Waited 40 minutes for an apple pie they had to cook and then the pie I got was barely warm.

Food was hot and fresh and the staff was super friendly. I was here for work so not my normal location but I wish it was!

I would give ZERO stars if it was an option!.I specifically asked for NO ONIONS. Clear, simple, not rocket science. What do they do? They throw a handful of onions on my sandwich like I asked for a goddamn salad. So yeah, I screamed. Not a little "hey fix this," full on rage. the time was 9:45 on a sunday night. I had just got done doing something with my girlfriend and was feeling hungry as a mfer cus i had only had a single slice of pizza for dinner and it was at like 5:30ish. My irresponsible dumb as decides its a good idea to doordash mcdonalds because its pretty nasty on the road and I would rather stay in. My girlfriend was not hungry so I had just ordered for myself. I ordered a 10 piece nugget with buffalo and hot mustard (which we will get to later), a big mac with extra onions because they dont charge extra for the onions, and a medium frozen coke and medium frozen blue razzberry fanta. I usually order a large frozen coke with half blue razzberry subbed in which is bomb btw, but these cucks werent taking special requests even though its literally a menu option. The order came out to thirty bucks which was scammy but i was hungry as shit and didnt care because im a dumb college kid and dont understand how the world works and the importantance of money. now when i go there in person i can ususally get that same order for 8 bucks cus they have this 2 for 6 deal in the app which rocks, which is why i say this was scammy. the doordash was like 8 bucks plus four tip which makes the food itself around 18. also the doordash driver was great he came in like a half hour which is really good relative to how far my girlfriend lives from the mcdonalds. anyways when we got the food i opened the bag and slowly unravveled the horrors which were to come. this shit was really bad like disgusustingly bad these employees must have been on crack man seriously like im not even sure how you can screw something up this bad. first off the nuggets were like eating doritos from a bag thats been sitting under your couch for at least a month accumulating dust and bug poop. They were cold as my soul on christmas eve and were clearly stale and two of my nuggets were somehow fused together by means of black magic and possibly a touch of super glue. They somehow mistook my hot mustard for honey mustard which irked me, but overall wasnt that big of a deal the honey mustard wasnt that bad although my girlfriend thought it smelled like sht. the frozen coke and frozen fanta blue razzberry were essentally a frozen ball of plain ice surrounded by syrup. like the middle was hard and had no flavor. they had put so much damn lettuce in my big mac you would have thought it was a mcsalad. like they essentally packed the rest of the remaining space in the big mac carton with lettuce, and when i opened the box a bunch spilled out onto my girlfriend's bed, and with the bits of big mac sauce on occaional leaves of lettuce left smelly sauce stains on her sheets. the bun also conserned me as the outer rim was bleach white while the center was brown. the big mac also was cold which overall confused me as they doordash guy had brang everything to me in one of those fancy heat saver bags. Anyways i go to this mcdonalds all the time during the day its not usually this bad just dont order doordash at 9:45 on a sunday night those guys must have just been screwing around in the kitchen. read more

Honestly have never posted a review on anything, but I wanted to compliment this McDonalds. I didn't ask anything special, but I haven't been inside a fast food place in a while because they are all understaffed right now. This McDonalds' lobby was open, it was recently renovated and nice and clean, the service was fast and they had genuinely nice and helpful staff, I only interacted with one guy in the front but he was working hard and efficiently but yet so kind. The burgers and fries were hot and fast, the slushee thing was a good consistency, and I was just genuinely thoroughly impressed. Great job guys! read more

Went in to get coffee today and as i'm ordering and there menu says very big "TRY OUR DONUT STICKS" so i order a 6 pack and they tell me that they dont sell them anymore, then i order a black coffee and a Carmel macchiato... i pull up to the window and they tell me to pull forward after already waiting in line for 35 min. So i pull forward and another 25 min goes by and they finally bring out my coffee, i go to ask why it took so long and the manager walks away from me, he then proceeds to tell me he's of corporate so there's nothing i can do, so here i am. Ordered 4 McDoubles with no pickle and add mayo, and they just completely smothered the burgers with mayo, like the entire wrapping was filled with mayo and the burgers were completely covered. Not sure if it was intentional because they get annoyed by requests that force them to make a new burger or If they don't have the common sense to add a proportionate amount of additional sauce when it's requested by a customer. We drove quite a ways to bring our kids here on Friday night so they could play in the play land. We ordered our food and headed back to the area. The food was your typical mcdonalds food.. There's not much to say about that... However, after looking at the play area we realized quickly that the area is not maintained correctly. There were multiple things that were unsafe about it and to make it worse it was not clean. However to make our dining experience worse yet of course there was another family there with our of control kids screaming, crying and even bleeding all over the place along with the adult yelling at them the entire time. We will not be back to this location... EVER! I would not recommend this location to anyone that I like! Lol I did contact the dept manager from this establishment and told him my concerns. He literally asked me for my pictures (which I sent him) and that was it. Obviously he doesn't care about my business so I truly won't be back! This is just awful. From horrible customer service to food that is sub par even for McDonalds. This is the 2nd and last time that I have gone through the drive through and sat for more than 5 minutes waiting to order while car after car is served in Drive through 2. On the morning of 17Sep2017, through the drive through, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and they gave me two mcmuffins. On the same day, through the drive through, around 3pm I ordered two double cheese and they gave me 3 single cheese burgers. The burgers looked like they been in somebody's back pocket all morning. Today, I stop at this McDonalds because I had business across from it. I have a two part issue to what happened to me there. When I first walked in there was a cashier who had a cross on his neck and a crown on this arm. This cashier tried to like totally ignore me and walked away from his cash register as though he didn't see me standing there, but he was the only cashier so finally he came back and took my order of a "Big Breakfast". So I get my breakfast and I sat down at a booth, I never had a big breakfast before, so I realize I wanted butter for my biscuit. I go back to the cross/crown cashier and when he sees me coming, he walked away from his cash register. When, I get to the counter, I said "excuse me, sir" three times and he totally ignore me. So, I stood here until one of the line workers turned around and saw me. I asked her for butter, which I received and return to my booth. Here is the second part, the guy that was sitting in the booth in front of me was just returning to his seat and trying to look inconspicuous. I sit down at my booth and I notice right way that the food on my "Big Breakfast" tray was rearranged. I have left the biscuit open because I was to put butter on it, and now, the biscuit was in the corner of the tray with the sausage between it. I sat there for a moment, shocked! So, I pick up the tray and walked past the guy in the booth and stared at him the whole time while I took my uneaten breakfast and dumped it in the garage while staring at him. I wanted him to know, I know he did sometime to my food while I was getting butter for my biscuit. I didn't escalate the situation because it was just a 5 dollar breakfast and I'm better than that. I went back to cross/crown and reorder a big breakfast "ToGo". I know the color of my skin offend some people, I have experience it all my life, but to be ignore and have your food spit on is a bit too much. My advise to the management, get rid of the cross/crown guy, he's definitely is not what makes McDonald's great. As for the spit in my food guy, I never forget a face and I know yours. Loitering by local youth is a constant problem during the summer months. Swearing by these same youth has made this a "no go" place for us. The food is what one would expect from a typical McDonalds. It is generally hit or miss when I have a special order as to whether it comes as requested (I don't like onions on my burger). I have brought my concerns to management and they claim to be addressing the loitering issue and the food quality. I have not seen any changes so we stopped going as mentioned above. read more

This location is awful. The two men working the drive thru had no customer service skills. They didn't greet me or respond to my "thank you's" and just glared at me stupidly. I didn't want to go to this location, having another bad experience before, where the car ahead of me stopped at the pick-up window to blow vape smoke at the worker and proceed to have a 2-3 minute conversation. If I hadn't paid, I would have left that night. And after this last time, I will never be back. They also didn't give me a straw, napkins and the fries were half filled. Never again. read more
