The short rib was tender, melt in your mouth good. Even the little gem salad had the most amazing flavors, perfectly balanced! My favorite was the chocolate cake, delicate and not overly sweet. I'm not a sweets girl, and I ate the leftovers the next day, did not share! The service is so attentive.
