This is the poorest customer service I have ever witnessed. Management does not do anything to help their customers. I placed a drinks and noticed they didn't give it to me when I went to the next window in the drive thru. I told her that they forgot my drink and she told me that they didn't charge me. So I told her to charge me and she refused and told me I would have to wait 5-7 minutes in the pick up line before anyone can bring a drink out to me. I told her why couldn't they just charge me now and she said we can't. I have never heard something so ridiculous like that. She then got upset and told me to leave. Literally the worst McDonald's in the Valley. I don't go here much but when I do I'm reminded every time why I don't come here regularly. The parking after you order in the drive-thru is literally unnecessary. Because every time I refuse to park my order comes out less than a minute. This time though I was told I will be refused service next time I refuse to park. And because I refused to park, my son's cheeseburgers were smashed thinner than soup boiled twice. Very unfortunate experience and not surprised from this McDonalds. The way the manager snapped at me for refusing to park was unnecessary and horrible customer service. There's a reason why this is the lowest rating in Coachella.. they're not very tentative unfortunately. I ordered an Oreo McFlurry & they couldn't even mix the crumble in the ice cream. They just handed it over with a sundae spoon & the crumble was just stacked on top of the ice cream, I hate that I did t take a picture ‍ but yeh never coming to this location again!! first off I pull up the to the drive thru and let the girl know that I had a coupon for "buy one get one free" (Crispy Sandwich) and another coupon (Large fries for $1). I also buy a sundae and she says it's fine and I can use them. My total was $12. (Little did I know she charged me for 2 extra McChickens that I didn't want) As I pull up to the window to pay, the guy (who was very rude and super snappy for no apparent reason) processes transactions says I can use only one coupon. Fine. I only use the "Buy One get One free" coupon he says total is "$20.56" WTF!!!! As he continues to be rude, I politely tell him, "You know...you can be much nicer." He rolls his eyes and acts like he didn't care. okay. As I pull up to the food window, employees ask to pull in lot 2. Fine. (Didn't realize it took long to give me two sandwiches, fries and a sundae) Anyway, I noticed the fries were in there, the two crispy sandwiches and two mcChickens that I didn't order and of course the sundae. I really didn't care I was just hungry. I get home and as I distribute the food I open up the Crispy Sandwich and noticed it's completely burned and charred and buns were super brown, pickles looked super expired. I was livid. I go back to the location and the manager that is missing teeth looked super shocked like I was crazy. Anyway, I got my refund and do recommend EVERYONE not to go to this LOCATION. I was afraid to even eat the food not only because it looked like some science project but also because I had a feeling the employees spat and/or put something it it that could potentially have gotten me sick. I was here this afternoon, ordered a happy meal, 3 drinks, 1 McFlurry, and a McChicken. They had me pay, then pull up to the next window, where I could see my McFlurry sitting on the counter.
