Without a doubt, one of the worst McDonald's I've been to - ever. They are slow. The employees at the drive-thru window at least were lazy, rude, and instead of just telling me they were out of iced coffee or asking me to pull up and wait a few minutes... they handed me a cup full of creamer. I'd bet my next paycheck there wasn't one drop of coffee in it. When I asked about it, the problem was me of course... not the ridiculous cup of creamer they handed me. Hire better people. I ordered from the app and when I got to the first window the cashier repeated an order that was not mine. When I told her the app code AND the items that I ordered, she said, "Oh no, I just cashed out your order and gave it to the car ahead of you. She had a mobile order too." She went and got her manager, an older woman with long, string-y gray hair and dirty nails. The manager, who was EXTREMELY RUDE, told me to pull to the yellow line and she would be right out. I've never had such a great service and meal like the one I've had here. I usually don't write reviews for fast food restaurants but this one THAT great for me to just pass up. I ordered their fish o fillet sandwich and it came with the perfect amount of cheese without even asking for extra cheese and no extra charge. The fries were hot and fresh and not soggy or over fried and nasty. They keep this place super clean too!! I go to this McDonalds several times a week, and I always order a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with an unsweet tea. On numerous occasions, i've received sweet tea which I hate. The girls at the drive through speak some form of "slack jawwed" english. Their pronunciation of my order is consitently " be-e-chee busit with swait tay" which is down right juvenile. I called to voice my complaint and the manager and she said "sir, maybe you should try another mcdonalds." When did proper english stop being taught in public schools? I went in to place a to go order I come here often as I used to work here. All the tables were dirty. Some still had food wrappers on it floor clearly hadn't been mopped for a while. Three people were standing around just talking they were almost out of straws out of Dr Pepper and sprite. I asked one person about the tables and he said he wasn't on lobby duty and would let that person know. I didn't see a manager nor did I ask to speak with one.
