Like most locations, place your order on a kiosk and grab a number for your order. After we arrived, it got busy (9:30pm) so it took a few minutes for several orders. Food was delivered to our table (some locations call out your number) by Carl- he was very kind and asked what else we needed each time; he was patient & fast with our additional napkin request and missing fries. Worst McDonald's ever. Twice that place has told me to pull up to the window due to waiting on fries. Both times I waited over 20 minutes and finally went in to see my bag just sitting there on the counter. The service is average, and food is what's expected. I've been many times, and maybe 1/50 would be a messed up order. Matthew's Management is the best I've seen that takes care of its locations. Don't waste your time with this McDonald's. It is literally faster to drive to another town. Ordered lunch today with the app for mobile pickup. Waited over 40 minutes before going inside to get my food. To top it off, the order was incorrect. This is not my first time with poor service but I've had enough of this place. Orders are wrong here 4 out of 5 times. This place has no leadership, no care, and I will not be back until I hear or read that it is turned around. Service inside was non existent. Drive through service was worse. Had to tell the girl multiple times what drinks we ordered and after telling her I had a diet Dr pepper, she opens the window back up and says diet Coke right? And so locals don't have much to pick from and the customer service at this location has been incredibly piss poor for well over two years. The little gal that took our order and the one that gave us our food were very sweet and were obviously doing the best they could. I ordered a 4c meal , crispy chicken and fries. ( very tasteless) I wanted an iced coffee. They were out. We also ordered a #7 , two cheeseburgers with fries and a Diet Coke. They were out of catsup packages and had to dump a bunch of catsup in a cheeseburger box. Again the staff were trying but it seems the store is poorly managed. This is the absolute worst place to get food anywhere around here. Last week I ordered food in the drive-thru that totaled $12.99. I only had a $100 bill. The cashier gives me back $62.99. I told him that was not even close to right so he gets a manager to open his drawer and before giving me another $20. He then asked to count the $62.99 that he just counted me. I told him that still wasn't right. $100 minus $12.99 is $87.01. Not $82.99. They then said they would have to count the drawer at 9pm and they would call me back. Never called me back. Constantly messing up orders. You will usually not get something that you order and pay for. The drive thru will usually make you pull off to different parking spots to wait for the "fast food" after giving you your drinks. There are usually 5 cars waiting for their food in these parking spaces. They forget about bringing the food (that you paid for) out to the cars they made park.
