I went through the drive thru to get a LARGE sweet tea and the lady at the window gave it to me and then asked if I wanted more ice to make it look like it was more full. They couldn't just fill it more? If I paid for a large I'm expecting the cup to be filled up all the way. She also said it with a smirk on her face knowing that it wasn't right. read more

Every time we go to this McDonalds we do not get the order right, always something missing. Even when we talk to the manager and he still did not give us the order right. We either missing the sauce or a burger, but always something missing and we don't find out until we get home. This time we order three of the six dollar meals and we were missing a burger. read more

What is wrong with the service industry?? Geez if you don't like your job then please quit. The rude ratchet lady wearing the sweatshirt with no name tag is so very unprofessional. Apparently she so very annoyed today. Her words not mine. The land line phone is ringing OFF THE HOOK and instead of answering the phone she loudly proclaims " THAT PHONE IS ANNOYING ME!" Rude just plain rude. phones stop ringing once they're answered. I ordered at the cash register, I did not order my order at the kiosk. The EMPLOYEE ordered my food. Got it wrong and when I went to change my sandwich in for the correct sandwich, it was very rudely and aggressively announced to the entire store and the staff that "SHE ORDERED HER FOOD WRONG". What??? She wouldn't even look at the old white man standing in line. Let him stand there for 10 minutes before someone else helped him. Yall racist or something? read more

Sadly our young adults and teens do not hold themselves to high esteem. The place is disgusting and dirty. Nobody cleans and when they aren't busy they stand around and joke and laugh. The food was hot and fresh BUT it's because it's a very small kitchen so it's hard to mess that up. Overall filled my hunger for the road trip. The sprite which is arguably the best part of a McDonald's meal was low of syrup and flat. Devastated read more

I would not stop here at all service and employees suck I'd eat a piece of cardboard then ever get food from this McDonald's

I came thru the drive thru, they messed up on my order. I gave them a second attempt because my son loves McDonalds. Came inside to order it took them 40 minutes to get my order out, they prioritize drive-thru, third attempt be prepared because they don't put a cashier in the front, they want you to use the kiosk. The Kiosk wasn't showing the special of 2 for $5 breakfast. Otherwise I would prefer the kiosk then to be begging their service. I had to tell the manager and an employee that were in the front clocking out "can someone take my order" I hope this improves. read more

This McDonald's is trash. I don't know why there is always 5 people waiting to get their food. I shouldn't even be eating it but I am and the service is not worth the sacrifice to my diet. I know the manager was trying... but it's probably hard to lead a team that does not want to have any sense of urgency. read more

This McDonalds is a regular stop on our travels to California. On Oct 10, 2023 at approximately 7:00 in the morning we stopped in. Very few people there. My wife used the restroom and said it was in a horrible mess. It had toilet paper all over the floor and was just plain filthy! The floors in the eating area was also a mess! The staff was very unfriendly and uncaring. After receiving our order , I asked for a few condiments since i was not asked if I needed any. This place has gone down hill. For a major franchise I would think McDonalds would keep a better and closer eye on their McDonalds Name. After this experience, I will most definitely find a new eating stop! read more

Tea is gross. Has no flavor and is cloudy like dirty dish water. Will be dumping it out. Staff was nice.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Tucson and this place met our needs. Acceptable restrooms, plenty of parking, and fast service to place our order and have our food ready. I usually try to avoid fast food places that are inside of a gas station or store, but this one was OK. I didn't notice that someone had spilled ice next to the cashier's counter and I ended up wetting my shirt by the elbow... our cashier noticed and didn't make any comments. I would have said something to my customer, but oh well... read more

This McDonald's was totally awful. We waited about 30 minutes for our order, when everyone else got their orders super fast. When we checked it, they were empty chicken nuggets boxes. EMPTY BOXES. Like...what. That's the first time I've ever experienced something like that. It wasn't even busy, I don't understand how you can pack empty boxes. That wasn't the only mishap. They messed up our orders, forgot our sauces, and didn't give us our coffee drinks. This had to have been the worse service EVER. When we got into our car excited to eat, my sister was enjoying her chicken nuggets. Then she ate one and when she bit into it, there was DARK stuff inside of the chicken nugget. Obviously chicken nugget meat is white, so when something unknown is in it, it's definitely something inedible. We were disgusted after that... Never.. ever ever have I ever seen this bad of service from a McDonald's corporation. read more

The regular breakfast stop on the drive from Phoenix to Tucson (for going on 25 years) - and now you can get breakfast whatever time of day you're driving. Coffee is better at McD's than BK Joe, so that's the stop (and they have biscuit sandwiches now) read more

Not the best McDonalds, but if you have a problem a manager will actually call you for more details and try to resolve the issue. Beside that, it's just another MickeyD's with the same menu. If you're in a rush--I highly recommend you just park and go inside as the Drive Thru speed of service is inconsistent. read more

On May 6th most of the staff appeared to be under the influence. I ordered No cheese. They came with cheese. They neglected to re-make my burgers after I brought it to their attention. While waiting, another customer complained about a Fish Sandwich arriving with NO fish. Once I asked for my money back the process was smooth and the Manager gracious, however. read more

An Oasis of a McDonald's in the middle of no where. Let's face it, food at McDonald's are all almost exactly the same, that's why we go isn't it? What we appreciate is having them when we need them and having some like this one with a decent design worth appreciating. read more

I would give a 0 stars because it was horrible.they scammed me. And they are rude and mean.also not clean bugs in the bathrooms . DO NOT GO

Fast and friendly service right off the highway! We got 1 large drink, 1 medium drink, and 50 piece chicken nuggets (+ 8 sauces) for just $13.63!! I have never ordered this deal but I've heard about it numerous times from friends.. Your options are 4, 6, or 10 piece on the menu but now they offer 20 pieces for $4.99 or 50 pieces for $9.99.. For double the price you get more than double the food! I calculated the price per unit (nerdy I know..) and it came out to be $0.20 per nugget for the 50 piece and $0.25 per nugget for the 20 piece.. Our order came in 5 boxes of 10 piece nuggets and tasted deliciousss haha.. I'm not sure why the other reviewers had such a poor experience but I didn't have any issues with the service I received today [: read more

One cashier and one huge line. I should have put a video of this on YouTube and seen the reaction videos come in. My thought exactly: How is that cashier going to take that HUGE line? It took a looooonng time, but she got it done. Then the wait... But wait! What is this on my receipt?! "Take Out Tax" in the amount of 13.6%!!!!!!!!! Paid $0.55 on $4 worth of food. I don't know what the deal with that is. After 10 minutes I got my three hot 'n spicy mcChickens. Avoid. There is a Carl's Jr across the street - Maybe you could get better service over there. read more

Good food. Affordable and nice. No discounts offered for military or seniors. A little noisy with the kids area.

Slow. Seriously, it took 10 minutes to make it through the drive-thru from order taking to finally receiving the order. The food was ok at best. Hot, slopilly-prepared but it did the job. This place makes a mint being the last McD's before the long desert stretch of I-8 so it probably has no incentive to improve. A solid 2 * performer. read more

This McDonald's is very unprofessional, very bad customer service my boy and girl got exactly the same girl toys and and their happy meals came in a bag with no happy meal box or juice or napkins or ranch ! So disappointed! Got off the highway to get something to eat to only be told we only tske cash! WHAT? I could understand if they gave an explanation like "our machines are offlune" ...but.....no...."We don't accept debit or credit". The bad thing is that she wasn't even nice about it. Come on, McDonald's! You are in convincing people....at least be nice about it. I guess I will be spending my money elsewhere. I will NEVER stop here again! read more

Have been there many, many times - strictly out of necessity, for personal reasons. Staff is barely able to comprehend English, orders are regularly screwed up, and they act like it's your fault - I shouldn't have to speak a foreign language (Spanish) to place an order at McDonald's...In America. read more

Great service, very clean, I watched them sanitize every table someone left and even seats. Very good service.

After a long trip from CA on our way to Tucson we stopped here. The bathrooms smelled like apple bubble gum. Then Monique gave me the service like i was in a restaurant. We could tell she loved people and she gave us complete attention at the bar. She suggested sauces and told my daughter if she didn't like a certain drink she would exchange it. Such a friendly environment too its nice to see a team of people work well together. The place was clean and even the play area was superb! Thanks Monique! Blessings! read more

The worst McDonald's by far. I Have lived around the corner for years. Every single time I let my guard down and give this place one more try, figuring new staff maybe, It's as horrible if not worse. Today I was given 2 lg iced teas in the drive thru that were so cloudy and rancid I could smell them from the cup holder. First got the ol' "we clean and make new tea regularly" which then quickly turned to "we rarely sell tea, so my crew probably didn't clean or change the tea". Service there, inside or out, is always slow, rude and lack of experience. The interior is always filthy. Unsuspecting interstate traffic is the only reason that place has any business. read more

At first I thought I would be giving McDonalds a 5 star review for this location. I stopped to this location on my way home to Phoenix. It was a very cold evening. The bathrooms were clean and the heat was on which I appreciated. I asked for a medium white hot chocolate which was absolutely delicious. I was sorely disappointed in the small order of fries I received. I could tell they had been sitting for awhile and were not fresh. read more

We came here to use the internet. Spent 2 hours here, and not once did anyone wash off the tables. Most of them were dirty, and we sat at the "bar" there. Restrooms were filthy, with 2 stalls out of the 3 being out of tp. There was food and napkins, under a lot of tables. One employee on break was using her phone with every other word being the f bomb. Not much was clean in there, and with us being there for 2 hours, we observed more than we cared for. If we weren't in need of internet, we probably wouldn't even have gone there. Very dirty place. read more

We hustled down the freeway to arrive before breakfast was over at 10:30. Arrived at the cash register at 10:27. Signs had already changed to non-breakfast menu. I won't eat their other menu items. Only breakfast. Clerk told me I was too late. I told her they stopped breakfast too early. She wasn't happy, but went to the back. Came back - no dice. Breakfast over. I pushed back a little. I told her the current time. She went to the back again. This time she said I could have an egg McMuffin. I also wanted 3 burritos as well. She said no. I showed her the current time on my phone. She hollered to the back and they said they'd build the three burritos. It was embarrassing. I also ordered two coffees. Later she called my name and I saw a bag on the counter. She was helping someone else. I told her the coffee was missing. She yelled again, twice, and someone brought the coffee. They walked away and I stood there with two large coffees waiting for a carrier. She ignored me. I turned and left. Unhappy. That treatment wasn't necessary. Also, if you advertise breakfast until 10:30, then serve it until 10:30 - not when the staff finds it convenient for them. read more
