I came through the drive-thru at 10:42 PM and was told by the team member that the location was already closed. When I asked what time they closed, I was told they were closing early tonight. I'm guessing this McDonald's can't slip down too much further, as I think they're just about hit bottom. I've eaten here (drive thru) numerous times and none have been because I was longing for their food, it was because I'd missed a meal and was hungry. Today I pulled up to their drive thru to order, saw the new double fish sandwich and immediately knew what I wanted. No HOW MAY I HELP YOU or anything. Cars were backed around the drive thru pickup window to get their food and I was the only car at the 1 of 2 drive thru ordering stations. After somewhere around 8 or so minutes, I decided to drive around the building and go through the other order station. When I came around, there was a car at each of them. Frustrated, I just drove away. Up on the hill across the street was a GUTHRIES, which I've seen dozens of times, but never investigated them. This time I Did drive up and ordered food from them. Pleasant, courteous and fast. Got their chicken with coleslaw, fries, Texas toast and a soft drink. Just finished it here at home. Delicious!! I'D LIKE TO THANK MCDONALD'S FOR THEIR LESS THAN POOR SERVICE!! Had they not sunk the the bottom of the food/service business, I'd have never known about Guthrie's!! read more

If I could, I would give it zero stars. A couple days ago I came in to get my dad some food. Yes, I can understand that Coming in 30 minutes before they close can be a little bit agitating. When I walked in, I had cash in hand, ready to use at the register. I noticed they had two registers one said closed. The other said welcome to McDonald's open. In my eyes, that means one register is open. I was told to use the kiosk. I myself clearly did not have a card in hand, only cash. There were two ladies working that night. The older lady gave the command of the kiosk I mentioned earlier the younger woman noticed I had cash in hand and told the older woman that I only had cash. The older woman then proceeded to say she can only use the kiosk. They never explained why me looking confused. I stood there for a moment and then in their native language, the older woman commented, saying "even if she uses the kiosk, we close up in 30 minutes. I'm not gonna serve her anyways" I could not believe that I heard this and I left. Not to mention, they had a young child running around in the store. The child looked to be around the age of four years old. They let the child run around inside the kitchen freely. This could've been a dangerous situation. Altogether, I will no longer be going to this McDonald's. I will be looking elsewhere. read more

Put the beef patties from the McDouble inside the McMuffin. I ordered and paid for a bacon quarter pounder with cheese meal. It had a piece of paper cooked into the burger itself and it had no bacon on it. I attempted to call several times but every time I received a busy signal so I drove back up with my meal and the paper. When I walked in a manager named Andrea asked me how she could help me. I told her what the problem was and she immediately asked if I'd like another burger. She NEVER apologized at all for the paper. I told her that I was disgusted with McDonalds and that I just wanted a refund, she gave it to me but tried to keep my receipt. As I walked away I realized that she kept my receipt so I asked her for it, she actually APOLOGIZED for keeping my receipt! First time going to this location, but I went out of my way to come here because I absolutely HATE the Riverstone location. The girl taking orders/payments at the drive thru was in a good mood and joked around at herself when she gave me the wrong order total. When I got to the second window they seemed to become confused and tried to give me someone else's drinks even though I didn't order any and then had a hard time figuring out what I ordered. I suspect it wasn't their fault, I think the car in front of me took off before they got their food even though they paid. Weird, right? I had to park in a spot and wait about 5 minutes as they made fresh chicken nuggets. The order was correct and was what would be expected from McDonald's. I was a little disappointed that this location doesn't offer the Quarter Pounder With Cheese in the Mc Pick 2 like the awful Riverstone location does. read more

Rude staff that let me wait 10 minutes with no acknowledgment to pick up order placed & the first acknowledgment was to impolitely tell me to move back from the online pick up area so that she could give the order to her "customers" (aren't Online customers also customers?) who had placed an order in person so clearly long after my order has been placed and was still not ready. Moving out of the way for an order to be handed to someone else would be no problem at all but I have worked in customer service for a long time and that can and should always be said politely there is no reason at all for it to be impolite especially when the online customer is standing at the sign for online orders. FAST FOOD THIS IS NOT! The service is slower than a snail going uphill after being dipped in molasses! I went inside to pace my order. I ordered 2 Double cheeseburgers and a coke......it took over 15 minutes to get my order!! When you request extra sauce and pay the additional fee for the extra sauce you still don't receive the extra sauce. 3. If you visit this location 5 times your order will be correct 0 out of the 5 times. I strongly suggest checking the bag before driving off. 4. If you request that something is left off .. pickles off of a cheeseburger for example .. More than likely you will receive 2 of the largest pickle slices in the bucket on your burger. 5. Oh you'd like an ice cream cone ? Check back on Tuesday between the hours of 2:00pm & 2:17pm as that is the only time the machine actually works. 6. Your drive thru wait will be long .. bring an activity. Even if you are the only car. I believe they have a 7 minute mandatory wait time. Shell that was working the drive thru window today at 10:15 am is very rude! She shorted me the main item from meal #2, the sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin meal. When I checked my bag as always I told her it was missing. And she shit the window, yelled at the other girl,waved her hands around aggressively, them comes back to the window and said it's in the bag as if I stole it! I have her the bags back and told her it's not there. She acted like it was my fault an item I payed for was missing. This seems to be the worse McDonald's in the area. First of all we stood at the register for more than 5 minutes before our order was taken. Then we waited for more than 15 minutes to get our order. It was a simple order, a number 4, and a number 6. I guess the policy is you have to wait for your added combo numbers to get your food. In our case, we should have waited for 10 minutes based on that logic, but they are over achievers at this location and it took more than 15 minutes. This location also doesn't like to give you your drink cup until you get your food, guess they figured they'd lose money if you refilled your cup 97 times waiting for your food. Let's not rush to judgement to quickly, maybe all that time will equate to fresh food, wrong again. The crispy chicken was hard as a rock, I had to bring it home and break it down using the same process as breaking in a new baseball glove. I have it wrapped up and rubber banded in hopes of being able to enjoy it this weekend. I ordered it with only mayonnaise, check out the picture, I guess they interpreted it as only one bite of mayonnaise.
