Stood at register for 5 minutes. Was ignored and never got to place my order. No one even looked at me. Gave up and left with my money.

Takes forever every time I go there. Not sure how their process is different then other McDonald's but end up waiting 15-20 minutes every time for just a coffee. read more

I can understand getting an order wrong once, but even after my fiancé gave them the receipt (which was correct) they still gave us the wrong order. And after reading these other reviews as well I can see this lack of professionalism is not something that will be addressed there.. This is always the dirtiest unfriendly MC Donald's I have been to. Garbage all over, counters nasty with old food, no napkins or ketchup in dirty condiment center. Slow slow slow service. Was in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Spent 10 minutes behind a car that literally ordered 1 McFlurry... Uno. Got my food, which was a grilled chicken pico guacamole with no bun. Guess what? It had a bun, and the cheese was melted ALL OVER the bun. I don't eat grains, so I always ask for no bun. When I brought it back, they gave me a new one, and ALL of the "toppings" were melted together at the BOTTOM of the container. It is ridiculous that they cannot create a simple order that has one special request. It's getting to the point where I don't even want to go back; there is ALWAYS something wrong with my family's orders. read more

Last time there i ordered 2 mc chickens and it took 19 mins with only 1 car in front of me. This is almost average and i should know to never go there. I'd be better off driving to oregon macdonalds (8 mins away one way) and come home happy and have my food WAY faster! consistently the filthiest dirtiest mcdonalds we have ever seen. we travel the midwest and pass through byron weekly. we are seriously shocked at the neglect of this facility. the parking lot is always strewn with litter, no matter what day of the week, garbage cans are full, tables are always dirty, floor is filthy, drink area is littered with garbage and spilled ketchup. bathrooms, you can imagine, no toilet paper, garbage overflowing, toilets filthy, sinks dirty, soap dispensers empty..... i have consistently "mentioned" the seriously dirty facility and each "manager" said it will be taken care of. its been 6 months! my next phone call is to the health department. read more

Sat for 5 minutes in drive thru. A car pulls up at the other station to order and is immediately helped. 3 minutes later I'm told go ahead and order when you're ready. 2 sausage mcmuffins and a small oj. $6.22!!! Another several minutes till I get to the window, where they reaffirm, $6.22. I asked how much the sausage mcmuffins were. $2 apiece. I told her that Winnebago sells them for $1 apiece. She says yes they do. The corporate stores still sell them for $1, they're not a corporate store, so they charge $2. Apparently because they can. I canceled the order and left. read more

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Just went there last night & my bill was wrong. Told the guy & he said the signs were wrong! We inside to the manager & had to argue with her. Finally, had my bill corrected to get home & find out my order was completely missing a sandwich. This McDonalds constantly has a machine down, and often it also includes the credit/debit machine. At time they only are serving drinks and fries and they have gotten my order wrong SEVERAL times. Also, they have given me incorrect change back. It seems they always have something wrong. I'm done going there. Terrible. read more
