question seeing as the drive-thru line had already become a traffic jam due to that staff member's negligence. I ordered at the drive-thru window and the cashier took my card and disappeared for ten minutes. During this time, I saw no evidence that anything meaningful had taken place and the line only grew longer. My order was simple and shouldn't take even two minutes, let alone ten to process. When my food finally arrived, the cashier handed me the bag and very quietly said "Sorry for the wait" before closing the drive-thru window without my having had a chance to say anything. Overall, it took about half an hour for me to get from the beginning of the drive-thru to the end of it. The food was not up to standard. Even if I ignored how terrible it tasted, the fries were so stale that I didn't even feel comfortable eating them. I can't overstate how unprofessional, mismanaged and uncaring the staff must be at this McDonald's. I don't usually write reviews or even send complaints about any place I've been to, but this one is genuinely, uniquely and embarrassingly poor.
