Wir stellen jeden Tag unser eigenes Hackfleisch her und verwenden hochwertiges Fleisch der Metzgerei Lauer (BIO zertifiziert). Nur so können wir die hohe Qualität garantieren. Bei so viel Frische können wir die Pattys auch medium oder rare braten. Das Bun kommt aus Caldern, von der Mühlenbäckerei Pfeiffer.
