First of all I have to say hat I am not a fan of McDonald's. I muah prefer Hardee's when it comes to eating fast food so I rarely darken the doors of the Golden Arches but tonight, after some peer pressure from my daughter, I brought the family to one of our local McDonald's. My reasoning for not liking McDonalds was confirmed with this visit. Not because of the food but mainly because of the lack of cleanliness. As we were walking in I noticed that the play area was unkempt. Which was a immediate turn off. I then noticed that the manager was eating at one of the tables near the front door, which isn't that bad, but she left her table to take our order and never washed her hands. Growing up in the industry, I know that this is unauthorized, both the eating and not washing of hands. Our order was taken and she did a good job and didn't bat an eye when I ordered a burger without a bun. When we received our order my wife's condiments were wrong and I wasn't provided a fork. When I went to get some sauce, the manager once again left her food to retrieve my sauces without washing her hands. We ate and left and as we were leaving I noticed several piles of trash on the floor, which happens, but the manager was eating and taking orders instead of delegating that out or instead of ensuring the place was clean. I won't be back. Update: 11-17-2017 McDonald's, I'm upset. Pissed actually. You've created a sauce policy. Last night we went through your drive through and specifically requested some sauce with our two orders of nuggets. We asked about our sauce to ensure they were in our bag and asked for some extra honey. The lady at the window gave us a little grief but did give us our honey. We were suppose to also have some hot mustard. We got home and had none. So we get crap for asking about our sauce and had we not, we would have ended up with nothing. Your sauce policy sucks! Another nice McDonalds here in town. There must be at least 4 here in town if not more. I usually get their number one combo which includes the Big Mac meal with fries and a coke. It's pretty easy to get in and out of. Parking can be challenging because they are busy. Drive thru always real busy. read more

This McDonalds has the laziest workers. I always order the same order when I go here and they never get it right. But they still put a take out order of what I requested. ,but the order is not what I asked for.. How lazy is that ..Get the order right before you put the order ticket on the bag..cause slot of people are thinking they are getting what they asked for..please check these people out to see if they are dong their jobs.. We ordered 2 iced macchiato and an oatmeal. when we got our food at the window it was hot coffee and my oatmeal had no apples. we didn't realize about the apples until down the road. We just went ahead with the coffee but how do you get those mixed up. They didn't give us a receipt either. read more

Manager named Rita thought it was ok to not give customers all change that was due. My order is always $4.38 and should get back 62 cents. I began noticing that I was not getting no pennies in my cup holder I throw my change in after my purchase so I waited until the next morning and sure enough only received 60 cents from Rita after giving her a 5 dollar bill. I told her I was tired of getting cheated out of 2 cents each day and asked her for a manager and she told me she was the manager. I then informed her she better than anyone should know if something should go in a parties favor it should go to the customers favor not the stores favor. She laughed and asked if I wanted my 2 cents. This is not about the money but her ignorance of not knowing how to treat customers and the lack of talent McDonald's has in their management staff. I have called Smith Management which is owners of 11 different McDonald's in this area and no return call as of yet. As I want to make clear I didnt pay attention to change I was given for months each morning but when I did notice after I pulled off from back drive thru window my change was already in cup holder so I figure Id wait till next day and just show her what she did and she laughed because I wanted all of my change. I guess she thinks it is better to just give customers their 60 cents instead of 62 cents as owed. Shame on other McDonald's managers at the restaurant for not doing something about this when her register was over everyday. When I was a kid and worked there management would get on to you for being over or under with the money in your teel, same rules should apply today. read more

Honestly, I rarely eat at McDonalds myself as I am not that much intrested in fast food or the fast food dinning expirence. However, more often than not. I am with people that enjoy fast foods. So here goes my review. This McDonald's is pretty efficient as McDonald's in this area goes. The staff is always smiling and seem to get along with eachother. Today I was looking for specific set of toys (pokemon) and it was really sweet to see how the staff went out of their way to find the toys that my children so desired. The manager Colleen was exemplary at customer service and dedication to its patrons. Thank you Colleen for putting a smile on my babies faces. So They get 5 stars for customer! Now about the food. The food was fresh as fast food can be. Deliver at the right temperature and time. And drinks were nice and cold. read more

Ordered my first new McD's Apple Fritter this morning. Flavor is okay, but when I think about the Apple Fritter being dunked into their coffee in the commercial, a beautiful fritter loaded with chunks of apples, I must cry out, "WHERE'S THE APPLES!" I want the fritter you show me in your commercial, not the anemic-imposter that limped out of the drive-thru window and crawled into my car this morning. Thankfully there is a Dunkin Donuts close by. Ice cream maker still not working from the last time few times I have been there. I have these coupons I would like to use but there is NEVER any ice cream available. Not sure why anyone would waist their money buying those coupon books at this point. There were no go-gerts for my son's happy meal. So I asked if he could get an apple pie instead (as we have done before without issue) and were told No. That my choices were extra fries or Apple slices. I did not care for either but got the Apple slices. THEY WERE FROZEN. My son could not even eat them! I couldn't even eat them. They were like rocks. His chicken nuggets tasted as if they had been sitting on the counter for several hours. I also ordered two sausage biscuits that were completely inedible. The biscuits themselves were completely hardened. And the sausage was cold. The French fries were slightly warm. The lady at the second window didn't seem to be enjoying herself. She was very coarse and short when she spoke. Which was only to say "Here!" And force my order through the window while looking at me as if I personally ruined her whole day. I think she was a manager so I didn't see any point in calling in to speak to the manager about my horrible experience. This review is only about service as I haven't received my food yet to rate! Sunday morning about 8:45... Drive thru is backed up around building and so I go inside! Only 2 people waiting for their order and noons taking mine or the person who walked I behind me. Finally after saying something to a waiting guest they take my order. The wait was only due to them clearing the drive thru...their main objective! I get my order... They are very nice! I get in my car and the 11 cars are gone yet it took this long to care for the 4 people inside?? 15 min wait for an egg mcmuffin and coffee?? Btw... That was good! read more

Well, this was a loser location last night. We went there on New Year's Eve. A simple child's meal was all we wanted, 5 minutes at the most. There was a car in front w/one woman and one child, who apparently had all sorts of complicated requests and ended up creating quite a backup. It took over 20 minutes to get out of there. The window crew should have directed the woman to park her car to free up the backup...but, they didn't. Hello!! Not returning to that McDonald's. read more

New revamped McDonald's, same crappy service. Went through the drive they this morning at 6:10 am, had to wait about 15 minutes for my order. Got it all the way home, and they have me someone's else's order. Instead of a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese for my wife, they have me a sausage McMuffin, no cheese, with tomato. How does that happen????!!!!! I watched you place the order in the bag. Take a second and read the special order receipt attached to the sandwich. This is the worst McDonald's in Cleveland, Tn!! This has to be the consistently slowest McDonalds I have ever experienced. On multiple occasions I have set in the drive through line at least 10 minutes. Today, they averaged 3 minutes between taking orders. At one point, we sat 8 minutes and no orders were taken. It appeared they wouldn't even answer the order intercom as 3 cars ahead of us would pull up to the order intercom and then pull away. When it was finally our turn a man said something I couldn't understand, I started to order and he said "please hold on". Another 2minutes passed (an eternity by fast food drive thru standards) then a woman asked if my order had been taken yet. Really? I have written this entire review while still waiting to get to the pay window. If I was the owner, I would be giving the orders free to those who have waited through this madness. At this point we have been in line 25 minutes. Crazy! I think it would have been better to just close the drive through if they are having issues.
