Misty is a very rude person. She told me to come in when I told the employee my screen was frozen just to tell me she cant complete my order. When I showed her my phone she snapped at me saying what do you want we didnt get paid. But clearly I placed an order so the least she could have done is tell me in a more professional way. She also yelled out the window at me like she has not training on how to interact with customers. Im not sure if she is only at the job because shes on work release but if she doesnt know how to be professional this location needs to find somebody that does. It was terrible our food came out 50 minutes later and it was horrible we just wanted to leave. The workers didn't even have their uniforms on not a hairnet which is completely unsanitary. Place a mobile order for 2-40 piece nuggets with fries and a 10 piece nugget. Made the 10 minute drive back home only to find out we ended up with 50 nuggets instead of 90 total. Drove 10 minutes back to McDonald's got questioned about why my nugget order was odd number (90 nuggets) and scolded as if I was lying because I just enjoy driving 40 minutes round-trip to fix McDonald's screw ups! Bought a cheeseburger for my father and drove 20 mins home (we live in the country)...my father opened the package and there was NO MEAT. Not pickles, not a dry burger... THE MAIN PART OF THE BURGER WAS MISSING! Do not trust this location to get your meal right. They offered to give us a free item, but we've got to drive 20 minutes back into town. Not the speediest McDonald's I have been to, yet this conveniently located branch off the freeway of I-10 and 359 definitely will knock out the craving. This Mickey D's has a gas station and convenient store attached to it and is part of many fast food stops in the area. If you are looking to gas up your vehicle and intestines, then you are definitely at the right spot. One thing I do like about this place, so far, is that they do put a clear speaking person on the drive thru system. I can't count the number of times I have gone through a drive through and felt as though I did speak English! Have yet to run into that problem here, and the staff is always smiling and polite. All in all, it is the Golden Arches, so don't expect magic when coming here. read more

Never been so frustrated in my life all the people who were on the clock may 26th 2023 around 6pm clearly none of them either had training or just did not care about the fact that they had a job to do. I watched as everyone stood around doing absolutely nothing but talking and standing around like if they're head was in space which turned a 5 minute service into 30 minutes. Then they hand me my bag and drinks and start yelling at me about how at the first window the computer wasn't working so my apple pay never even went through and that i grabbed food that i didn't pay for... when they finally handed it to me (she almost dropped my food that took her 5 years to hand to me because she was moving in slow motion). Well i could tell they were not in the right head space so i check my food which everything was correct but at the speaker i clearly asked for plenty of bbq sauce and buffalo for my 10 piece which were not in the bag. They proceeded to yell at me to pay which they never cared to open their eyes and see me pulling my card out to make sure my payment goes through this time and then after i told them AGAIN that they forgot my sauces so the very rude worker who was yelling at me the whole time hands the worker at the window TWO sauce packets for 3 people and the girl was clearly annoyed that i was trying to get the food that i PAID for so she looks at me and proceeds to DROP my sauces in front of my face and they had the audacity to charge me for MORE sauces after she dropped them because i wasn't going to get out the drive thru and pick up my sauces they dropped on the concrete. So they get my order wrong and get mad that they made the mistake when i was being as nice as possible then forget my sauce, drop my sauce, and charge me for new ones. It sucks that the #1 food chain in the entire world is going to be that damn petty over a sauce packet for a meal that i paid for. Mcdonald's needs to fire this team... sat in drive-thru for 20 mins at the order window and no service ended up walking in to use the electronic cashiers which by the way, are much better than the people working here. Literally the nastiest employees in the entire world, it's 9:45 pm on Tuesday night and the older lady and the young man working the window are so miserable and unhappy. I ordered a 10 piece Lg meal nuggets & 3 things of the break menu and I asked for a few ranch and bbq that's it I got one ranch bbq and a sweet and sour something I didn't even ask for. Then I ask for one of each and tell her I don't even care charge me for them she tries to charge me 1.89 for a bunch of sauces when I've said for the 2 time now I just want one more of each. McDonalds as a whole is usually good. And this location usually has good food when And if they get the order right. I would have given 1 star but as I said when and if they get your order right it is good. The last few times I've been it feels as if you're bothering the staff by asking them to do their job. Upon my last visit, we went through the drive through and they gave me the wrong drink. I didn't think much of it. Mistakes happen. When the girl brought out food out she had headphones on and was listening to something off her phone (how unprofessional). I explained that I got the wrong drink and asked her to correct it. Terrible service. I waited at the drive thru for ten minutes for someone to take my order and once I realized the line wasn't moving at all, I parked and got in to give my order. While orders were being taken quickly, they were being fulfilled at a snails pace. Meanwhile the staff inside and in the kitchen were joking with each other, lazing around and basically standing around doing nothing while dozens of customers were waiting for their order. Just tried to get some food for my daughter while on the way home from Louisiana. Instead, got the rudest person I've ever met. I proceeded inside the gas station area and Instead of explaining the inside was closed to another person, who was also trying to get food, she decided to start screaming and cursing at the customer, saying things like "We f'ing closed! Do what you do! We ain't open!". That same employee continued on saying things like "F... that man! He done got my blood boiling! He dont want to f with me!" On Saturday June 25@ at approximately 7:00am i entered the restaurant to place a to-go order. I was greeted with screaming employees complaing that too many people were coming in to eat. There were approx. 10-12 people in line. The employee yelled acroos the kitchen that someone needs to shut the gate because she isn't waiting on all these people. Several customers got out of line and left. The employee closed the gate and locked the only other entry door. As i finally received my order by having my bag tossed in my direction, i preceded to the door only to find out that not only was everyone locked out, we were locked in too. I ask if i could get out and the employee began to scream to her coworker that she can't handle this and said that she had an angry customer needing to get out. When she finally brought the keys to unlock the door, i told her that was against fire code safety. In the event of a fire I would have had no way out. I called and filed a complaint with the Brookshire Police Dept and requested that the fire marshall pay them a visit!! I called the number listed for the franchise owner Dan Carmichael and have not received a response yet. Mr. Carmichael if you are reading this , I strongly suggest you review your security cameras to find out how abusive your staff are and how much business you are losing because of it. I usually don't expect to have the employees bad mouthing their job, employees, etc in front of the customers. I will consult with an attorney about my rights and being held against my will and placed in potential danger in the event of an energency. PS: I received similar rude service from the exact same employee last Saturday as well. read more
