This place is really slow I even saw a guy walk out of there even though he worked there so many people left and were mad because it was so slow probably the slowest McDonald's in Pennsylvania someone needs to go there and tell them what is going on and get the manager maybe even shut the place down I will never return ever again read more

This location has always sucked but it sucked a little harder today. My mom and I went to the dillsburg location and as we were getting our food the girl in the drive through gave my mom and attitude because she gave us a large spite half full, if I wanted a half full large sprite I would've ordered a medium. Second of all the girl who had a horrible attitude shouldn't be getting mad when a CUSTOMER asks to fill their drink to the top? As if it wasn't customary to fill a drink all the way up. THEN we get our other sprites and they are watered down and have a slight orange tint to them, you could clearly see the machine wasn't working right but she didn't give a single f***. I understand you may not like your job but you certainly do not take it out on the customers. As far as masks? Not a single person was wearing theirs. Makes me wanna throw the food in the garbage. All I have to say to anyone reading this or considering going to the dillsburg location? Just drive the extra 5mins down route 15 and go to the bowmansdale one because they certainly are cleaner and have way better attitudes. Way better food too. read more

Worst McDonald's in the US. I feel bad for the teenagers that have to work under horrible Management. They are always running out of products. For example nothing to drink except milk and water bottles? Always out of snack wraps, napkins and even ketchup? I don't realize how that happens on a constant basis. My order today was messed up and when I called to have it corrected or to at least let them know, Manager was rude, ignorant, and yelling at the top of his lungs. Lol over a salad? I won't come back to this location after what I saw. I went through the drive through and ordered no sauce on the burgers- just cheese. My husband opened up the burger, putting his fingers in the food to check while we waited for the fries to come out- low and behold it was a loaded burger- we sent the bag back through the window. When we pulled off, we just went up about 5 feet to check again if the burger was plain- I WATCHED THE GUY GIVE THE PERSON BEHIND US THE ORDER THAT MY HUSBANDS FINGERS WERE ALL IN. I know it was the same bag because it was partially ripped the and when I handed him back the bag, the server picked up the bag in the same spot. Disgusting. read more

This is the absolute worst McDonald's in existence. My family goes here as a lazy last resort because it is close to our house and I emphasis LAST resort. Drive thru wait is on average, 20 minutes and by the time you get to the window your order is missing items or completely wrong. If you get to dine in, you get to experience very immature employees loudly fighting each other or joking around. This place is sad - especially for a McDonald's. read more

A kid and his older brother brought a PUPPY into the restaurant. No one said anything; in fact, the gal taking his order was ooh-ing and ahh-ing over how cute this puppy was. Seriously? Since when can you bring an animal into a restaurant??? Hello, where is the manager? In fairness, I haven't actually eaten at this McDonald's. I had every intention of doing so until I first made a pit stop in the restroom and was subjected to the deplorable conditions therein. Literally always consistently the SLOWEST and WORST McDonalds in America. I just wish they would bulldoze it if it's gonna suck this bad for so long. If you're not gonna do that, how about get the proper number of staff and properly train them so you can properly run the place - that way you can maybe actually use BOTH drive thru stations (that you JUST spent probably a good bit of money RENOVATING rather than using that money to make sure you could actually staff them and keep the place open) and handle your business. It's always just a bunch of kids standing behind the register talking and goofing around (because I assume they haven't been trained how to actually help prepare food, only take orders and bag them) meanwhile the drive through is wrapped around the building and the inside is packed with people waiting. Always is at least a 15-20 minute experience, so much for "fast food". Don't know who would want to work for this joke of a company, especially at this pathetic location. read more

Skip this place. I stopped to get a QUICK to go order. There was nobody on line and the order takers just kept walking by without even acknowledging my presence. This McDonald's is the worst in history, today 8/4/19 at 1:30pm drove up to the drive Thur there was 4 cars in front of me the line was not moving at all, there was a black car at the ordering screen and sat there for 10 minutes before order was taken, we finally got to the order screen and waited another 5 minutes the person finally employee finally took our order and sound like he didn't want to be there, finally got to the window to pay and didn't give me the correct change and had to wait another 5 minutes for a supervisor to open his draw, got to the window to put up order fast and courteous from the girl there-------I Recommend DON'T GO TO THIS MCDONALDs they should close it down. 40 minutes in the drive Thur is bs read more

WORST and Trashiest McDonald's EVER!! Children and childish adults work there. GROW UP!!! The place was filthy and the food was horrible!! First it took 10mins to get waited on and then it took 20mins for a fish sandwich because I wanted fresh. Then it was covered top to bottom and side to side with tarter sauce. Fries were cold and hard. Soda machine was covered in trash and ice was everywhere. I just threw it all away and went somewhere elsI wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Literally the worst McDonalds ever. We stopped here during a long trip for a coffee and a shake. The drive thru line was long but the line inside looked worse so we decided to go with the drive thru. After crawling to the order machine we were told the "ice cream machine was down". We were disappointed we waited so long but we already wasted 10 mins so we just ordered our coffee. 10 minutes later, we made it to the cashier and paid, and that's when it stopped. We could see all the teenage employees standing around chatting. After 20 minutes of literally no movement, we left. Paid and got nothing. I understand a delay in service but we waited for over 30 minutes at a FAST food restaurant and walked away $2.50 in the hole. Awful!!! read more
