It is self serve for ordering and you are given a table placard for the table to await a server who does bring your meal. The burgers were distinctly charbroiled and flavorful. The fries were.....well, meh.....the sauces definately added value to the fries. The sliced jalapeños were delicious, as were the sauces. I really enjoyed them. I would have given this place four stars for being in the keeping of what it is--a hole in the wall burger joint.
