They forget my ketchup every single time I ask... not a single time have they given me my ketchup when I ask

Terrible! Wish I could give this location zero stars! My dad and I went to pick up breakfast 9/14/2025 at 10am. We went through the drive thru. Placed our order, and were told to wait. We pulled into spot 1 for the waiting drive thru spot. We were ok waiting. Soon they came and brought us a coffee which we did NOT order. So we took it and said whatever. We asked the lady next to us if it was hers. It was not hers. Then the lady comes back says "I gave you a coffee that's not yours" and takes it back. First off, if you make a mistake fix it. Second off I thought once someone else had an order you can't take it? Imagine we drank it and she still took it.. lol Anyways, we are still waiting for our breakfast sandwiches. The lady comes back with two bags of food. With the name amanda. We were not picking up an order. We placed one and waited. So we turned to the lady next to us AGAIN and sure enough it was her food. So I went inside and told them the situation. I told them we were waiting for 8 sandwiches and 8 hash browns. The lady said "oh we are getting your hash brows" I told them "and our sandwiches" then she replies with "your hash browns" at this point I'm furious. Little back story. Thursday 9/11/2025, my dad had gone AGAIN to place an order in the drive thru. He places an order and goes to pay and he thought the price was smal for what he got. She never gave him the receipt.. then he goes to the next window for his food and they gave him the wrong order. What are the chances that in the span of 3 days this happens MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! Back to the story. I speak to the manager and she does NOT care! She says sorry but to me she doesn't care. You can tell she didn't. It's very unfortunate that I had to write this. This place is great. I've been using the app to order a quarter pounder and get one free without buns or condiments 3 times so far. I add two extra parties and cheese. They put the burgers in trays and provide silverware Perfect for an all meat diet. Will be visiting more frequently read more

Horrible service again. I asked for two daily doubles with extra mayo and added mustard. Then when I got to the window I asked for JUST 1 sweet and sour sauce this time and she looks at me and says "one quarter" with an ugly smile on her face probably because she read my last review and my name is in the McDonald's app. Then I get home and find that my daily doubles have no mustard at all and only a dash of mayo. The fact that I paid extra for the extra mayo and added mustard and never received it means that I was greatly over charged especially after deciding to charge me the quarter for the sweet and sour sauce. Had the sauce been free I would've felt like it had paid back the lack of sauces missing on my burger. They were simply being stingey and rude. read more

They served my family a pie with a bite taken out of it. The manager, Arturo, said he would pull camera footage to find who did it but he never did. He also said he'd replace our meal, but refused when we came in. We had the order slip but he wouldn't help. He even lied when he gave us his name initially. He was the same guy I spoke to when I first complained except now he says he doesn't know who Arturo is. They laughed and made a mockery of us when we came in, acting like we were just trying to get a free meal. This is the worst experience I've ever had at any food establishment. read more

Morons... This is the only thing that comes to mind when describing the people who work at (now 3) of the local McDonals I have been to. I vowed to never go back and it's been awhile but I caved in for my 11 year old who was hungry after a 2 hour soccer practice. As usual they screwed up the order. I called and the person on the other line could not even understand what I was saying - she sat there breathing into the phone. I think my aunt (who has down-syndrome) could have managed better then the people who work here. read more

The past few months I've gone here to order a specialty coffee i..e. a mocha or something its never ready at the 2nd window they are usually having problem with their machine they tell me and I have to wait. Kind of annoying when it happens each time I go for an iced mocha or peppermint mocha. read more

I have yet to have a good experience here. This last time is my final straw. I get the same thing every time. This time I took a bite and it tasted like raw meat and grease. It tasted like it was sitting there for hours. The box was saturated in grease to the point it couldn't hold the weight of the burger. And to top it off only 1/4 times do they accept my debt card. And instead of trying to figure something out they just tell me " sorry sometimes it doesn't work. So I need another form of pamyment". And if you don't happen to have another payment they you leave without anything with out them trying to figure out the problem. Would rate this place -100 stars. Awfully mannered workers. I was trying to enjoy what I just purchased with my gf. The MANAGER Bri along with a few of her employees, began to yell across the restaurant about how suicide is okay and how if people are thinking it to just do it already. Saying they should not waste people's times and stop meeting people. We confronted her about it and she denied SAYING THESE WHEN WE JUST HEARD a good 5 minute conversation between her and others. She began screaming and yelling at my gf when we confronting her. She declined to give us her name several times. And we had to find out from an employee who had called her over. Ordered just a coffee, and had no issues. Went inside though since I had to use the bathroom. Fixtures are old and wasn't clean. I don't expect much from fast food places just wonder why paid employees can't keep them tidy. It is a great location but difficult to get in. Parking is limited. read more

I went there yesterday, 10/3/2017, to order mcpick 2 for $5 menu. I ordered 2 of 10 chicken nuggets and 2 quarter pounders. When I got to window to pay, I was mcpick to ended and I had to pay full price for each of those items. This sucks. I take my kids there every Monday before practice. Let's be honest ... it is McDonald's the food doesn't change and that's why it is a chain fast food place... the one thing that makes them different from one another is the service... This McDonald's has HORRIBLE service.... you repeatedly need to go back in or up to the counter to get the order correct. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. the order taker gets the order incorrect, so the manager comes over to try and fix it, doesn't speak with me (or the other 4 people that are behind me) about what was ordered he speaks to the order taker in SPANISH, punches some keys on the computer and walks away... Yep the order was still incorrect.... McDonald's seems to be loosing it's customer service at this one. Go down the road to another McDonald's. read more

Well, contrary to others, my order is usually correct and I've never encountered someone who didn't understand me. That said, the speed of service is the downfall of this particular McDonald's for me. For some reason, it takes twice as long to get my order filled than at any of the other Mickey D's in the area, and it doesn't seem to matter whether I go into the restaurant or hit up the drive through. This morning I went to McDonald's to get breakfast. I know that they were under construction, but I waited in line for 20 minutes and then went to place an order and found out that their credit card machine was not working. They could have put up a sign stating that they were not accepting credit cars. By doing that they would have respected my time, but no waiting in line for 20 minutes. I could have used that time to go to another McDonald's. I will never use go back to the Cary McDonald's again. read more

I have to say that after literally decades of awful service something has changed at this McDonalds. My recent visits have been very good. Other people I know also see the improvement. Like all restaurants they are occasionally slow, but this is no longer the nightmare it was for so many years. read more

My family pretty much gets the same thing every time but we don't come that often so it's always nice to have a meal that's not garbage. I have to disagree with Dave E. You would think the food would be the same at all McDonald's restaurants, but somehow at Cary they manage to mess that up, too. The burgers are salty and dry. The fries are salty and greasy. The Fox River Grove location just a couple miles down the road is a much better option. On this evening on Oct. 25, 2014, the manager has no idea what she is doing. Her focus is not on customers, it is on cleaning and not having food ready to serve the customers. The drive up was backed up for 15 min and when I got to the window to get the order, it was not filled fully and some of the order was not even ready to be sold, i.e. 6 cookies. I went inside and told them they missed part of the order and needed to pick up the pace and the manager stated to not tell her how to do her job. Well someone needed to because she sure did not know how to do her job. When the cookies were not ready I told her to give me a refund, the manager tried to give me a refund for the entire order not just the cookies. I told her to keep it all as she had no understanding. Very Poor!! The resturant6 itself is in very poor and run down condition inside and out side. the drive up menu board is horrendous and in need of repairs or replacement. The morning crews during the week, especially Arturo, definitely have it together, but a good percentage of the night and weekend crews are horrific. This restaurant needs a lot of help from corporate in the looks of the restaurant, the service crews training, and having food ready to serve the customers.
