First off, insane prices for what used to be a cheap fast food restaurant. Went to buy a small size m&m mcflurry and hot fudge sundae, total came to $8.47. In fact, the prices at dairy queen cost around the same. Second, I'd like to mention the size of the dessert. the hot fudge Sundae wasn't even filled properly, and was extremely tiny, for being around $4. The entire lid was empty. The hot fudge Sundae was depressing. The McFlurry was okay, however the m&m's weren't mixed, but that's understandable. Anyways, i might as well go somewhere else to get desserts that are much better of a value. read more

foods great. you can't go wrong with McDonalds if you manage to get your food within a reasonable time which is close to impossible here. it's typically normal during the day but for some reason when it's night literally nobody does their job. I ordered food with my four digit PIN and it did not go through so the girl at the window told me to tell them when I get to the second window and the second window lady was absolutely rude did not care about what I was getting, thought it was immature that I was even asking ,told me 'you don't know who your talking to' then went on to tell the grill 'take care of this girls lil discount ' when the entire time I was simply trying to get what my mobile app was supposed to give me due to the fact that I come there frequently. Literally ordered 2 diet cokes ... nothing else. Stood at the counter for ten minutes. There is only one girl who seems to be working--a young red head. She was very sweet and kind. One of the other employees came over and asked what we got, I told her "just two diet cokes", and she replied "well it will be ready when it's ready" in the rudest tone. Don't waste your time or money. Go to the Wendy's or KFC nearby. Our order was incomplete, so we had to park in the lot and get the chicken nuggets. Once on the road, I discovered that their version of the "deluxe" crispy chicken sandwich was nothing but a glorified large chicken nugget, with one slice of pickle, in between two slices of bread. There was no sauce, no tomatoes, no lettuce. Buyer beware. Before you drive off, check to make sure your whole order is correct. This was an evening purchase. Apparently the night staff is a joke. Not all McDonald's are mundane. This particular restaurant in Canonsburg, PA on Morganza is sort of dedicated to Bobby Vinton the singer. There's a couple busts as well as memorabilia and even some clothing on display in this restaurant. While it may not be as elaborate as the Rock N Roll McDonald's in Chicago it sort of reminds me of that restaurant because of the displays and dedication. If it wasn't for this McD's I wouldn't have had any idea that Bobby Vinton is a Canonsburg, PA native. read more

It was a hot 90 degree day today 6/6. My kids wanted McDonalds on the way home, so we stopped by this location in Canonsburg, PA. My kiddo wanted a Sprite with her mean, that I forgot to order on the app. I get to the window, and they were waiting on the fries, which you can never go wrong with fresh fries. The lady at the window, who Im assuming was a supervisor asked me to pull forward while waiting. I asked to buy a small Sprite and a Lg. Diet Coke. Had money in hand. She waved it off and said dont worry about it. Im assuming she was thinking what I was thinking...hot day, cold drink. But anyone else would jave taken the money...but with food cost, it wouldn't account for much on the bottom line. Ordered uber eats around 11pm on 2/7; it was taking too long to get assigned to a delivery driver so we drove down to get it ourselves. The bitch working the drive through claimed there were no orders left to be picked up. We asked if they could remake it and we said we'd pay again. She responded by saying they can't give us an order unless it's paid for, we literally said "yeah" and she yelled at us through the speaker claiming she couldn't help us. I checked all around outside when we got home and there was no ordered, if it had been picked up before we got to the drive through, it would have been delivered by the time we got home. I got a notification from uber a few minutes later saying a driver was finally to our order and on the way with it. We then called mcdonald's wondering how they were able to give another delivery driver my order that "had already been picked up" but couldn't give it to us. the response was "that's just the way it works". Truth be told, this McDonald's does a pretty good job during the daytime hours. The night staff is an absolute joke. I sat waiting for my order to be taken for 2 minutes...then a car pulls up in the lane next to me and they get their order taken before mine. This isn't an isolated incident. This place does not care at night. They don't care who is in what order in line...they don't care how they make your food..and they act like they are doing you a favor by handing you what you just purchased. This joint is rank. I ordered two snack wraps and when it was delivered to me, it had a hair in the wrapper. I told the manager and he gave me a new one. I started eating it and then I realized there was another hair in it. I took it up to the manager again and he refunded my money, which was nice but it is ridiculous that I ate a hair. We waited at least 15 minutes in the drive through to order. The wait for the food was also at least 15 minutes. When we opened the bag, it was not our order. This is a McDonald's location that actually deserves some positive recognition. The owners and management here actually seem to care both about their customers and their reputation. Most of the employees act courteous and professional, and the food is quality and fresh more often than not. The store is usually kept decently clean, which is always a plus. This McDonald's also seems to be a good member of the community. Recently, they stepped up to help raise funds for the family of a fallen officer in the community. Not only that, but this store stands out from most other McDonald's locations on the inside. It has a classy and comfortable design in the dining room that also pays tribute to Perry Como and Bobby Vinton, both celebrities who were born in Canonsburg. In early 2016, the owner of this location was presented with the Fred L. Turner Golden Arch Award, which recognizes "customer service, business performance and civic involvement," according to the local newspaper. Also, in 2015, a 90 year-old employee who worked at this location for over 26 years was celebrated two days before her birthday for her years of service. If you're going to go to McDonald's, this is the type of location you go to. I can say this as a former associate manager at a different location because its employees and owners clearly strive for quality, service, cleanliness, and value and try to give something back to the community. When a McDonald's has these ingredients, you can be confident that you're going to be satisfied with your visit more often than not. read more

Hey, it's a McDonald's. It's what to expect from a McDonald's, cheap edible food, fast most of the time. This one is a bit different though. It's bigger than most McDonald's and has local flavored decor featuring Perry Como and Bobby Vinton. In addition to the inside decor, there are two drive up lanes, one marked for Como and one for Vinton. Tourists should pick this one over other area McDonald's due to the decor. Someone should be able to give you directions to drive by the barber shop where Como once worked. And to the Como statue downtown. read more

This is the most bizarre McDonald's I have ever been too. The first thing you notice is the huge Perry Como and Bobby Vinton posters, pictures, and custom made face busts. This is also the only McDonald's I've ever seen to have a kids arcade. In reminds me of an 80s arcade in that EVERYTHING is broken. 9/10 on the weirdness scale! read more

My husband was in Canonsburg with two other men on business, and they stopped at your Mcdonalds at 5:00 AM for breakfast. He had an egg Mcmuffin and as result he got very bad food poisoning.This was on Friday the 28th last week, and this is Suday the 30th, and he still has it bad.
