The service was terrible and I'm having nightmares because of it. First off I did a online order for drive thru they forgot to include one of order so I had to go inside to get my order that I was missing. I was in line and someone was in front of me at the counter asking for help too as the worker did something wrong with there order as well and when they finished talking to the person in front of me I was next. As I was about to start talking to the employee a person walked up from behind me and it was someone the employee had knew as it was their friend or crush. The employee ignored me as she saw who it was and she went away from me to start talking to the person she knew even though she saw me directly infront of him. They talked for about 10 minutes about high school activities and how they skipped it because they didn't want to go to it. They finally finished talking and she asked what order he had and he told her and then she said what was her friend or crushes order and she would do it. She finally came to me and I started saying what was wrong with my order as I needed the one item that was missing in my order and that I needed was just a mcchicken she said she would tell the cooks to make it right away. About 5 minutes later I saw they had finished with the item I needed. How I know that is I was just standing there the whole time waiting and seeing if they would do it and they did as the girl told them to. The girl employee was about to give it to me but she didn't as I think she had a quick thought and she yelled at her friend or crush if they wanted my mcchicken I was waiting for. The guy said sure even though he didn't even order that and she just gave that to hin for free. The girl gave it to him and he took it and left. The girl then ignored eye contact with me and started doing other things to show she was busy like check other orders and fix the ice cream machine as they ran out of ice cream. She tried to fix it but made a big mess of the ice cream machine so she asked to be moved to the drive thru. She started working at the drive thru for a 5ish minutes until she had to bag up the food for the drive thru customers so she did that and then I had seen her looking at the finished food at the little table area and she went and opened a mcchicken that was on the table and touched it with her bare hands I think. I don't know what she was doing to it but she touched it. She then put the mcchicken back on the table. I was observing the whole time as I was waiting for a stupied mcchicken the whole time and it had been about 30 minutes of me waiting for it. Her coworker a guy saw that I was in line for a long time as there were no other customers in line except me and he had asked if I have been helped at all yet. I said I have but I haven't received the item I was waiting for. I told him I was waiting for a mcchicken. He decided to get the mcchicken I was waiting for but it was the same mcchicken the girl was touching with her bare hands that she left on the tale without fixing it's wrapping at all but the other guy coworker didn't know that or he didn't care and he decided to give it to me anyways. The mcchicken wrapping was all disheveled when it was handed to me. I have lost my appetite. I had no energy left to argue as I had been waiting for more than over 30 minutes just for a mcchicken and just accepted it and left. I had to throw it all away anyways as the mcchicken was touched and lettuce from the mcchicken looked bad as it looked overdue with my other food in my bag as it was already cold and soggy as I had been in line waiting the whole time. I wouldn't recommend ordering here. :/ read more

I have 8 check in's at this McDonald's and this is one of the most poorly ran McDonald's in the surrounding area. I started writing this review on my phone in the 2 lane drive through which moves about as fast as leaving a parking ramp downtown after a game. Prepare to put your parking break on or run out of gas. It would have been faster for me to drive back to the Foley McD's and home vs waiting. When you do get to the speaker box, robo recording? Nope, Live person says anything? Nope. You just sit there in silence until someone comes on the speaker to take your order. Yes this is McD's we are talking about, you're tired, you need a quick bite (at least thinking quick) on the way home. Guys the bar is so low for McD's I wasn't even going to write anything on it but for god sakes 8 check in's and you can expect crappy service nearly every time along with mediocre cooked food which amazes me how busy they are. With so much traffic off 65 & Main, they have the setup to crush but a trained dolphin could run a better crew at this location. To close, it's McD's, the bar isn't high. But 20+ min wait, no greeting at box and mediocre food on top of the food being meh to begin with. Even if it's your last option, drive to another location as this one as some serious leadership issues. I wasn't even going to bother writing on McD's but this one is so crappy just don't go people. read more

Literally every single time I have gone here and ordered my favorite: breakfast burrito it is crusty, dry, and hardened.. I am also almost positive they regularly run out of the correct "cheese sauce" and use the burger cheese which is noticeable, and disgusting. I stopped here after work the other day, and I was finally glad to walk in at least for a take-out order. Sometimes I like to walk in since it seems to be quicker at times, and I can take an extra minute to decide on my meal, without being rushed. Yet at the same time, I only had to wait a few minutes for my food. Of course my favorite during this time of year is to get a mcchicken and a shamrock shake. And I really liked how my food was not only made to order, but tasted fresh as well. I will definitely be back again sometime, maybe even after work. read more

Well, at first I asked for an orange drink. They said dont have that. I asked "are you sure you don't have any orange drink.. Hi-C or Fanta.." she asked me again what I wanted to drink without answering the question. She did this three times before saying "yes, we have orange Hi-C." Then i asked multiple times to make sure it was two-10 piece meals as the price seamed off. They said yes. Both the person over the speaker and at the pay window said yes, its two meals. As a former employee at McDonalds for three years I would have never served food as low quality as the food I had been served tonight. I ordered a sausage McMuffun with egg got the fried eggs instead of the yoke egg. Soggy lettuce on my McChicken along with my fries being half full and past the holding time . The Mcmuffun bun was ran through the toaster at least two times, it was extremely burnt and hard as a rock. I worked at McDonalds 2 connected to motomart in Blaine Minnesota for three years we stuck to the holding chart times this McDonald's needs new over night management because this is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be contacting the store manager first thing in the morning to make sure this issue is handled and if not I will take it to corporate. This is not ok. People spend money on this food and granted it's McDonald's, but there has to be standards. read more

This place is just plain messed up. Anytime we come here the drive thru is screwed up. Last time they gave me the wrong order because the guy in the other lane snuck ahead of me out of order. This time there was one car in each lane. I pulled in behind one. Five cars went thru from the other lane before I could order. And they messed up the order again. Avoid this place if there is more than one car in line. They were under construction so no place to park. We rarely use drive thru but did on this occasion. We ordered two # 5 breakfast meals with coffee. First coffee was handed to my husband who was driver . The lid came off directly and very hot coffee spilled in his lap burning him. Coffee was flying everywhere with the shock of pain. Agent lady at window apologized but did nothing to ease my husbands pain or offer any help. Except she did give him a wad of napkins. Not wanting to cause a scene my husband pulled over to side and trued his best to recoup himself. We had A long day ahead of visiting friends and family as we were from 3 hours away. I am beyond furious. I break out in hives after drinker regular soda okay. I triple checked with the lady in the window to make sure it was diet and she continued to tell me yes. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to and I have been to them World Wide ! Twice now we have received cheeseburgers with no burger in them (I have never seen this happen at any MCD'S). When they do get the order right and include the burger, they look like they have been stepped on or sloppy, burger hanging out the side, cheese slopped on. The owner of this store should know that they are turning out crappy product. Fries are alway rock hard, like they have been sitting under heat lamp for hours. As a worker at McDonald's In Hutchinson, I understand that sometimes work can be hectic and you can forget something. We waited in line for almost 6 minutes but I figured it was because I ordered a quarter pounder. But you guys forgot the buffalo sauce for both of my family members nuggets, forgot my apple pie for my $6 meal deal and put 2 kid side fries instead of 2 small fries in my little sisters 6 nugget happy meal and you also gave her the wrong size pop. I think you should really focus more on getting the order right rather than just moving cars in the drive thru. read more
