We went by for breakfast this morning and it was an awful experience.... We went inside because my daughters have food allergies and we wanted to make sure the order was done correctly. We haven't eaten here in a while and now we remember why! First off you have to place your order yourself on a screen but it doesn't allow you to say "no bun!" So I waited at the counter and finally shouted into the back "hey we need help out here" finally someone came and we ordered. We asked for a combo with coffee and another combo without bun etc. a burrito set and two sodas. We got ice cold food, no silverware for our bun free girls, no coffee and when we asked for coffee she handed us more soda cups and walked off.... $25 for garbage I could have made at home and will next time but we were in a rush. Drive-thru line took 12-mins. to move 2 cars. I had placed and paid for a mobile order in advance. But, the slow line made my order unable to be filled bc it was past breakfast time. I just sat there in line, waiting. It felt like they intentionally sat around doing nothing so they could slow the line, deny breakfast orders and transition to serving burgers. This place used to be fantastic, and our families favorite spot when roadtripping. Went in today, and sad to say we would've been better just leaving. They used to have the glorious soda machine with a screen where you pick from 20 sodas and different flavors, it's now gone. All the other customers were waiting for help or to start an order, nobody even bothered to speak to us. Everyone that came in had to use the order screens and some just ended up leaving because they weren't all working. A customer had to finally walk into the kitchen to have someone come out, who did one thing then walked away again. I went to McDonalds in Draper, Utah. I have had many issues with this particular location. The other day I went in and was charged too much money and argued with them because they needed to charge the price that is listed on the menu. They told me that if I didn't pay their elevated price I would not get my order. I told them they had charged too much for the Happy Meal and talked to a supposed manager, they asked me to prove it, so I went through the drive-thru again and took a picture of the menu, it clearly showed they were charging too much, I would not pay this because it is illegal to charge something other than what the menu price is. They originally gave me the receipt with that elevated price, but I returned it, refusing to pay for it. So I hung out at the window for a while trying to get back that receipt, but they would not give it to me, but instead offered me a receipt with the corrected amount. I talked to a manager, then moved to the other window and talked with a supposed assistant manager and asked for the manager. She said she was the manager (but she was not the manager, so I waited around at the window until the REAL manager appeared again. I have dealt with this manager a few times and she is off her rocker, good luck, it is no wonder this particular McDonald's has only a two-star rating. I would not even give them a one-star if I didn't have to leave a comment. They were charging 28 cents more for a Happy Meal and I realize that is not a big deal but again it is not legal. If they continued to do this for every 1000 customers they would make an additional $280 and who actually gets to pocket this? After I left this store I went to the McDonald's in Sandy Utah at 11229 S Auto Mall Dr . I ordered the same thing, including a med diet coke and they charged me the correct amount, this McDonald's is the BEST I have ever been to, and the one I usually go to, I have NEVER had any issues with this one, they are exceptional I would give them a five-star rating. read more

But if they are not slow, they are rude, and always the order is incorrect and they get mad if you tell them that you order is incorrect. Definitely, management needs to put more emphasis in training the staff to treat clients with respect and pay attention to the order. The woman who works Saturday Mornings Feb. 3rd and Jan 27th would not allow me to get the lattes I pre ordered 30 minutes prior at 8:45 am because "she cleaned it already" and would not give me the money back she just ignored me after I explained I have stomach issues and the latte being made with milk is what allows me to drink it so I'd rather just get a refund than get something else so had to call corporate for the refund. i went through the drive through and the lady said they were closed, so i asked why very nicely and it was an awkward silence so i started to leave and then she asked "what can i get for you?" keep in mind this is the manager taking my order. So i give her my order and then she repeats it back to me and it's wrong, like she's not even trying to pay attention to me and she's doing something else on the other end. eventually she got my order and i went to the first window and she was very quick to give me my card back, as well as when i was mid sentence of asking for a receipt she closed the window on me and took the next persons order and had me wait to tell me she will have it for me at the next window. i tried being as polite as possible so i smiled and said "ok" with a thumbs up, and went forward. She handed me my food very quickly with an attitude of get out of here, with her fake "have a nice day" i drove 25 minutes to this specific mcdonald's because they were the closest one open around 2-5 am, night owls/ early morning customers avoid this mcdonald's read more

I've been to this McDonald's several times now at different times of the day and felt I needed to share that it is the best! The drive thru always moves fast. The food has always been fresh! Today was the best since I was worried they'd be short staffed and slow (snowy day) when I felt like I was starving to death, but nope, perfect meal! This place makes me forget all of the bad experiences at McDonald's over the years and just love the restaurant again. The staff are always so friendly here, too! read more

Look, I know it's McDonald's, but when it comes to fast food I still actually feel they are one of the better chains, especially for breakfast. Before the changes made to Bangerter and the I-15 intersection, this location used to be a pain to get in and out of, but I would still visit occasionally when I was working up in Utah County. On a recent trip to Moab, we decided to get breakfast here, and for us (we live in Riverton) this was the most convenient location on our route to just grab-and-go. And that's what we did. Food was fine and while we didn't use the drive through (we went in to save time since it was still rush hour and busy) service was super fast and friendly to boot and we were out of there within a couple minutes. Whoever runs this particular franchise has it down, this will be our stop of choice going forwards if we're wanting to grab breakfast when heading South out of town. read more

Not a great location if you're looking to stop at a McDonald's. The food was okay this time, but they do not offer the spicy chicken McNuggets and this location, that can often be found at any other McDonald's. It is nice you can order ahead of time on the app and get deals, but they do not offer 24 hour breakfast on the app, only at the location itself for drive up or walk-ins. read more

I will give these guys credit for being faster than most McDonalds, but there are quite a few problems that are reoccurring. Multiple times I have come here in the mornings and the person taking my order can't understand the "substitute for egg white". The only reason I ask for this is because it tastes better than the folded egg that's been sitting there in the warmer for hours. However, the amount of times I have to repeat myself about how it's not an Egg White Delight (bc I hate ham). My order is the same every time: Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit with egg white substitute, Fruit and Yogurt Parfait, Large Diet Coke (super bummed that Coke Zero isn't an option anymore). The second complaint is the Fruit and Yogurt Parfait. I am usually in somewhat hurry to get to work and I have had to wait 3-5 minutes in the reserved parking space for a Parfait. Aren't those pre-made and kept in the fridge. I don't understand why they take so long. That's my review. Also there's no playplace but that's not a requirement for every McDonalds. I hope the reason they are fast is because they are quick and not because demand is low due to my experiences above. Every time I have come here, I have recieved horrible service, and the food is never made right. I figure asking for no pickles is an easy request and even easier to fulfill because it's one less step towards making the sandwich. Without fail, I bite into a mouthful each time. Instead of a "Hello" or "How are you?", it's a variation of "what can I get you..?" No thanks for coming, or have a good night either. Burger patties always come out dripping with grease, as if they haven't cleaned the grill off the entire day. Shake machines are always conveniently out of order, or 'being cleaned'. Staff seems more concerned with the latest post on social media than acknowledging that there is a paying customer in front of them. I'm surprised this location is still in business based on just my experiences here, not to mention almost every other review here is very negative. Might as well just keep driving, this place sucks. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online during dinner hours, then when I got to the drive through it took them a good 5 minutes to speak to me. Then I and everyone else in the drive through spent 20 minutes parked in line while no one got any food. THEN, when I finally got to the window, they told me that it was breakfast hours and refused to make my food, even though I ordered during dinner hours and then they putzed around for nearly half an hour. Not loving this location. I know Mickey D's Is really upgrading their menu to keep up with the constantly changing market but my last experience with their "premium was a joke". I'll post a picture of the sandwich when I opened it up. My rule of thumb is, if it's not good enough to serve to the manager, you shouldn't serve it to the customer.
