McDonald's needs to educate their employees on service animals. We came in with a fully legit service dog and the head guy (not sure if manager or who) argued we could not be there because no dogs allowed. I informed him on the law and he still didnt like us there repluef with your sure?- and then proceeded to talk to someone else another worker in a different language quite rude! I walked i to this Establishment and at first everything was fine until I ordered my total was $13.25 I gave him $11 and said I would pay the rest and Apple Pay he charged my Apple Pay $9.15 and then the manager came over and I told him what happened and then he gave me my change, I felt bad for the manager because his team was completely useless and couldn't expedite french fries. I want to preface my review with a simple statement: I love McDonald's. I am not a food snob nor am I one who blames fast food for my waistline. This particular McDonald's is simply terrible. On our way home from New Bedford, my fiance and I stopped here for some coffee. To make a long story short, not only did it take us a startling five minutes to order due to the man at the register never actually finding the right buttons on the register, but he STILL messed up the order. I have been to the drive-thru of this place on two different occasions. Both times have been horrible experiences. I am going to compare this with other McDonalds and fast-food place. Both times the wait times were over 30 minutes, with less than five cars in line. The second time, after the long wait, I was told they were out of one item I ordered, and then proceeded to not give me another item which I noticed after I left. When I looked inside at the window, the staff appeared to be gossiping, fooling around, and showing little attention towards customer service. in the 90s this restaurant was the most high-speed McDonald's in Brockton. Now you literally can't order inside because they pretend you're not there so they don't have to come to the counter. The drive-through can be fast some days and slow others and sometimes does not open at all when it's supposed to because somebody didn't show up to work like most McDonald's the workers are upset at the apparent lack of training and absentee ownership and or management and they sometimes get nasty with a customer and it just kind of goes with the territory. After biting into a sandwich today. to me anyway, but I could not. And getting Sandy texture like I was biting rock (sand)a horrible flavor. I assume they dropped it on the floor and folded the egg over to hide it and put it in the bag anyway. unbelievable. confronted the whole staff nobody said anything everyone's quiet nobody speaks up. I've always had a terrible time at this McDonalds. From waiting 10 minutes to be served while standing right in front of them... To waiting 20 minutes for my single order meal. I was there last Wednesday, the 12th of November. We arrived there at about a little before 9pm or at 9pm. We checked both doors, they were locked shut. I called this specific store 2-3 times asking them when their dining room closed. They claimed it closed all the time, every night, at 10pm. I asked if there was a special circumstance why they were closed in the dining room, they said there wasn't any they were aware of. I have yet to talk to the manager, but I doubt he'll be helpful. I called a shift manager tonight and she didn't really even apologize about it or anything, just said "Well, the General Manager will be in tomorrow." When we tried to enter the store on that night, we saw 3 non-employees inside just chatting with the crew. (Not acquiring food or ordering, it seemed.) I really would give this place no stars but you are forced to give at least one! I hit fast food when I have to, not a regular at many but I'll never return to this one. Does the Brockton Board of Health inspect these places? The day I went in the place was FILTHY! and it looked like more mess than one days worth. Then for the number of people at the counter things just went too slow. I had to repeat my order 3 to 4 times before I thought it was right. But then they still got it wrong. I ordered a quarter pounder with no pickles or onions, it had a slip that said that but still had both in it??? I stop at many other McD's cause they have coffee that is much better than Dunkins weak watery crap. But this place the coffee was cold and old and burnt. I also ordered a pie that in most other stores has a tag saying sell by a certain time, this one didnt and it seemed it was made long before, it was cold and soggy. Yes, the drive thru is such a long wait. And yes, they often times get the order wrong, which is super aggravating after you've waited so long. Usually it seems when I go to this location my order is always messed up. Regardless if I order 2 items or 15. I was missing a 20 piece the other day when I went inside and ordered to take home. They packed all of it into two bags then into a plastic bag so I couldn't fully check it all but the manager/shift leader said twice we were all set and everything was there. Once we got home we discovered we had nuggets missing and I tried calling the store multiple times, but there was no answer. read more

I ordered food at McD's a couple of times and when you check they tell you everything is there. No it's not and then they give you an attitude. I ordered hash browns off the dollar menu that are 2 for a dollar. I ordered 2 orders so that should give me 4. The lady gave me three and told me I didn't know how to add. The get mean to you when they are wrong. The place is always a mess. Kids from the school sit there and play around because their friends/family work there. When they mess up and you call they tell you to come back and you do they have no idea what your talking about. If my kids didn't like MCD's that much then I wouldn't go back. Asked Manager to meet people outside w/order so line would move. She agreed but never did it. I don't believe they were short staffed since 3 girls standing at window. I am now on a warning for being 20 min late for work due to your incompitant staff and a Manager that out right lied when she said she would oblige by moving the line and bringing out the food. This McDonald's is terrible. Half of time, they ask me to pull over and wait in a parking spot, because they don't have enough french fries for the small I ordered. The burger buns are usually STALE and inedible. Most of the time, the employees aren't polite at all. They get my order wrong about 1/4th of the time. I'm aware it's only McDonald's, and I don't expect too much. But, compared to others, this one is terrible. read more
