The so called manager Demanded that I use a Kiosk and was refusing to give me back me $10 until I said there is a police officer in line in drive thru I am telling him and reporting you. We were parking our car in the parking lot when all of a sudden the McDonald's restaurant manager came flying off of Route 197, speeding through the clearly marked white lines of the parking spaces and nearly side swipped our vehicle as we were pulling into a parking space. We can then see him yelling at us through his windshield as he has to back up out of the parking spaces he was trying to use as a road. As we were leaving the restaurant, the manager started yelling at my wife trying to blame for tge near accident when instead of being a man and apologizing for his extremely dangerous and poor driving skills. This man should have no place in management as he lacks any customer service skills and could get somebody killed if he drives that fast and recklessly and through the parking lot of the business he manages. Put ice in the drinks when order says no ice. Tried to give me a ripped bag. Not happening. Good communication is key in any job. Hopefully he will improve greatly. But when I arrived to pick up order, store refused to prepare or provide food unless I paid for it a second time. Arrived at 2:15am June 17,2023 Can't really say much about the service, considering that, they didn't serve us !! Pulled up and attempted to use the McDonald's App. to earn a few points towards future rewards and was told that, and I quote, "the code machine is broken. You can't use any codes right now." Other morning, I've also been told that, "we're only excepting cash right now." As well as the restaurant being closed without there being a truck making a delivery or having made a delivery. Multiple orders- somehow when i pulled up to the window, Only one had gone through. A single breakfast sandwich. But I'd ordered like 6 meals! So- the attendant said 'no problem, I'll take the order here'. The manager came and asked what was going on- got the brief, and proceeded to call my order out as attendant put it in. Cool. Got to the next window and they handed me a bag and said have a great day! I in NO WAY expected everything to be prepped, bagged, and ready that quickly. WOW !!! What a difference a week makes !! I stopped in to pick up an order last week and there was an older guy at the register counting money , dressed professionally, I think he was the owner or a corporate person . There was a young guy , professions dressed in a dark blue dress shirt , and walking around checking on the customers . I was shocked I tell ya ! Customer service ??!! Shocking ! Stopped in today and they were super busy and thought I'd probably be waiting for 15-20 minutes w/ no one at the register, and having to kinda yell over the counter for assistance. To my shock and surprise there was a girl at the counter ( mask on ) and looked at my phone & said Iive got it . Next thing I knew the young man a saw last week came around checking on everyone , showed him my phone , and he said ," got it ." As I was standing by the corner the girl looked at me and said " I'll be right there !" The young man walked over and handed me my order ! I was so happy !!! I told him I noticed a huge difference in customer service and speed and thanked him for doing a great job ! We come here with some frequency for drive thru lunch. It's about par for fast food. The drive thru goes relatively quickly since there are two ordering mics. They've definitely messed up a few orders, and I've gotten inconsistently hot-cold fries. (I added a picture showing how you might get a little skimped on fries. Then there were times when I've gotten a small fry order and it's overflowing. So check before you pull away if serving size and food temp are important to you.) That said, the burgers are almost always good. Hot. Fresh. I'm not too concerned about the drawbacks. I'll come back and expect minimum wage service, and fast food quality. read more

The drive through here is terrible and has been terrible for years. Tonight I waited in a long line that was not moving despite the restaurant just not being busy inside at all (i.e. the ENTIRE kitchen was only working on one order at a time). It took me less time to leave this line, drive across town to the other McDonald's, order, get my food and leave, than it would have to just stay in line at this McDonald's. Before COVID this location was just awful. It's unfortunate that it's the closest one in my neighborhood. My suggestion, how about put up signs on your doors that lets customers know that walk in service is not happening. Instead of allowing us to try to her in and all of the doors are locked and your staff watches customer after customer enter and do/say nothing. read more

One of the dirtiest McDonald's that I've ever gone into. Walked in and there was trash all over the floor, as if someone came in and threw everything on the floor. Had to use the bathroom and one of the toilets was clogged and who knows how long it has been like that. The handicap stall was the only one working but had to toilet paper because whoever was supposed to attend to the bathroom just left the roll of paper sitting on a chair outside the bathroom.
