This is about Debbie 5 Stars!! Debbie is a spectacular McDonald's employee here in Caddo Valley, AR. At 145 Valley St. I have never posted a glaring review of a any employee on FB. If you get out this way, see Debbie for impeccable service. I have never tipped a McDonald's employee until today. And, I go to McDonald's almost never. But on the road...gettin' just coffee...or so I thought..I found the charming and wholesome Debbie. I ended up buying breakfast with Debbie's tasteful suggestions on what she likes. I ended up eating in the restaurant, too, and Not on The Go. I took a Timeout to vibe on Debbie's vibes by osmosis. Mmmm. So I just Googled "There's Hope for Humanity." And, yes, it showed a photo of Debbie the Angel. I love you Debbie. Needed that favor from God today. I hope you get to experience a Debbie today. read more

The person running the front desk is so ignorant and he treated me like I was stupid .

If you order online and select have them bring it to a parking spot, prepare to wait a long time. It's a long walk for them and low priority, so you often wait longer than if you just waited in the drive thru. read more

fries were extremely hard, my nuggets were undercooked , and they gave me one fry with only 5 in it and i asked for extra fries . one of my worst experiences at a mcdonald's , 3/10 do not recommend. read more

No smiles offered except when I shared mine. I know it's tough to work for minimum wage but it doesn't cost anything to be courteous. The bathroom floor was greasy and slippery. Her comment was that it was probably just mopped. I said that he doesn't know how to mop correctly. read more

multiple times we came and we asked for extra ketchup ONLY and they proceeded to still not understand when there is no other way to say it lmao. my girlfriend ordered cheeseburgers with no onions and there was onions imbedded in the cheese. then proceeded to get mad when THEY messed up the order. honestly a RAUNCHY place all around and it amazes me that management still lets these people work how they do. read more

The floor felt like that were using the French fry grease to mop! I could barely walk in there I was so slippery. Look at the cement outside the door! This indicates it's an ongoing problem read more

I TRIED to order 3 number 7s with cheese only and sprites to drink (made them all the same to make it easy so I thought). I was interrupted over 5 times during the one sentence and was told to slow down by someone else not even taking the order. We ended up telling them we would go somewhere else and was told "that fine go on then". read more

I place a order online so i went to get it. I was riding with some one so they wanted to order too. so she placed her order I gave my code we polled to the window to so she can pay and I can get my receipt. The cashier changed the 3 number 1 to 3 double quarter pounder we didn't know that till we got that order and I didn't receive mine so naturally we went inside to fix this so the employees said they gave me my order and that she ordered the 3 double quarter pounder so we said they didn't so she got a refund for the order and had to pay again to get her order fixed me on the other hand had to explain to them that I never received my order and the entire time they were making my order they kept saying I was lying about never received my order but after a long time I received my order after they made a bunch of mistakes so I'm happy I guess because that's all it take to make someone happy give them what they order so I was double charged and every employee in there was extremely rude. They took the mess up order and didn't throw it away. They reused it. So that makes me question if I ate someone's mess up they had there germs all over. read more

Went through the drive through at 10pm on Sunday night and it took them 9 minutes to get me a Big Mac burger only, not even a meal. I was the only one in the drive through - if I had not paid already I would have left because they took my money and I never saw anyone again. Finally the guy hands the bag out the window and says "sorry for the wait" and closes the window. What has happened to McDonald's? Terrible service, poor attitude. When I got to the hotel to eat (3 minutes down the street) the bun was stale to boot! read more

Stopping on our way through to Nashville. Very clean restrooms, I noted restaurant is clean as well. They got my husband's breakfast order correct. Recommended for a quick stop along I-30E. Clean and safe area. read more

After waiting a long time to be waited on Rude manager. Not listening to me. Wouldn't let order what I wanted

If I could give a zero I would! DO NOT GO HERE! Men's restroom had no soap! Women's restroom had no toilet paper so we were forced to drip dry or wipe our flaps with their napkins! until a lovely spouse of another guest took toilet paper from the men's restroom. Employees were made aware several times during our short stay alone! No one had any urgency! In fact, we witnessed as we ate (before we knew about the men's soap) use the facilities and not go in to refill soap but come out with dry or wet hands....there was NO sanitizer either according to employees! When we contacted the franchise owner - he made EVERY excuse and DEFENDED the lack of sanitation! We informed him we would he contacted the state health department and he said do it - challenge accepted, Steve Montgomery! So, moral of the story...save your time, money and health because I can guarantee that American cheese on your burger is grade A head cheese! Happy dinning if you choose to eat - I would take yourself down to urgent care, too to get an STD after! read more

Slow service and had a poor listener at the window. Saw I was being charged for a water bottle and asked for tap water before I came to the window, but I got to the window and double checked that he got the order right. He did not and had to get his manager to correct the order-then gave me a LARGE water that cost 75 cents. Then-I'm assuming a meal comes with fries, not added on. I got the buttermilk tender meal. They charged me extra for the fries! Manager take note-I was here on Thursday around 11pm. Not eating here again..overcharging customers and incompetent employees. I'll pass. read more

This McDonald's. Is THE PLACE. I ordered lunch right at 10:30 because let me tell you I'm in college and I NEEDED. SOME. BIG MAC. before going to class because I'm 100% failing but what made me make it to school and be all good? That Big Mac. 10/10 would eat again. And again. They fed my tummy and my soul. read more

I'm not sure if this is the right location, as the map indicates it is somewhere other than where it exists -- this review is for the one next to a Phillips 66. On a VA-TX drive and stopped nearby for gas. Desperate for something quick to eat, I swallowed my pride and went to Mickey D's. Maybe I was just in a road coma, but I had a really pleasant experience. The sandwich I got tasted like real food, was served hot and was assembled with care. The staff was very friendly and impressive and reminded me a lot of a Chick-fil-A crew. I was the only patron in the dining room at the time, but they kept me entertained with a running conversation on the merits of roles in relationships. It's worth taking a break from the drive and stopping in instead of just hitting up the drive-thru. read more

Awful food. Undercooked fries and a greasy quarter-pounder. Trashed after two bites. Don't stop here. McDonalds owes everyone who's eaten here an apology and a refund. read more

Nees a zero star!! I work very near this crap hole and visoften sense not much around for a 30 minute break anyways spent 15 of it today at the pick up window for a tea and dr pepper that was sitting on window. U always have check your meals and drinks before leavparking lot this is by far the worst McDonald's ever! And I drove 18 wheeler for 12 years so I've had my share of awful ones this is definitely #1 WORSE 1 read more

This mcdonald's crazy. im visiting, and i work at a mcdonald's up in indiana... just saying, make sure y'all are making ya drinks, wear a smile, be loud and clear when ordering, and to tell people what you're handing them... other than that, service was alright. read more

Me and my buddies went to go get a late night snack at some good ole McDonald's. We went inside knowing that the lobby closes at 11pm, it was 10:23. One of the workers said the lobby was closed. I told them what their sign said several times waiting for an answer. Finally I told a lady I wanted to order food and she said the lobby was closed and that apparently their register didn't work. I was very disappointed because I was so excited to sit down and eat some McDonald's. Instead we are going to taco bell, which is better anyways. Go to McDonalds on pine street they are better. read more

The drive thru service was awful. We told the girl to give us a second and she said okay then when we were ready she said hold on then we said okay and she says what can I get you so as we were going to say our order again she says hold on. We get to get our order and the girl hands us the drinks and asks if that's the only thing we ordered. We reply with no our meals and goes back to get them. read more

I paid over 6 1/2 dollars for a sausage McMuffin with egg and cheese, hashbrowns, and a bottle of water. I got back on the interstate and was 5 miles down the road before I learned that my sandwich did not have an egg on it! That's how you earn a one star rating from me. read more

First impressions: Met at the door with employee stare down as I herded my kids through the door. Flies everywhere. Employees loudly being reminded to wash their hands. We left. Went to nearby Cracker Barrel. read more

This place deserves no stars but I had to put at least one. Went last night at 10:15 there to get five separate orders so we tried to go inside and when we got in they yelled at us and said "NAHHH NO NO NO" and told us our lobby was closed. So we told her that we had five separate orders to do in the drive thru then and she said it was fine. So we get in the drive thru and they tell us they can't do five separate orders and that we can circle the building five times to get what we want. The service was incredibly rude and we left because they didn't deserve our service. Don't go here unless your prepared for some attitude. read more

Stop here to eat! This McDonalds is conveniently located right off of the freeway. Stop in for friendly service, fast food and clean restrooms. We stopped in our our way back to Texas and the staff was attentive and prepared our food quickly. The food was fresh and tasted awesome. We used the restrooms and they were clean and smelled like Christmas. Great experience overall! read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. They were extremely rude. They told us the lobby was closing so we went through the drive through. So, we drove through the drive through, however they told us they could not take multiple orders through the drive through, so we were advised to "drive around the building 5 times" to complete our order??? Their attitudes were horrible. Terrible. read more

I had dinner here tonight. As students in Arkadelphia, we frequent both McDonald's' in the area. It's common knowledge around here that the Arkadelphia MD is better than the Caddo Valley MD. But, I decided to give CV another chance. 'Twas a mistake. The chicken nuggets were obviously old and tasted as I would imagine cardboard to taste. We tried a Mac Junior--no Mac Sauce was on the burger. Just overall a pretty sorry experience. Will keep in mind. read more

Stopped for breakfast and a coffee fix on our way from Texas to Tennessee. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was McDonald's good...a hit with the kids, an OK meal for the adults. We got what we needed...food in our bellies and caffeine in our system. read more
