My husband is elderly and hearing impaired. He was trying to order at the counter. When about eight people had passed him by without anyone trying to help him, he waved at a McDonalds team member. The manager a short African American female with glasses began yelling from behind the counter at the fry station. My husband tried explaining that he was hearing impaired and even showed the implants to her, to no avail. He ended up traveling 17 minutes out of the way to go to the McDonalds in Brewton. Me and hubby came through and asked for the McCrispy Deluxe, filet of fish combo and some chicken nuggets. I asked for my fish meal to be cooked fresh. DO NOT GO HERE. i would like to start off by saying that i generally try to give establishments grace when it comes to being behind, short-staffed, etc. i know it is not always easy to work in the public, but there are some things that we can not excuse. we entered this mcdonald's to instantly hear "sorry, we're short-staffed" being told to a customer. we were fine with the wait. we ordered two counts of 10 pc chicken nugget meals and a 4 pc happy meal. in our time of waiting we witnessed the shorter lady behind the counter get rude with guests and argumentative, then getting her manager who also was rude and argumentative. many people went back up to the counter to ask about their orders. i used the restroom in the meantime and it was very dirty. after waiting 20 mins for our food, i approached the counter where the shorter lady asked me what i needed. i said my son's happy meal, she asked me what it was. i told her and she had an attitude. they also forgot our drink cups, so my husband had to go back. we saw a gentleman wait for probably 50 mins-1 hour for his bag of food-- that he had to explain what he got many times, who also had to go back once we were leaving. everything the negative reviews say is true. when we were leaving, a lady next to us belonging to a family had a direct line of sight behind the counter saw and said "she dropped the fries out of one bag onto the floor, picked them up and put them into another bag". and honestly it wouldn't surprise me if they did. the trash cans have not been changed recently and are overflowing. i understand they may be short-staffed but if this is a constant review being left, it probably means people don't want to stay working at this location due to bad management or work environment, which was unfortunately showing in just our 1 hour experience we had here. read more

No staff at the counter , employees are rude and won't even bother to look at you when handing your food . Our breakfast meals were missing the coffee and when asked for them they put 5 cups on the counter without telling us what order they belonged . Please beware do not go to this location . I am a hearing impaired senior citizen and had the MOST insane experience at McDonalds in Flomaton Alabama. I think for those of us that live in this area, we are used to the huge staff turn around where they have to close the dining room to keep the drive through open, and that's fine. It's when the dining room is open and both kiosks are "TEMPORARILY CLOSED" and the dining room is open (No signage indicating the lobby is closed). I stood at the point of sale (register) for quite some time, I suppose it was about 8 to 10 minutes as employees walked passed me 8 times. Some of them more that once. I finally raised my hand and motioned toward the employee working the drive through window and he responded by yelling the drive through was opened. I told him that I'm hearing impaired and can't use drive throughs. When I asked for a manager (with the intent to explain my situation) a short black, light skinned chubby woman with fuzzy pig tails SCREAMED at me that she was the manager and honestly, that's all I heard her say in all the rest of what she was screaming at me. I honestly thought this insane person was going to attack me. I asked her why was she screaming at me and she screamed some uninteligible gibberish at me then screamed "Have a nice day" as if that was the end of our interaction. She actually turned her back to me as she went back to the fry station where she was screaming from. If that person really was the manager, she should be fired immediately. Some of what she was screaming at me had to do with staffing issues as if I was responsible for that. I have lived in Flomaton since McDonalds opened here. It's turning into another Churches Chicken with the way that chicken place was run, into the ground. For sure I won't go to the Flomaton store anymore. One abuse is enough for me. read more

the staff are very friendly and are happy to help the food is good and service is fast it is a little dirty but like a stain here and there but it gets cleaned very quickly and well love this place the building is very well maintained good place! read more

I downloaded this app just so I could leave a review. I'm not one to leave reviews either. We went through the drive thru and brought the food home. It was around $37 total. We opened up one of the burgers and they were clearly old and there was a bite taken out of one of them and spit out and put under the burger. The drinks were hot. My wife called up there and asked for the manager. We explained what was happened. She told her she was not asking for free food or even a refund for their over priced garbage they call food. She just wanted to let it be known that someone preparing the food was tampering with it. The manager then basically said she was lying and that nobody messed with her food. This used to be my go to McDonald's even though it is 20 miles further that another one. But it has gone down hill in the past few months. After a bad experience a couple months ago I decided to give it a try again. When I walked in to the restroom it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in days. First off the inside was closed at 1pm in the afternoon We was forced to go thru the drive thru, I said my order 3 times at the speaker, she couldn't hear the order so she told us to come around to the first window. we pulled around to the first window to proceed with our order, food came out still was wrong. Typical free standing McDonalds, I only used the drive-thru at breakfast time, where I ordered 2 Egg McMuffins and a large coffee. I might add that I only pass through Flomation twice a year. To my surprise the bill was $8.72! Turns out that for about a quarter more I could have had 2 Egg McMuffin value meals, in other words also had 2 hash browns. i went through the drivethrough today and spent 34.00.handed me part of my order and said have a nice day.i asked where the rest of my food was.they went and found it and laughed about it.as i was pulling away i noticed that they didnt give me any straws.drove back around through the drivethrough again because you cant go in.of course there were 6 cars in front of me.got to the first window finally after about 20 minute wait.told her i didnt get straws,she pointed to the next window and said go to next window.this was after i saw her hand food out of this window to the car in front of me.waited another 10 minutes before i got to the other window.i said you didnt give me any straws.she laughed again as she held out the straws in the window and said nothing.well i know when i worked in the food industry as a young person i would have apologized and made it right.i wouldnt have laughed at them.rudeness is the new norm. read more
