My daughter is five months pregnant and she just went through the drive thru to purchase ice cream sundaes. The employee at the window literally threw the hot fudge sundae at my daughter. She came home in tears, her hair, clothes, face, and car covered in hot fudge. Please make that make sense. Why would you literally throw a sundae at a pregnant woman? Freaking do better, McDonalds. I placed a mobile order before they were closed and got there before they closed tonight 07/27/2025. I sat in the drive thru until 12:01 when they turned the lights out and the screen off. When I called the restaurant, I got three hung ups after mentioning I had a mobile order and one "stop calling us" the last time. Tthis place will literally steal your money if you order anything before they close and even there on time. it's bad business and would be the same if I walked in there, took what I wanted and left without paying. Absolutely the worst experience. I was told to pull up to wait for my French fries and double cheeseburger meal. After 5 minutes I proceeded to go inside to check on my order and was told by a very rude woman or however they identify " can't you see im busy" when I said excuse me. This place was messed up and I'm not happy. I went to get a grimace shake here at McDonald's and they told me that their machine wasn't working to make them. On a recent visit we were first ignored at the counter for several minutes while a manager looked on. Then they got my husband's order wrong not once but twice. When he went in a THIRD time the lady who initially took his order walked up to him to correct the problem - Let Me state that again - she approached him before he spoke and tried to help. Before she or my husband could speak a VERY rude young man who appeared to be a store manager interrupted them in a loud, demeaning manner and told him that the woman was busy and HE would handle the issue. My husband ignored the unprofessional young man who was also the same young man that could not be bothered with us when we arrived and explained that the order was still wrong. The young man interrupted them again loudly and rudely telling my husband he would "take him over here". After being interrupted a 2nd time my husband threw the 2 incorrect sandwiches in the trash. At that point the young man threatened to call the police. I called back to ask for the shift manager's name and Jamey Dondaldson told me he was the store manager, the store was a franchise, any corporate complaint would be sent to his cell phone and then hung up on me. Now I don't even know what happened while my husband was inside but I seriously doubt it was worth threatening to call police AND regardless this guy had an attitude from the minute I asked for the shift manager's name. I mean I probably would have just moved on if he basically hadn't made me feel like go ahead complain I don't have to answer to anyone. These people didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. This guy stared us for 5 minutes while we waited they got our order wrong TWICE and then he gets an attitude, threatens to call the law and then basically tells me go ahead and try. OK Challenge accepted. If I was a business owner and some employee of mine treated my customers that way I would certainly want to know it and correct the issue. I'm not trying to get anyone fired but there is definitely a training issue here that needs to be addressed. read more

First negative experience I ever had at a McDonald's.The refusal to honor a coupon from McDonald's for a free McChicken was the inciting problem. The manager was arrogant and insisted that the coupon had expired but I asked where on the coupon there was an expiration date she kept pointing to the print that said the coupon had to be registered within a week. Obviously this branch did not hire for reading ability. Raising her voice did not make her point. Additionally the ketchup dispenser was stopped up and there were no salts. I pointed this out but when I left there was still nothing done. The manager was busy chatting with another female employee. The outside was also dirty. This was a nice place until the hiring of people who do not care and are incapable of thinking outside the box. I will never return. read more

The Sausage sucks and so do the biscuits. The other breakfast food is ok. If you're stopping at the one in the middle of cedartown DON'T EAT THERE. They're rude, can't get your order right if you make a change from the normal sandwich. If you go inside, the bathrooms are always dirty and the rest of the store needs a good cleaning. The glass needs cleaning, the base boards are filthy, the tables get a quick wipe with a wet towel. There is no spray or cleaner used on the table, and the towel is filthy. I ordered a large fry with my quarter pounder in drive thru. I got the receipt as always. I pulled out reached in the bag, NO FRIES! So I went back and went inside. I told the girl behind the counter I didn't get my fries. She said you sure in hell did. I gave her my receipt and bag. I'm not giving you a free fry, she sneered. I paid for it and I expect to get it. Can I see the manager I said. I am the manager, then grabbing a small fry she threw it in the bag. I told her I ordered a large fry. She mumbled dam thief. This McDonald's isn't much even compared to other McDonald's. When I have been there the staff is surly. They act is though I am an annoyance instead of a customer. Often the food is cold even as it comes out of the back. You would think at least they would put it under a heat light. In short, avoid this McDonald's. read more
