Fast food that isn't so fast... my toddler nephew could bring out my food faster than this place... First off, I was overcharged as some items were charged as combos and some were all individual... Second I was handed the wrong ordered... after digging my hands through someone else's food, the employee told me that I "might" have the wrong order so they took it back.... After fifteen minutes of waiting they finally bring back my order. I would like to give this location a zero star if I could. They offer the slowest and the worse service and bad quality food. This happens every time I go there and now I'm just done with this place. Burgers are always extremely dry and poorly made. They sometimes forget my order or part of my order. Sometime they put the wrong item in my order and forget the ones that I paid to get. Sometimes they put sauce that has been open that made a huge mess in my order and they don't seem to care to apologize, either. I once waited for almost 20 minutes by their window while 5 other cars behind me got their food. And yes, it took 20 minutes for 5 cars to get their food behind me and I still didn't get my food. I don't know who is managing this location, but seriously....you guys need to do better than this if you are still going to charge money for the food that you offer. What a shame. read more

This McDonald's just might be the worst in the franchise history. Always something missing, incorrect order, no sauces, cold food....list goes on. How do you make a cheeseburger without meat? On not 1 burger, but TWO! Contacted customer service on multiple occasions to get a refund, they indicate they have shared the details with the store manager, yet nothing is done to remedy the situation. Seriously!?! Entire staff never leaves the kitchen. 2 out of 4 kiosks are down and neither had receipt paper. Most of the tables were unoccupied, but dirty. Order was brought out incorrect and they had attitude when I asked them to correct it. Over all this place needs to be shut down. Ownership obviously doesn't care. Wait 30 minutes for a curbside order,I eventually had to go inside to just get it because no one ever brought it to me .i waited in a line inside for 10 minutes because there was absolutely no one at the counter .By the time I got my food it was cold because it had been sitting there so long.not the first time this has happened at this location.i understand being understaffed but if you are don't accept curbside or online orders until you are able to have the staff to provide such service.very unhappy.Also failed to get order correct per usual . read more

This McD is truly FUBAR. They have folks working there who obviously do not want to, mostly the evening shift ones. Hygiene training is lacking or non-existent. Drink staff would adjust his/her AirPods without gloves and move on to adjust the lids on the drink cups. Extremely slow drive through, incorrect orders, charging you for the wrong order then blaming you I proceed to show them the receipt and due to their terrible printers they tell me that my receipt was from the 23 not 28 I ask them to go ask the guy who physically took my card to pay and ask him they quickly respond with he said you sped right by him and didn't pay. Placed an order from mobile app and tried to cancel since my son was at the wrong location, but was not able to. Looked at the cancelation/refund policy and it stated I had to contact restaurant by phone. Called store and I was told they couldn't cancel it and I had to do it on my end. Labor Day 2024, drove thru to pick up breakfast. 1 egg McMuffin sandwich and sausage, egg burrito meal as almost $13. And the food was TERRIBLE. The breakfast burritos were cold and smelled spoiled. This is a new Fast Food Resturant in the area and has yet proven to be horrible. There is no cashier attendant. It's all Kiosk automation inside. I went in with my two grandchildren to order food only to get the poor kitchen service as my order was incorrect and had to go back three times for them to correct it. 1) 1st time the kitchen forgot my granddaughters happy meal as ordered. We entered the special instructions that needed special attention because she has a gluten free allergy and cannot eat a small burgers that are not gluten free. 2) The second time the burger was made with all the toppings which we did not want. It was made incorrectly again. 3) The third time the bun was added on the meat with no toppings. All she wanted was the plain hamburger patty which was explain each time. When you have a gluten free allergy like my granddaughter has you cannot have your food contaminated with gluten. I explain this to the manager several times. 4) time it was made with just the meat. Finally!!!! Note: every time I went back the staff was laughing about this medical condition that they could not get right.
