WORSE THAN THE WORSE McDonald location EVER. Waited at the drive-through for 15 minutes and no one ever helped. This restaurant was so dirty. None of the soda machines worked but still charged us for the drinks. The floors were so dirty they were slick. I had a hair in my sandwich. They would not take our order at the register. The bathrooms were nasty, no toilet paper or paper towels. read more

Set at the window for 24 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers. Then handed me the burgers like it was my fault.

If you're starving to death this might be an option. Otherwise just keep driving. They force you to order from the kiosks and then refuse to help you when they don't work. Worst McDonalds I've ever stopped at. read more

I don't expect too much going to a McDonald's but this experience was the worst I have ever seen at a McDonald's. The tables were nasty, to the point we asked for a rag to clean them ourselves. The staff was in the back eating while they were suppose to be making our food, the nuggets were full of nasty dark brown grease. Keep on going if you are thinking of stopping here to eat. read more

I didn't want to leave one star...very disappointing "fast" food experience. I'm a very patient person, but this was the worst experience ever. Seemed like a perfect stop on our way home for a snack & literally added an hour to our trip. We even ordered online prior to getting there. Worst public restroom I've ever been in and that's not even an exaggeration. There were food wrappers, toilet paper, gross spots and smears, and a couple brown hunks of that which shall not be named on the floor. The door was a pull kind and there were no paper towels, just a blow dryer. Haven't even tried to food yet and I'm already giving it 1 star, ideally zero. we were on our way home from vacation and stopped to get a coffee and use the restrooms. The bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned ever- the toilets had mold inside the bowls. the floor needed to be swept throughout and the outside sidewalk needed to be swept. the coffees were horrible and I am thinking about throwing my b'fast sandwich away. It was sad that a McDonalds that has a nice design inside is not being taken care of. I would be ashamed as an owner of this establishment. I so thankful the one where we live is always clean. read more

Don't consider stopping at this McDonald's... the fries aren't salted, we didn't receive any condiments or we didn't get condiments on our burgers/chicken sandwich and we didn't get everything we ordered. P.S - The inside smells like garbage. read more

Update: I learned after I had initially posted my review that this location was extremely short staffed. I want to commend the staff inside the restaurant. They were working as hard as they could to try to keep everything moving. This is a management or ownership problem. Oh yea, the food was good! We are currently sitting in our vehicle waiting on our food. We pulled in to the drive through 35 minutes ago. We got our drinks and were told to move to a parking spot to wait on our food. That was about minutes ago... This is at 2pm on Sunday afternoon. There are no school or church buses in the parking lot, so there isn't a huge crowd inside. I sure hope the food is good today... read more

Worst McDonalds around! I note the poster below indicates extremely short staff and while that is understandable - this McDonalds is always extremely understaffed. I know other McDs owned by the Williams' do not function this way. We went through the drive thru and ordered two teas at 7:05, it's now 7:15 a.m. The young man at the window made our drinks and as he finished someone told him to go "out there." She said, "I will finish the tea." Bear in mind, all that was needed was to hand us the drinks. So, we wait again. When asked why he didn't just hand us the drinks - she said, "We have three people working and I needed him to bus the dining room. Ok!!! Understaffed, check! Rude employees, check! I stopped for a restroom and breakfast break. The restroom was filthy, the toilet had not been cleaned for a LONG time, and there was no toilet paper. Someone else took a roll of paper towels into the restroom, and I guess that is what we were supposed to use. This will be bad for a sewer clean-up bill. The floor was disgusting, and if I wasn't careful about holding my toes just right, it would have taken my shoes right off my feet. Please don't say "this McDonald's is short staffed" because the staff was there, talking and complaining by the bathroom doors. After my restroom break, I decided it was best not to eat here, so I have no review about the food. I just wasn't hungry anymore. read more

this was the worst food establishment i've been at. was on a 6 hour drive for vacation and we were wanting breakfast and a bathroom break so we stopped here. my boyfriend goes to the register to order and after he says what he wants, the lady just walked away. he had to reach over the counter to tear off his receipt just to know his order number. with nobody at the register, i ordered off the touch screen. the station with the drinks and ketchup was DISGUSTING. the trash was overflowing, there was soda and ketchup all over the countertops and it smelled horrible. my boyfriend could not even finish his food because of how nasty everything was he felt nauseous. he went to the restroom and said that there was no soap at all. i went to the women's and it was literally the nastiest restroom i've ever stepped foot in. both toilets were clogged with urine, feces, and toilet paper in them. there was ice cream in the sink, and what looked like throw up/old food under the sink. the trash was also overflowing up the walls. we left immediately to the taco bell right next door which had one of the cleanest bathrooms i've been in so just go there instead. read more

Truly one of the most pleasant fast food experiences I have had. Very clean, the employees were respectful and the food was hot and tasted fresh. the environment can make or ruin an experience. I have read that some people had to wait a long time for their food here. While I didn't have that experience, I would have been 100% willing because everyone was so respectful and clearly hard working read more

All of the workers were just standing out side smoking and letting people wait in line for like 10 mins before they even closed.

I did read the previous reviews, however; we decided to stop here anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh. This says a lot because we don't usually eat at McDonald's. I definitely recommend this place based off of today's service. read more

(Drive thru only due to construction). Horrible, horrible, horrible. Gave our order, when it was repeated back and put on the screen it was incorrect. She corrected it after we repeated the order and we pulled forward. We paid and then had to pull up and wait a few minutes. They finally brought our food out. The receipt was correct but nothing in the bag except a Big Mac was correct. I have a serious allergy to onions so I have to specify that any time I order. It even had a sticker with a receipt that said "No Onions" on the actual wrapper of my burger, but when I opened it there were literally so many that they were falling off. My husband tried to peak inside to say something but couldn't because of the remodeling. Never even had a way to ask for a correct order. They left out a burger, gave a regular chicken sandwich instead of spicy, and caused an allergic reaction. Clearly pride and regard for customers satisfaction is not a priority. read more
