Most dogshxt McDonald's on the planet. Crazy they are right off the highway and draw all that business and still can't open their dining room. Just stopped in to get breakfast. I got in line at 10:18 took 13mins just to get to the ordering kiosk. There were, in total, 3 cars ahead of me to the kiosk. Just save you money and time and hit the Burger King next door. Pull up to the inner lane of the drive through. Guy in front of me is still waiting to order. Lady behind me ON THE STREET decides to pull in, orders and moves ahead in line of the guy in front of me through the outer lane. Guy in front of me is finally served. I pull up to the kiosk. 3 cars are served in the outer lane before me. I begin my order. Kid cuts me off mid order, and serves a car in the outer lane that JUST PULLED UP. This is the 2nd time we have stopped here while traveling .... We've been in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and are just now paying. This is the slowest McDonald's that I have ever been to...hoping our food is correct if we ever get it! There are 2 pickup windows....not even sure where to get our food.... read more

The sign on the door says that the dining room is open until 8PM.  We came in at 7:30, used the restroom, and ordered.  I ordered chicken nuggets that I eat with honey because I planned on eating in the dining room.  After we ordered and started getting our drinks and condiments, the food was being prepared we were then told that they dont allow anyone to sit in the dining room after 7:30 because they already cleaned.  I explained that no one told us anything until after we ordered and I ordered something I cannot eat in the car. I was told so sorry but thats the rules.  There were two other customers in the dining room consuming goods but they were allowed to stay because it was "just coffee". The way this was handled was EXTREMELY POOR.  Nowhere is it posted that no one is allowed to sit after 7:30, and we were not told until after we ordered.  There is no outdoor seating so I had to sit on the curb.  I have worked at restaurants and we were never allowed to clean before the restaurant was closed and tell people they werent allowed to sit because we already cleaned.  I expect to be compensated  for my inconvenience and for something to be done to rectify this issue going forward. read more

This McDonald's has the worst managment. I went through the drive through and they completely mess up my order. I had to fix it at the window and when I got my food I still didn't get two of my sandwiches. I had to go back inside and ask for them, when I got them they were extremely messy and everything was slopped on it. I didn't eat it because I was so disgusted. Meanwhile the guy in front of my had ordered and paid and waiting 15 minutes for his food. They had to retake his order again because they forgot to make his food. Worst managment ever. Stopped for a quick bite on our way to campground. I'm not sure I read the sign correctly that my order said fries instead of sprite, anyway I told the girl to take off the fries, not realizing she didn't have my sprite. Anyway, I told them at the window about the mistake, tried to pay for my sprite, the manager gave me a free sandwich coupon, didn't charge me for sprite. The food was hot and good and fast. Last time eating this location. Stopped by last night ordered a Big Mac and it was so cold, I couldn't eat it. Also ordered two McChickens Plain, received them their regular way and when I returned the sandwiches, I had to wait 5 minutes because the 3 workers standing around, wouldn't make my sandwiches. The cashier had to make them; when he returned with them he stated sorry about your wait not sure why your sandwiches weren't being made. read more

The absolute slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. We were going before church on Sunday's but the wait is unbearable.

I just my order which my crew at Robinaugh EMS picked up for me because I used the app to place the order which when I went to confirm shut down on me, so I don't even know if I was charged twice or not yet, nothing pending on my bank account. Anyway, got my order, they gave me a medium fry when I asked for a large. The fries and chicken nuggets were stale, and it literally takes my crew 3 minutes from mcdonalds to our place, if that, so no way it was a time issue, plus was not even given a receipt. Ive had issues with this place before screwing up my order or food tasting gross. kind of crappy. read more

I've been to this McDonalds I guess a total of 6 times since moving here in May and this is one of the better McDonalds, I've never waited very long in the drive thru, my order is always correct and you can't beat having very friendly employees, who actually smile and say hi and say have a nice day, or evening or enjoy your weekend, they are so nice here! The McDonalds where I used to live you would've thought the place was run by robots, good place especially if you want in and out! read more

If you wanna wait in line for 30 minutes for cold food then this is the McDonalds location for you. Oh and you might need to honk your horn at the window to get the attention of no less than three different employees who wouldn't acknowledge us sitting there at the pickup window for 15 minutes. Absolutely no customer service, no apology and the bag of cold food was sitting there the whole time. The manager only offered up they were slammed. Apparently you would get better service parking and going in than sitting in the double order lane of the drive thru. Mind you we were one of probably 15 cars in the drive thru so not like we were the only customers affected. Ughh is all I can say and we won't ever be back! read more

This is the second time that I've recently been to this store close to their closing time and while the lights were on, they completely ignored me and the three other customers who were trying to order from the drive thru. The lights were not turned off until the actual closing time of 11pm. I can't speak for the other customers but I won't be back. read more

Ridiculously slow drive thru, greater than 20 minute wait, then had to pull into the 'reserved' spot, was informed that they needed to finish cooking the burgers (we had only ordered one). Waited ten more minutes without service or food, entered the (nearly empty) restaurant and had to wait to be noticed at the counter (no line here either). I am then informed that they had probably given our food to the car in the other 'reserved' spot, and had to wait again for them to prepare our food (two sandwiches and fries). Was really unsure how to rate, because of one person. But rated the store bad. One employee, however, is a shining star. And it's too bad, because I dont even know this man's name. All I know is a friend and I went through and he impressed me so much with his friendliness, I now make an effort to go back... well, I did. When I ask about my new "buddy", all I get is either jealousy or (I'm not even sure what) but unkind remarks. Those ladies should take some clues from him! He's a flower growing in a septic tank! I will no longer go to this McDonald's because of the lousy service in the mornings! Constantly get my order wrong and this morning broke the camels back. I ordered 2 sausage burritos with mild sauce and 2 apple pies. Well, it seems every other time I come in they do not have the pies ready in the morning. I recently visited the McDonalds at the north main street address, and ordered two number ones, along with a BBQ Ranch Burger, one sprite and one root beer, along with two apple pies. When I pulled up to pick up my order I only had one number one, a BBQ Ranch Burger one sprit and the two apple pies. I was missing one number one, and one drink. I looked at the receipt and sure enough, it was not there. I told the girl at the window I wanted another number one. She said she was sorry, but that was what was on my order. She seemed totally clueless as to how to rectify the problem. I told her I wanted to order another number one, and she again said she was sorry. I finally got perturbed and said THANK YOU!!!
